Bross. 1. 5 acres de hermosos árboles y privacidad hacen de esta una escapada familiar perfecta. ¡Trineo y raquetas de nieve salen por la puerta de atrás! ¡A 15 minutos en coche de Breckenridge para esquiar, ir de compras y cenar y a 10 minutos de Alma! 2 minutos de la autopista 9 en el camino bien mantenido.

Disfruta de las vistas desde la terraza envolvente y disfruta de una taza de café por la mañana en el acogedor sofá de cuero.

Mountain relaxation

We enjoyed the property very much! The views are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and time in the hot tub. We would consider this property again!

A perfect sister getaway

My sister and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate her birthday. The cabin was clean, well provisioned and nicely decorated. The hot tub was awesome - 104 degrees with a view! We loved the location -great views, convenient to hiking trails and quiet. We'd love to return.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful and cozy place! It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the hot tub and view were both lovely. We were also very glad we took seriously the description mentioning that 4WD/AWD is a must. Property was easy to find even when driving in in the snow because the address is marked at the top of the drive and it shows up on Google Maps. Just make sure to follow the host's instructions for the address. We had a great time and will definitely stay again.

Cozy spot in Placer Valley

My daughter, her husband and his children had a very nice time. The unit was very well equipped and easy to use (e.g. check-in & check-out). There was one small glitch with using the passcode, but the owners took care of that immediately. It snowed during their stay and, while the steep driveway was plowed right away, it isn't clear that if someone had a 2-wheel drive car they would have been able to get back to the main road even after plowing (they had a Subaru so it was fine). Maybe this caution should be added to the property description?

Quick getaway

The hot tub makes the stay a ++ experience. Great place to relax and unwind. If you have kids or yourselves who can’t live without internet then you may not like it. Wifi is ok enough to check emails and get text messages. That’s about it. The place is very well kept and the property manager is very responsive. Power went out due to a car crash and he was immediately on it making potential other arrangements for us. Fortunately it was back on within 1.5 hours. We were very satisfied. Side note; be prepared for the altitude. It’s a tad brutal at the beginning.

Great mountain cabin

We stayed for a week in July. The cabin was better than anticipated. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the wraparound porch taking in the view. We found limited cell service there and the WiFi is limited and really only decent for email but that was fine as the trip was to disconnect. The location is high in elevation so it may take a day or two to become acclimated especially if you are coming from close to sea level. We loved the cabin and its location - it was just what we were looking for on this trip!

Great getaway!

We do about 5-6 house rentals a year throughout Colorado and this was one of our favorites. It was definitely one of the cleanest rentals we've ever had which is a huge plus. On top of that the secluded and scenic location made for a quiet and peaceful weekend. Well stocked and comfortable beds and a nice homey feel. We saw a deer outside the kitchen window every morning. If you can't live without TV or streaming then this is not the place for you. It's the perfect place to disconnect and unwind.

Best rental house that I've experienced

I stayed in quite a few rental houses on vacations. This was exceptional. Very comfy, well stocked and clean. Nestled in a pinewoods forest. Had lots of visits from birds. Close to Alma state preserve (less than a mile), for hiking and more bird watching. Location is really out of the way, so quite a drive to get supplies, but that made for nice excursions. Extremely peaceful.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful stay here! The cabin is modern and spotless and has absolutely everything you need for cooking and cleaning. And I do mean everything. We have never stayed in such a well appointed cabin. Everything is nice and new - I fell in love with the washer and dryer, and I am not really an appliance kind or person. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and there were plenty of extra sheets and blankets if needed. We also enjoyed the board games and DVD library. The location is simply heaven - surrounded by trees and mountains - and even though you have neighbors on either side, you do not see or hear them. There is no light pollution here either- I have never seen such a big star filled sky. The proximity to Breckenridge was convenient for dinner out and grocery shopping and we loved being able to visit there without having to stay there (too crowded for our liking). We also really enjoyed the nearby towns of Alma and Fairplay. We miss the cabin already and will definitely be back!

"Amazing Views"

The Cabin was Beautifully decorated and Maintained. We have stayed in alot of cabins throughout the Rocky Mountains and this by far is our favorite, The location was great as it was only 15mins from Breckenridge and 10mins to Alma and South Park. We felt right at home during our stay, The views were amazing, We couldn't have asked for a better stay, Thank you!

Perfect cabin with amazing views!!

This cabin was great for 5 of us for our 6 day stayed. It was great in all aspects, confortable, complete, cozy and had amazing views. It was fully equipped and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed every minute in it. The only concern was the altitude of the cabin, but after the second day we were able to feel better. We had an issue with the toilet but Terry fix it right away. Mark and Terry were very kind and responded immediately to our messages. Thanks for the great time!
