Excellent location and comfortable space

We enjoyed walking to the beach right out our door and having good food place across the street for pick up or eating on their deck overlooking the golf course. Short drive to cannon beach and parks to hike. The apartment was very clean. The only downside was the front door lock wasn’t working and we had to wait a bit for maintenance to come out and fix it so we could leave without worrying someone would come in with out stuff there. I would stay again. Great place.

We were not told in advance that there was construction going on all around property, there was a garbage dumpster outside our deck, and very little ocean view, far from beach.

Beautiful view

This is an older condo (which we knew) so it has that old smell but I always bring a bath & body works candle when we rent houses. The fireplace was wonderful. Master bed although only a queen was very comfortable! Master shower very tiny and old. Should probably be ripped out. We aren't large people and it was claustrophobic. Anyone over 6ft would have trouble. Having the tub in other bathroom was great for the kids. Kitchen had been renovated but supplies old and limited. Luckily on this trip I only cooked dinner once and breakfasts. Would suggest owner invest in nicer knives, pots and pans. Refused to use frying pans as Teflon was scratched and falling apart. Internet sooooo slow here in the whole complex I believe. Only one smart TV would work. The pool with this condo is very old/kind of gross. Luckily my mom was renting from across the parking lot and we got to use their pool/hot tub which was awesome/clean. Too bad this great condo got the crap pool. Nice to walk across street to mcmenamins. Oh and Even though this is a first floor unit it sits up and has awesome views of ocean! Just gorgeous. It's also an end unit which is great. Patio chairs are old/1 is broken and rusted should probably be replaced. Overall this is a great place and I would definetly recommend and also stay here again!

Great, convenient area.

We enjoyed our stay and for the most part all was good. There were a few minor items. The biggest one being it didn't look like the floors were cleaned very well. A good dusting and sweep/mopping would have been better. Minor issues: the front door needed WD-40 bad. The fold down couch was really rough to sleep on. My young boys decided the second night to sleep on the floor. So adults would really be in pain. We even added all the comforters that were in the closet to try to help make it more comfortable. The master shower leaks onto the floor pretty bad, we put down a towel to help with catching the water fixing the issue would be recommened.

This is Our Happy Place

We absolutely love this condo. This is the second year we have stayed there. Perfect location with an ocean view. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and centrally located while also feeling like your far away in a peaceful and quiet place. The one complaint I have is the TV's were very slow. As far as I know all guests in the area are connected to the same wifi so it gets really slow at times. Other than that this place is absolutely amazing and we will return as soon as we can.

Fun Beach Get Away

Escape from election stress

We traveled with our daughter and her guy plus three pups. Rented two units (467 & 472). Both met our needs very well. Nicely equipped, nice TV’s. Wifi is a little slow but we weren’t there for that. Love the proximity to the golf course. Units were very clean. While they are older, they’re maintained very well and we love how spacious. Great stay! We’ll be back.

elk and an ocean view

Just love the quiet little town of gearhart yet close to everything in seaside or cannon Beach. View would have been nice but unfortunately it was foggy the whole time we were here. Did get to watch a herd of elk from the patio. That was cool. Extra firelogs would have been a nice touch for the cool nights and mornings. Called office to get one and no one ever showed up. All in all though the condo was very nice. I would stay again

Vacation

Great location being in the corner unit and easy access to outside for our dog. Great walk to the beach. Very nice homey unit!! We loved the balcony and dining options!!

Great location!

We loved the great location of this condo! It is on the bottom floor so it was easy to get in and out of and we were able to park right in front of our unit! One way was a quick walk to the beach and the other way was a few steps from McMenamins Gearhart and restaurant/multiple bars. Or it was a short drive to Seaside. We had a hiccup with checking in. We checked in on time but were told our room was not ready. An hour later, it still wasn’t ready! We went back and were told it WAS ready, but there was miscommunication. The condo was spacious for two people and had been nicely updated. We loved all the tv options! There is a door in the second bedroom that isn’t locked. It leads to a storage/electrical closet that has an outside entrance. That was kind of unnerving. There is NO reason they can’t put a lock on that door for added security. We also had an electrical issue in which the microwave and refrigerator stopped working overnight. We had to flip the breakers to re-start, so that was strange. So, all-in-all, I would probably stay in the building again, but I think this unit needs some attention.

Great location! We loved the closeness to the beach and restaurant.

Overall it was a great stay. We were able to bring our dogs to enjoy the stay with us as well. The only negative was a clogged bathroom sink in one bathroom. With no rooms available to move us to fix the problem, we were offered a 10% discount. We graciously accepted! We will definitely book here again.

Tranquil Beach condo close to everything

This was the most wonderful stay at the beach I have ever had. The condo was clean and all dishes, linens and towels were provided. I loved that we were able to login to our streaming services we already subscribe to through the TV's at the condo. It is such a peaceful location practically on the beach yet a short drive to restaurants and entertainment. My family and I and our pup loved being there. I will stay again.
