Este 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1650 pies cuadrados con una cocina totalmente equipada será fácil de disfrutar de sus vacaciones. This property will not disappoint. The house in front does not impede the phenomenal views. Easy, close, direct beach access literally steps away. Most comfortable, soft bedding we've ever had with a rental. Ample towels provided. Enclosed yard and latching deck gate made it worry free with our dog. Terrific off street parking. We saw beach chairs for use under the deck which was a nice extra. Host was responsive to our questions. Bring extra trashbags as none were provided. We always do anyway. We'd stay here again over and over! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great views with fabulous beach access

Wonderful location. Great views of the ocean and wonderful beach access. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and we were glad to see LVP flooring on the lower level. The property was very clean when we arrived. Had a couple small issues, but Tyler was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation and we even got to bring our pup. Can’t wait to return.

Fabulous house

We had a great stay. House was darling and very clean. Every thing was in great working order. Kitchen was nicely stocked with a variety of pots and pans for cooking and all the necessities for baking.Do not let the shared lot prevent you from booking. We had clear views of the beach from the house and deck. The second house was not a negative to our stay at all. It added some shade on the deck in the morning which we found to be a nice plus. Parking was great. We brought our dog and the secure, fenced yard was a bonus. Although we brought our own beach chairs, there were nice chairs available for use. I’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years at Folly. It’s the beach and the houses take a lot of abuse inside and out, but this one is a gem at this price. We are planning to book again next year.

We had a fantastic second stay at this house. It’s well situated for our dog with the fenced in yard and deck. Access to the beach, beach chairs and sand toys were great for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Until next time!

Close but Far.......

This house is great. Directly adjacent to the beach (about 50' down your own private access. There is another structure between this house and the beach. This might seem like a problem, but it is not at all because of the way it is designed still affording this house has a nice view of the ocean and a lot of back deck privacy, while blocking some of the wind. If you have dogs, the nicely landscaped streetside yard is fenced, which is a real asset for the morning routine. It is about a 6 minute drive into Folly, and about 20 into Charleston (if you pay attention to the 25 MPH speed limit which is advised). Believe me, you really don't want to be closer to down town. We have been to Folly 6 or 7 times in the last few years, and this has been the best lodging experience. Highly recommended. .

Folly Beach

It was a perfect fit for our family. Steps away from the beach. Beautiful sun rises. Celebrated Christmas with our adult children. Pet friendly. Pictures reflect the property well. Had parking for our 4 vehicles which is a plus on Folly Beach. Overall a wonderful experience.

Amazing!!

Loved staying here!! The house outback does block the view some but you can still see the beach pretty well! The beds were absolutely the best beds ever!! My husband and I snoozed like babies!! Our dog even enjoyed the front being fenced in so she could run without her lead. Very nice neighborhood and quiet!

Beach disappointment

The house was very nice and comfortable. We stayed here year before last and enjoyed our visit. Love the way it is decorated and the beds are very comfortable. However, this year we were very disappointed due to the refurbishment of the beach. I understand the need but I wish we would have known ahead of time so we could alter our plans. The beach had construction 24/7 with the constant sound of bulldozers and the constant beeping all night long. Thursday and Friday they worked directly in front of the house so the beach was closed. We paid a lot of money for this location!!! We would have left early except my sister had a return flight booked on Saturday. Very disappointed with our visit this time and felt cheated in a way. Vervisit. We won’t be back next year.

Nice place to stay.

This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, the beach was better for surfing than beach combing when we were there. Parking was awesome with plenty of room to turn around. Kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes and appliances needed. WiFi worked great. Each room had their own tv with working apps to enjoy. Water heater was amazing, 5 showers and still plenty of hot water available! Only problem was the washing machine needs a though cleaning as it had mold growing on the seal from being closed when wet. Check in and check out were super easy!

Great house and property manager

We have always loved folly beach, over fifty years. I wish we weren’t there during the Kings Tide, but that can’t be helped. I just could not believe how clean the house was. Thank you.

The property was an overall great fit for our family & our dog. One or two items you can have corrected by the mtce company: 1. Extra roll of toilet paper not included in 2nd bathroom. 2. Sprayer at kitchen sink only in spray mode & very splashy. 3. Over stove light bulb at stove is out & very dark.

Great vacation rental

It was a great house. Ocean view, front yard fenced in for pets. Well stock kitchen we enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean except under the beds. I usually don't check under the beds but I lost my earring and was looking for it. Other wise this would have been a 5 star

Greatest place to stay in Folly Beach

Place was clean. Ever thing needed to cook ourselfs when needed. Convient to beach and places to eat. Honestly within steps to beach from back door, we really enjoy our trip. Place had plenty room for our family of 4 adults and 1 child.Definitly would stay again.

Folly Beach on Ashley

The house sits behind a tall house. You will have great views and breeze on either side. You need to bring extra TP and paper towel. I replaced the gross kitchen scrubby with a new one. We had a few ants but only for one night after a rain. The food in town is very average except for lost dog cafe. It will not will not be hot in the summer because house has great AC. The decorations and house charm grows on you. Enjoy the your own parking because on weekends it is very crowded and I saw charges of $30 per day downtown.
