We stayed at the beautiful property for a mere 24 hours. During that time we were able to walk to the beach and spent a few hours there (totally alone) listening to the waves and feeling the sun on us. We also walked down to the dock area which was a nice stroll. The guest house had everything we needed and was charming and cozy with super high ceilings. We will return.

Great stay! Beach is beautiful, quiet and a short walk to the private access. Amazing sunrises on the beach, and sunsets on the Indian River Lagoon. Accommodations are perfect. Comfortable, spotless, nicely set up. Also, very quiet, great for a good night’s sleep. The natural surroundings are so soothing. Great to relax, and recharge. A refreshing dip in the pool was a perfect ending to the day. Liliana is a terrific host, friendly, very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Vero Beach Escape

Liliana’s accommodations provided a much needed escape from cold, gray NY weather.The weather was beautiful and the rental location was just what I wanted. It was a short drive to town and an easy walk to beautiful parks and preserves.Liliana was a gracious and ready host.

Very Quiet

Absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The dock and sunset were breathtaking views! Access to beach was very easy. The drinks, muffins and yogurt were an unexpected bonus! Loved staying here for the weekend!

The Perfect Getaway:-)

Liliana - We loved every minute of our stay. The guest house is beautiful and the perfect size for two adults. Seeing the river and lagoon was amazing. The short walk across the street to the beach was awesome. I think we were the only people on the beach for miles when we went. It was like our own little paradise. Thank you so much for everything - We will definitely be booking with you in the future:-)

Fantastic

Our stay was amazing- this place is an amazing place to relax and spend time- we were able to see the sunset on the dock, and sunrise on the beach, a quiet relaxing place to rest. meeting Liliana (host) was wonderful- really a great trip all around. Thank you Liliana for your hospitality and guidance for local resources- it was a short trip but a wonderful time.

Review of Hutchinson Island VRBO

You might want to tweak the description of the VRBO facilities to say that there is no kitchen as such. For a weekend stay, a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and paper crockery might be sufficient, but for any longer the absence of a sink, stove and cooking utensils would be a consideration for guests. Other than that all above ratings apply.

Oh how the stars will shine for you...

It wasn’t the beautiful drive along AIA and it wasn’t the handwritten guestbook that got me all up in my feelings (even though there is nothing this traveling author loves more than to feel the tattered pages of an old book as she reads the stories that unfold, breathing life into her soul) It was the stars that stole my heart. I was wandering barefoot and deep in thought as I approached the entrance to the beach house which sat by its lonesome directly across the street. I was trying to feel my way through the dark when I realized that I had no idea where I was going. As any seasoned explorer would do, I looked to the stars for direction. I nearly lost my footing in the plush sand as I peered into the vast and endless sky only to be met with the brightest collection of twinkling lights I had seen in years. The Universe was clearly showing off, reminding me that my path had once again led me to another exciting showcase of God’s glory on Earth. In all the years and all the miles I have traveled across the state of Florida, I cannot recall a time that I have seen the stars shine so brightly, just for me. Bravo Universe, Bravo. I cannot properly close out this review without acknowledging the hospitality of the owners and hosts, Lilian and Larry. Had I not only been passing through for the night, I would have pleaded that they let me stay for months, where I would surely have finished my next novel. The only thing missing was the my bestie and love of my life, X.

Quiet getaway

Quiet spot for 2 nature lovers to recover from a noisy cruise! Loved accessibility to quiet beach and hiking trails. We walked 5 miles each day. Liliana provided breakfast (muffins, juice, yogurt). We enjoyed not turning a wheel for a few days (brought in fixings for chef salad) If you need darkness to sleep, bring a sleep mask, BR is very bright. Otherwise, perfect for us. THANK YOU!

Lovely Bright Airy Near Ocean Apartment

What a perfect serene location to relax and enjoy natural beauty! Everything about this stay was flawless. We were met by the most gracious host who gave us a short introduction to the property. The apartment was so clean and meticulously thought out. Loved the breakfast of blueberry muffins,yogurt, orange juice and more which was waiting for us in the kitchenette. Across the street was the most gorgeous breathtaking part of the Atlantic Ocean! Very private. Looking forward to our next stay.

Lilliana's place is exactly the quiet beach retreat we were looking for, away from crowds and traffic. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood it is steps away from an uncrowded beach, and a very beautiful beach too. She provides a variety of snacks and drinks, and K-cup coffee, in the pristine, well kept guest house. We loved it here. The host and the guesthouse itself are certainly are favorites of anywhere we have stayed.
