The Lemon Drop Cottage / PRIVADO, totalmente equipado, vacaciones o negocios.

Nuestra cabaña es una cabaña de caza renovada. Cuenta con una cómoda cama queen, futón, cocina equipada, televisión ROKU y wi-fi. Estamos a 4. 5 millas del centro de Peterborough en 18 acres. Senderismo, esquí, excelentes pubs y restaurantes a nuestro alrededor. Tenemos dos pares de raquetas de nieve para usar en 6 acres abiertos. Cerca de todas las cosas divertidas en la región de Monadnock, sin embargo, su propio espacio privado. Parrilla proporcionada y recoger de nuestro jardín en temporada. El espacio dormirá cuatro adultos o una familia pequeña.

Lemon Drop

We enjoyed our second stay at the Lemon Drop. The owners are in process of renovation. The house is now a true lemon color. The host is very accessible and responsive to any issue. The space was reorganized this year to a more functional style. It works well as a pied a terre when visiting the Monadnock area.

It was a cute place in convienent location with a great back yard view. They're working on the place so there is construction material around it. Inside the layout is a little funky and it was a little dusty. It was quiet and worked well for needs

So cute!!

My boyfriend and I came here for a new years weekend getaway! We wanted to relax and enjoy nature while getting away from the craziness of life. Everything here was so great, just like the pictures only better! We walked in to a cozy little cottage with a candle lit for us which was a nice touch. Everything we needed was there, and more. There were binoculars to look at the wildlife…we saw several deer and a bobcat!!! The place was clean and decorated so cute! Kathy was the perfect mix of being there for us when we had questions and giving us our space to unwind! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

Cozy spot with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and a/c. Small kitchen with plenty of basic supplies to make coffee and breakfast. Great backyard for relaxing. Easy to find. Close to local attractions.

Here for a wedding

This being a different type of 'overnighting' for us, we truly had no expectations. It was different but, it wasn't at all disappointing. We enjoyed pleasant conversations with the owner and enjoyed the quiet of the location and the closeness to the wedding location.

Super Cute

This little place from the outside is very deceiving.. as it looks a little outdated. Inside is absolutely beautiful! Kathy made the best of this cute little space.. it is very peaceful and quiet here. The owner does live right next door but I would really never know it as I never see her. Perfect for my needs! I wish the fridge was a little bigger.. but I understand the concept of space saving. Thank you :-) so much

Lovely cottage

We really enjoyed the lemon drop cottage. It was so welcoming and the property is beautiful. We had coffee while watching the butterflies enjoy the milkweed flowers.

Pretty place but neighbors are psycho

It’s a pretty place in a good location. Great size for one or two people. Just don’t tell the property owner one single thing about yourself because she and her multiple housemates will then discuss you at length and you’ll have a guy who is drunk at noon on a Saturday sit down next to you when you’re just trying to think explaining that you are “perfectly safe” there because of “all our guns.” Then he will admit to a federal crime while attempting to coerce you into sex including saying “my room is right over there, you can come right to my door. I’ll leave the light on.” Which he did, leave the light on. I was staying there because I am recovering from a traumatic experience. I have severe PTSD. The number one cause of PTSD in this country is rape. This man not only made it clear he wanted to have sex with me, he actually started arguing with me about the location of my physical body the night before because “Kathy said you left.” Which is, first off, none of their business when I leave and for how long, as I PAID TO STAY THERE. And second, it is VERY CLEAR that they have at least one if not multiple hidden cameras in that cottage and they are also watching every single move you make, probably behind their drawn curtains in the house 15 feet away. Total nightmare.

Perfect weekend getaway

A quiet break away from work

The property was beautiful and quaint, a small cottage about 20 feet to the left of the owner's house. Despite the close proximity, it was wonderfully private, the windows were all curtained and the place was well-removed from the sounds of outside and the nearby road. The decorations were perfect and fittingly vintage, and the cottage had a number of little quirks that definitely date it to the period it was built. We adored it and our stay there, and the owner was polite, simple, and low-contact while still being as helpful as you could need. The kitchen was perfectly well-stocked, and had all the tools we needed for simple meals, along with coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and nuts in a bowl. Thank you so much Kathy! If we're in the area, we'll certainly come again.

The Lemon Drop is the only stand alone cottage spot in the Peterborough area. Enjoy town, hike, fish, attend concerts, canoe/kayak, grill out and relax....WEEKLY rentals ONLY in JUNE, JULY and August. I added a pick your own SALAD GARDEN, firewood for $15 and bouquets for sale....
