Inmaculada Cape Cod Family Retreat, a minutos de estanques, lagos y el océano.

Traiga a la familia y venga a explorar lo que el Cabo tiene para ofrecer, y reserve toda esta casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños para su estancia. Esta casa es más nueva, construida en el otoño de 2016, y ha sido muy bien cuidada, ¡y me gustaría compartirla con ustedes!

Ubicación
Situado junto a la salida 2, tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que es conveniente no solo por el puente Sagamore para una salida rápida, sino también hacia el centro de Sandwich y Hyannis. A 5 minutos de una gran tienda de comestibles y numerosos restaurantes que sirven comida local. Usted tiene el encantador Spectacle Pond de agua dulce al final de mi camino con acceso público, así como a 10 minutos en automóvil de East Sandwich Beach y Town Neck Beach. El establecimiento se encuentra a menos de 20 minutos de Hyannis, así como a 20 minutos del puente Sagamore.

Property is great and very homey and comfortable. Everything is well cared for and went smoothly - this is the owner’s primary residence. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Location is great - we hadn’t stayed in Sandwich before and we really loved how quiet and quaint it is compared to other areas in the Cape. The beach near Seafood Sam’s in town was stunning and not so crowded.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, spacious, airy, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Great kitchen. Comfortable living room. Air conditioning was efficient and the house cooled quickly — a welcome reprieve from the July heat! Host was extremely responsive, professional, and organized, and clearly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do! The neighborhood is so lovely, minutes away from town and a nice and easy walk to the lake. It was our daughter’s birthday and we played family games in the huge backyard next to a cozy fire pit. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Location

My daughter, granddaughter and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed. It was only 8 minutes from my other daughter’s home in Marstons Mills. Wish the weather was a little better, but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great rental. Michael was easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely reach out for future trips down to the Cape.

Fabulous central location for exploring Cape Cod.A real home from home .

The house was beautifully clean and well equipped . The central location meant we could fully explore all areas , and enjoy the local hospitality. I would highly recommend this property and its host to friends and family .its a 10 out of 10 from us.

Chesney Concert Foxboro Stay

Nice 2 Bedroom Cottage with easy access to different Cape destinations. Great location if you are heading to concert at Gillette Stadium. Clean with large bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood with roads to walk or run if that is your thing. Host was very accommodating. Good communication. Have fun!!!

Great stay on Cape Cod!

The house was well cared for, very clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The local traffic in Sandwich was much lighter than other Cape Cod locations we have stayed making it easy to get round. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles. We enjoyed fishing at the pond in the neighborhood. Michael was a great host and kept in touch prior to and during our stay. The trip was the most relaxed weeks I have spent on the Cape. Road Race Home Base

We needed a place to stay near Falmouth for the Road Race and we preferred a house to a hotel. This was close enough to make drop off easy without being in the middle of the choas! We have small children so the yard was great for them to run around in. The house had everything we needed and was clean! We definitely are keeping this house on our travel list as we travel north yearly. Thanks to the host for having such a simple booking and check-in/checkout process and for providing us with great local recommendations as well!!

Beautiful home

We had the pleasure of staying at Michael’s beautiful home for four nights. Everything we could’ve needed and more provided for us. Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of four. It was our first visit to the cape and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

Splendid Stay in Sandwich

My family was attending a wedding in Plymouth and we chose Michael’s place to stay. As soon as we pulled up, we felt at home. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, outdoor patio, big screen televisions, washer and dryer, and the two bedrooms. It was such a quiet and relaxing place to stay with grocery and restaurants close by. We were in a great location-close to so many things to see and do. My family and I all agreed that we would definitely stay there again!

We will be back!

This place really packs a punch! It really exceeded our expectations. Being able to sit outside in the mornings and feeling how peaceful the neighborhood is to how big the house feels inside. We will definitely be bringing our family back to this space!

Excellent Property

Michael was a great host, and his home was a great location for our golf trip. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. Communication was excellent. Bummed the weather did t allow us to take advantage of the fire pit but overall had a great stay.

Family vacation to visit family in Sandwich

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It still has new car smell. We chose the location due to how close it is to my family home in the same neighborhood who we were visiting for the first time since pre-pandemic. We could not have been happier with the condition of the home, the big yard, the fire pit. The HUGE tv’s, did I mention HUGE, my wife even said I think we need to buy a bigger TV when we get home after how big these TV’s are. Our son got to watch YouTube which is his thing. Each night we walked around the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. During the day all the neighbors would wave and say hi. We only used the toaster and Keurig and fridge but the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and eat with. Michael was in touch with us before during and after the stay, always being helpful and checking in with us. He was a fantastic host and we would love to stay in his house again. We even discussed seeing if Michael would be interested in selling the house to us……..

Family weekend getaway

Michael’s house is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. We had such a nice relaxing weekend- just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Michael for such a nice stay!
