Our stay was great!! The best thing was the property manager - Louie, and the location! Louie was an amazing host and ensured that my family had everything needed for our stay including procuring a small kennel for our dogs! She is the best host we have had in 15 years of visiting the Boulders. The location of the house was fantastic - very close to then entrance but on a very quiet street. Just great! Another great thing was that the pool and hot tub were heated and worked flawlessly - which has not been our experience at other homes in the area. The house is not without a few challenges - being nearly 30 years old - so it does need updating in the bathrooms and kitchen and even the beds. The house is functional but not luxurious. A few items did not work - the icemaker in the freezer, the lights in the pool, and few other small items such as light bulbs in a few places. All easily remedied and should not dissuade anyone from staying here. It is a great house in a great location with the BEST property manager - Louie!

The house was beautiful and had everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor/backyard spaces, fun for all ages and private. This house actually lived up to its billing. Amenities and the location made it much more enjoyable than we anticipated.The host was extremely helpful and available with quick response.

10/10 - 5 Stars. This place is AMAZIING - the house is SO MUCH BETTER than the pictures. We were 3 generations of family and all had lots of space. Kids loved being in the pool and upstairs playing foosball in their own space; we loved it too! We adults were outside by the pool, in the hot tub, in the living room watching the great TV, or just hanging out around the island in the kitchen - we all loved it. Kitchen was well stocked. Alcohol bar was well stocked (Thank you!). Louie, the property manager does a fantastic job at keeping this place looking luxurious welcoming. Thank you.

Neighborhood was Beautiful

The backyard is the best part of this place, the pool was great and we were able to watch the wildlife stroll by. But, the master bathtub was unusable due to the amount of buildup on the shower head. Our bathrooms were not clean, and even after having the cleaning crew come by to clean them, they were still dirty with hair and urine on the toilets from previous tenants. The television did not work, and the coffee area was supplied with old creamer. Overall, the quality of this home needs to be improved. The property manager kept in contact with us and did her best to fix what could be at that time, but this home needs restoring of certain amenities. The pool was nice, and it’s a large home, but it wasn’t worth the price.

This house was exactly as advertised. Roomy, private, and an abundance of features and amenities. The location was close enough to the town of Carefree but felt very secluded within the Boulders community. The house itself was immaculate and fairly well maintained. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped with a surplus of appliances, tableware/utensils, and seasonings. Finally, the property manager (Louie) was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any issues or requests. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and will likely be back soon.

Private paradise in the desert

My wife and I just spent the most amazing weekend at this Scottsdale home. When we walked in, we felt like we were in our own little world. The place is huge and yet cozy and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, BBQ, and hot tub! It was the perfect romantic getaway. 5 Stars for this property and 5 stars for Louie, the property manager. We also loved the golf cart and seeing all of the wildlife. We can't wait to go back!

Luxury home in The Boulders

Great home in great location. Check-in/check-out process simple. Suitably furnished with aids to help renters enjoy their stay. Extremely nice outdoor entertainment space. Expensive but worth the money.

This was our 2nd time staying here - we loved it & had such an easy, great experience w/the home and Louie, the property manager, last time that we booked it again for a family weekend w/our kids. Way Better Than the Pix Show

WOW! WOW! WOW! The pix are great online but the entire place was SO MUCH BETTER than the pix showed. It was so worth it to pay the extra to heat the pool - the kids loved it and it created a place for all of us to hang out and enjoy the privacy (which is awesome!) of this place. Louie, the property manager, was fantastic in her communication and the house was clean, well stocked and absolutely gorgeous. We esspcially loved driving around on the golf cart. Our family, kids (4, 6, 12); grandparents really liked it b/c it's basically all one level, plus me and husband all loved staying here!! 5 Stars ***** about everything.

Wonderful home

We loved staying in this home. It was so private and we saw lots of wildlife. The home is beautiful and well stocked and the outside space was amazing. We also are so thankful for the property manager. She does a great job and although very little needed attention she responded right away. Can’t wait for next year!

Right place, wrong time of year

Beautiful property. Louie is a professional and it shows in the way the property is cared for as well as in the ease of everything. Picked the wrong time of year to visit but that’s on us. 5 days of constant rain— who knew in a desert that was possible?

Lovely house, better than the photos!

We have a lot of experience with rental houses, and this house was amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked and huge; our whole family of 11 could gather together in the kitchen. The outdoor living spaces were plentiful and we spent as much time as we could in and around the heated pool. There were so many places to spread out when we wanted space but the living room was big enough to accommodate our entire family when we wanted to be together. Louie was extremely responsive when we had questions and even set out a Christmas tree for us for the holiday week! The Boulders was a lovely community- we found a really beautiful nature walk and had fun exploring in the golf cart. We would rent here again!!!

Infinity to the desert

Special gem of a location adjacent to the Boulders Resort. This house is very interesting with plenty of room for socializing and the comforts of home. From the vast entry way living room to the amazing infinity pool you will have everything you need to enjoy some time away. The kitchen is is overlooking the beautiful pool. It is well stocked with a very comfortable atmosphere for hosting a dinner party or just a night in. Working with Louie was above par. She took care of our every need and was quite prompt with communications. I would certainly recommend staying here, it's an experience we will never forget.
