¡NUEVO LSITING! ¡La hermosa propiedad de Lake of the Woods que te espera a ti y a tu tripulación! Ya sea que visite la zona para pescar, cazar, trineo de nieve, esquí de fondo, reunión familiar, torneo de hockey, kayak, ¡lo tenemos cubierto! La casa de cuatro dormitorios y 3 baños está completamente amueblada y lista para que guardes recuerdos inolvidables. Hay un garaje para 2 puestos en la propiedad. La casa está situada en Winter Road River (a 2 millas de Rainy River, que es la puerta de entrada al lago de los bosques), a unos 4, 5 millas al noroeste de Baudette, con un muelle y acceso en barco.

La casa tiene una terraza con vista al agua, un pozo de fuego para disfrutar, un gran patio y una hermosa vista. ¡Hay mucho espacio para estacionar casas de peces, botes, etc.!

Excellent Fishing Opener

Wonderful stay for a week!! Couldn't have been better. Property was better than advertised. Clean, comfortable, and a great location to get away from the noise! Savanna was an absolute joy to work with. Immediate response to questions and the check-in/out was a breeze. Defiantly recommend this property and we'll be back for sure!

Great spot - very private and quiet!

I was here with 6 other guys chasing Sturgeon on the Rainy River and had an absolute blast! The house is well kept and was a perfect fit for all of us. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a beautiful view every morning and a quiet, relaxing environment to unwind! We'll be back for sure!

Mix up corrected

When we arrived late at night the house had not yet be cleaned from previous guests. Upon contacting Savannah there had been a mix up in their schedule. She apologized and came out and cleaned it and changed it over. She refunded the cleaning fee and a nights stay which we felt was appropriate. We understand these things can happen and appreciate the prompt response. We had a great time fishing and the house fit our needs for that for that. Thanks much. The place was very private and quiet and easy to find. There is a couple miles of gravel but the roads are good.

Family Vacation/fishing

Great spot to stay for our 1st time up to the Lake of the Woods area! Everything about the property was as described and worked out great for our family of 6. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials (pots, pans, cookware, coffee maker), bedding/pillows, ect. I don't have a dishwasher at home, so that's always a plus! Great outdoor space including a deck with patio furniture, large yard with firepit, and dock leading down to the tributary. Our teens loved the paddle boat and went out many times even fishing off of it. The waterway is a tributary maybe 2 miles off of the Rainy River and was fun to explore. We used Wheelers Point boat launch about 10 miles North of the house, as the boys wanted to fish more in the 4 Mile Bay and along the river, but we did drive the boat down the tributary to the house and met many other boats fishing along the way. Beautiful views along the property and waterway. The property is a short distance to Baudette which had everything we needed. Also a close drive to Zipple Bay State Park where we went for an afternoon exploring/hiking. Very neat area! The Lake of the Woods website fishing report helped us catch some nice size Sturgeon which our boys were looking for; although no keepers. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had, including where to try to catch a sturgeon😊 We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for large groups

Both Grant and I were born and raised in Lake of the Woods. About a year ago, we moved back home after living in Grand Forks, ND for 10 years. We moved home to be close to family, raise our daughter and continue to enjoy all that Lake of the Woods has to offer. During our free time, you might find us fishing, both winter and summer, on Pine Island for the day, hanging out with friends and family, or probably enjoying a BBQ somewhere!

We purchased this property when we moved home from Grand Forks as we fell in love with the location and all it has to offer! Grant enjoys the real estate market, so we typically don't stay in the same house long! Yes, we are professional movers, haha! We thought that this property would be a great one to start our vacation rental business. Lake of the Woods attracts many people during the year for all different sorts of activities! I hope you will consider booking our property, we will do everything we can to make it great!
