Accommodation was very good!

We loved the physical accommodation, the queen bed was very comfortable and clean. Microwave is low power, wouldn’t cook popcorn
cooking on electric stove working well lots pots and pans. Excellent refrigerator, needs an air fryer haha.patio door needs repair to go upstairs to roof. We were under the impression the beach was closer. We were lucky and had a neighbour who took us shopping.

Holidays in sunny Spain <3

Last year we decided to go on holidays in Spain. We didnt know at what city to stay with two children for two weeks as we wanted to relax on the beach and go sight-seeing.Finally we chose Alicante and rent there this modern apartment. I want to say that it is a perfect place for holidays. House is close to the beach, to the center and it it is not so far from the airport(for us it is also important as we were with two children and they are usually tired after flight),Each day we combined sunbathe on the beach and visiting new places. By the way, beaches are amazing, it is similar to Cuban beaches!!Believe me, I know what Im speaking about =) There are a lot of cafes in Alicante, but mostly we preferred to have dinner in the terrase of the house. The bungalow is equipped with a lot of things you may need:condioner, washing machins, TV channels(dif.languages) and my favourite thing is grill for barbecue on the terrase.It was nice to had dinner there and to watch sunset. We had great holidays and we would like to return there this year!!!I think it is great place for couples with children!

Todo fantĂĄstico. Marina y Luciana, especialmente, de 10

Bonito alojamiento con todo lo necesario. Vecindad muy tranquila y agradable. Fåcil aparcamiento. Bonitas playas a 5 minutos en coche donde se aparca fåcilmente. Supermercados tradicionales cerca en coche y tiendas de ultramarinos andando. Totalmente recomendable. La piscina de la urbanización nada masificada. Recomiendo el restaurante Indian azafrån en la zona. Barato y exquisito de trato y la comida. Para arroces, Casa Rico en Santa Pola. También obligatoria la visita al Faro de Santa Pola. Repetiremos, siin duda.

Family friendly apartment

We stayed there with our 1,5yo child and she loved the space. Also access to smart TV and YouTube etc. Helps massively. Kitchen facilities were very useful (though took us a moment to work out the hob). Nice and quiet neighbourhood with a swimming pool just round the corner. The only con was that there was no air con in one bedroom with two single beds, but we moved one to the living room. Beautiful tarrace with stunning view, plus a shed with beach chairsti borrow. 10mins walk to the beach and back uphill, good exercise though. đŸ€Ł Highly recommend!

Great property in a friendly area with amazing views

We had an amazing and relaxing experience at this property. The listing itself combined with the surrounding area is one of the best we’ve stayed at along the coast of Alicante. Check-in was incredibly easy and friendly. The locals in the area are not loud and a also simply enjoy their holidays too. The local beach is amazing and a short walk away (Plenty of places to park as well). You have a diverse amount of restaurants in the area and roads are not completely packed as they normally are in the bigger cities. The property itself is able to have a family but we stayed as only a couple and given the price it’s still a great deal regardless. No complaints about the utilities inside, everything simply worked which is exactly what you want on a relaxing holiday. Views from the top of the property are amazing especially at night time, you can relax in the sun up there if you’re not feeling like visiting the local beach, which you should every day because it’s amazing. Would very much consider renting again and hope that the property stays available despite the current pandemic situation making things very difficult for vacation rental owners.

Urlaub 2019

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gefallen. Es befindet sich in der NĂ€he vom Flughafen und in NĂ€he zu Alicante, der Ort ist ruhig aber dafĂŒr kann man jederzeit wenn man was erleben möchte nach Alicante fahren, ca. 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung war sauber bis auf die KĂŒche. Der Backofen war sehr dreckig, und der Grill war auch nicht sauber. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind durch die Sonne schon beschĂ€ftigt, der Tisch hatte Löscher und es gab keine Tischdecke, zumindest haben wir keine gefunden. Die Sonnenliegen waren ganz praktisch, wenn man nicht zum Strand gehen wollte, jedoch gab es dafĂŒr keine Auflagen. Sonst waren die Möbel in der Wohnung in Ordnung und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch gut. Die Wohnung liegt in der NĂ€he vom Strand, ca. 10 Gehminuten. Leider sind die StrĂ€nde nicht so gut ausgestattet in Bezug auf Toilette. Überall stehen nur Dixi-Toiletten, die man morgens gut benutzen kann, jedoch gegen Mittag ist es schon eine Zumutung. Die StrĂ€nde sind sauber und das Wasser auch sauber und klar.

We had a lovely stay at this property, Lucienne was so helpful with all our requirements and she couldn't do enough to help. The property is as advertised on the HomeAway site. The area is quiet but this could have been as we were there in the winter. You do need to have a car to get about. We had a lovely stay. Lots of lovely walks around the area, and you can catch a bus just down the road and travel to Alicante which takes about 30 minutes for 1 euro 50. We also visited a castle which was 9th century and it was free admission and we found it very interesting, the views are stunning. You only have to pay for the lift to go up which was about 2 euros 70. Plenty of shopping in Alicante.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick

Zuerst einmal möchte ich Luciana und ihren Ehemann dafĂŒr danken, dass sie uns bei Hilfe sofort unterstĂŒtzt haben so gut sie konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Terrasse hat einen herrlichen Ausblick aufs Landesinnere. Schirme und KlappstĂŒhle fĂŒr den Strand sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zum Strand lĂ€uft man knapp 8 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist auf einem Berg gelegen. Der Pool kann 24 Std am Tag genutzt werden, vorausgesetzt man ist nicht zu laut. Alles in allem wĂŒrde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Vi tillbringade fyra sköna veckor i denna lĂ€genhet. LĂ€genheten var vĂ€l utrustad. Ägaren var mycket tillmötesgĂ„ende och lĂ€tt att komma i kontakt med. Ingenting saknades och vi fick bra information om omrĂ„det och kommunikationer. Det fanns dock mĂ„nga skĂ€llande hundar i omrĂ„det som ibland var störande. NivĂ„skillnaderna gör att en bil underlĂ€ttar mycket. Vi Ă„terkommer gĂ€rna, och rekommenderar gĂ€rna detta boende.

Fantastiskt lÀge

Finns inget av betydelse att klaga pĂ„ vad gĂ€ller lĂ€genheten, fantastisk utsikt över bĂ„de inland och ut över kusten mot Alicante och vidare norrut. Det som gör att det inte blir 5 stjĂ€rnor Ă€r alla hundar i omrĂ„det som skĂ€ller i princip dygnet runt. Är man, som vi, inga hundmĂ€nniskor sĂ„ blir det vĂ€ldigt störande.

Excellent Holiday Property

Stay: 7th – 12th July 2017 2 Adults 1 Baby. Having arrived following a 6 hour delay (05:30am) we were very pleased to find the apartment manager waited to great us and show us around the apartment. The location is around 10 minutes from the airport (20 Euro taxi) and as previously mentioned you do not get much plane noise. It is located in the last block of apartments at the top of the road (Before the roundabout) and is only 50 meters from the communal swimming pool. Its location is around a 10 minute downhill walk into the centre/beach of Arenales. The apartment is larger than expected and would happily accommodate 4 adults quite comfortably and is well equipped with 2 very good air conditioning units (Perfect as it was nearly 40 degrees during our visit), fully working kitchen and large living room and TV. The Wi-Fi is also the best I have come across in the many apartments and hotels I have stayed in! The roof terrace is excellent and is great to sit out day or night and watch the world go by. If I venture to that part of the world in future I would definitely stay at the apartment again. Tips: - If you need a cab back to the apartment from Arenales town or the airport book one from the restaurant/bar you are in. There are not many cabs on the street which you can hail. - Download the google app to your pad/tablet so you can access the Chromecast on the TV (Was a saviour with a young child). - The apartment has many things leftover from previous tenants like beach brollies, big blankets, fold-away chairs so don’t burden yourself bringing them or buying new whilst you are there. - The only supermarket in town is near the Pharmacy / Italian restaurant however it is not cheap. You need to head toward Santa Pola for Lidl, this can be done on the bus or car in 20 minutes.

Great location, very clean and in a good complex.

The property is in a good location, the local beach is fantastic, and the promenade has some decent basic restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are local shops to grab some supplies if needed. There is always plenty of parking available outside the property and the location is within easy reach of the airport and other locations. 15 minutes to the Port at Alicante (€20 for a cab) Swimming pool is a good size and not overcrowded. There are chairs available from the property but you will need your own beach towels. The property is very well presented, has good air conditioning to keep you cool during the heat. All basic facilities are available in the property. Really enjoyed my stay.

Vacances reposantes et appartement trÚs bien équipé

Nous vous recommandons cet appartement. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (TV satellite, wifi, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, ...), confortable, pratique et lumineux. Il dispose d'une trĂšs belle et grande terrasse avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes et la mer. Il est situĂ© au calme et en cette pĂ©riode "d'hiver" oĂč les magasins sont fermĂ©s une voiture est indispensable. Il est Ă  7km de l'aĂ©roport d'Alicante ce qui est trĂšs pratique. En cas de souci, n'hĂ©sitez surtout pas Ă  contacter Marina, la propriĂ©taire, qui vous rĂ©pond trĂšs trĂšs vite et vous apporte une solution immĂ©diate. Nous comptons y retourner dans le futur.

Very nice!

Perfect trip for a calm week by the sea, in a nice apartment close to the beach. Wifi, kitchen, washing mashine, TV with cromecast and lokal swimmingpool if you would like to spend time at home. I recommend renting a car at the airport for easy access to Gran Alecant (stores, gym, restaurants). /Jimmy

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist gerÀumig und hat eine tolle Dachterasse. Diese haben wir auch sehr oft genutzt. Zum Kochen ist alles perfekt vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NÀhe mit dem Auto erreichbar (Lidl, Mercadona, Konsum). Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Exactly as is shown!

Apartment is exactly as shown no disappointments here! Location very Spanish beaches beautiful all down hill to bars, shops & beach 10 minutes up hill walk back!! The balcony views were lovely, the airport can easily be seen, incredibly there is no disturbing noise from the planes. The apartment is well maintained clean & private. A car is not needed in Arenals del Sol there are buses that run fairly regular.This is this is a quieter resort so renting a car may be an option, there is plenty of parking at the appartment.

Fin lÀgenhet i fint omrÄde

Det hÀr var perfekt för vÄr semester. LÀgenheten var ren och fin, med en rymlig takterass att sola pÄ under dagen, och Àta middag pÄ till kvÀllen. Köket hade allt man behöver, badrum med badkar var frÀscht, och Wi-Fi var snabbt, sÄ det gick bra strömma TV via datorn. Poolen precis vid huset var fin och omrÄdet överlag var anmÀrkningsvÀrt vÀlskött. Kontakten var jÀttetrevlig med Marina och Marcos, samt med kvinnan som mötte upp vid lÀgenheten för att visa oss runt. Vi kÀnde oss vÀl omhÀndertagna! Stort plus hur nÀra det Àr till flygplatsen, och givetvis till den fantastiska stranden! Det fanns gott om plats att slÄ sig ned med sitt eget pick och pack, men ocksÄ om man vill gÄ en bit extra fanns det en bar som hyrde ut fina solstolar med skÄp att lÄsa in sina saker i, samt serverade glass och finfina drinkar. Vi kommer absolut hyra denna lÀgenhet igen. Tusen tack för en fantastisk semester!

Wonderful apartement!

This apartment offered everything we needed for our vacation. Its about 2 minutes walk down to the private-shared pool. If you rather want to cool down in the ocean, you are about 5-10 minutes walk down to the sandy beach. The beach is also very child friendly. Along the beach you will find lots of great places to eat and drink. The apartment has much to offer with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Another big plus with the apartment was the beautiful terrace on top of the flat where we could barbecue in the evening. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be returning!

Stor och ren bostad som ligger nÀra underbar strand. Tacktrassen Àr fin dÀr vi kunde grilla och dricka lite vin och njöta av havsyn.

Muy buen lugar para tomar unas vacaciones. Buena playa de arena, grandes vistas y paseos, varios lugares para la actividad deportiva. Este lugar es la combinaciĂłn de todo lo que pueda desear durante las vacaciones.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Muy bonito camino a la playa con buenas vistas, a sĂłlo 400 metros de la playa, cerca de la hermosa ciudad de Alicante, buenas conexiones de autobĂșs a otras ciudades y localidades, 8 minutos en taxi al aeropuerto. Un buen lugar para relajarse y todo a su alcance.
