apartamento carácter de 120 metros cuadrados, aprobó 3 estrellas, con 5 habitaciones en 2 plantas, en el cuarto piso de una residencia ubicada en el centro del pueblo de Saint Gervais les Bains.
200 m de la plaza de la iglesia, restaurantes y tiendas. 500 metros a pie del teleférico (cruzando el puente nuevo), al que se llega en 15 minutos a la estación de esquí (Le Bettex / Mont Joux / Mont Joly Mont d'Arbois / Megève). Durante la temporada de esquí, servicio de transporte gratuito al teleférico se detiene cada 10 minutos por la residencia.

Balcones alrededor del apartamento, bien expuestos y con una vista impresionante del pueblo, las montañas (Mont Joly, la cadena de Aravis, las agujas Warens) y el valle (Lago Passy, Sallanches).

1 sala de estar doble muy amplia con comedor, sala de TV, chimenea y hermosas vigas en el techo (+ reproductor de DVD, CD, piano ...),
1 cocina totalmente equipada (horno, microondas, placa de inducción, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora ...),
1 dormitorio principal grande (1 cama doble 160x190cm) con 1 baño en suite,
1 segundo baño en el pasillo (ducha de hidromasaje) y 1 aseo separado,
1 gran hall de entrada con una escalera que conduce al piso de arriba, perfecto para el área de niños / sala de juegos (con TV, libros, juegos de mesa ...). También cuenta con 1 cama individual 90x190 cm, que puede alojar una séptima persona.

A fantastic family ski trip

This property was all we could have wished for. Fantastic views, beautifully styled with African furniture that works surpringly well with the alpine apartment. It was spotlessly clean and Alex, the host, was a complete STAR. The location was perfect, an walk easy to the town and the lift. Highly recommended 👌

Superb, Spotlessly Clean and Prime Location

Had a very pleasant stay here, Alexandre was very welcoming and friendly. There were 7 of us in the appart with ample room. It had everything we could possible need, it’s literally a 2 min walk to the town and 6mins to the ski lift. Would highly recommend 5⭐️

Amazing ski holiday

We are just back from a week in this incredible apartment. The location is fabulous for access to the gondola and town. The views are spectacular and the apartment has a really spacious living and dining area. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Alex was super helpful in the run up and always responded quickly to messages. We would definitely go back.

Would highly recommend!

We would highly recommend this fabulous apartment!. The views from the apartment were fantastic and the location was perfect - a couple of minutes walk into the town for the ski hire shops and restaurants and just 10 minutes walk to the Bettex Gondola (if you decide not to get the bus, which stops right outside). The secure reserved parking space was ideal for us, as it was outdoor so had no height restrictions. The rooms were very comfortable and the apartment had all the facilities that we could want, including laundry facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean. Alexandre was the perfect host in making sure that we knew how everything worked and checking that that we had everything that we needed. Saint Gervais itself is a lovely base for any kind of winter or summer holiday. We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful apartment in great location

This apartment is right in the heart of Saint Gervais, only a few minutes walk from many restaurants and bars. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space to eat, drink and be merry, or just sit and enjoy the mountain views. It also overlooks the new bridge across the gorge where they held a fireworks display when we were there, so we had front row seats! On arrival, we were met by Mr Degre's family who showed us where to park (next to the apartment) and explained how everything worked. All appliances are great quality and there is plenty of cutlery and crockery for a large party. The only problem for us Brits was that our rectangular pillowcases didn't fit the square pillows! The apartment is very clean and comfortable and an excellent base from which to explore Mont Blanc and the surrounding area. It's an easy walk to get to the cable car up to Mont Joux for walking and over to the tram to visit one of Mont Blanc's glaciers. I highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed!

Très bon moment à St Gervais

Très très bon séjour chez Alexandre!! Un appartement idéalement situé entre le centre ville pour tous les besoins et plaisirs mais aussi proche du Bettex pour accéder aux pistes aisément. Le logement est très propre, chaleureux, très bien aménagé et organisé, on se sent chez soi ! Idéal en groupe, nous étions 3 couples d’amis

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit besonderer Note

St. Gervais ist ein sehr schöner Ort, umgeben von herrlichem Alpenpanorama. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, Ortsmitte und Skigebiet sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Alexandre ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der uns in allen Anliegen perfekt unterstützt hat. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit der Familie braucht. Im Wohnraum erzählen Möbel, Bilder und Bücher von den Afrika Abenteuern der Gastgeber Familie.

Sfeervol en ruim appartement: ideaal voor wintersport

Wij waren met ons gezin met drie jong-volwassen kinderen en een vriend van één van onze kinderen. Het appartement biedt veel ruimte met afzonderlijke leef- en slaapvertrekken. De afzonderlijke badkamers en toiletten maakt dat het nooit 'druk' voelt in huis. Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht. Ook is de ligging heel gunstig: je loopt zo naar de skilift of het dorp in (met supermarkt en verschillende leuke restaurantjes). De keuken is goed uitgerust, waardoor er ook prima zelf te koken valt. Het enige dat ons tegenviel, zijn de hoge prijzen op de pisten om iets te eten en te drinken. Daarnaast raad ik aan om de prijzen van de Mont Blanc Unlimited Skipas (via internet) in de gaten te houden, want die zijn vaak goedkoper dan die van het skigebied van Saint Gervais (Evasion Mont Blanc), terwijl dit skigebied onderdeel is van de Mont Blanc unlimited Skipas.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé à quelques pas du centre de Saint Gervais, ainsi que du télécabine. Nous étions 7 à séjourner dans l'appartement et le moins que l'on puisse dire c'est que nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus, tellement l'appartement est spacieux ! Alexandre est très accueillant et sympathique. Si vous souhaitez séjourner sur Saint Gervais, je vous recommande cet appartement !

Superb Experience

We stayed here for an extended stay this winter. Right from the start, communication with Alexandre was great, with very quick responses to any questions. He met us on our arrival and showed us round, and how things worked. After a few days he checked in to see everything was OK, but left us to our own devices. This is a beautiful, perfectly located, very spacious apartment with fantastic views of the Mountains and town. A short stroll in to the town and it’s lovely restaurants, a short stroll too across the bridge to the ski lockers (would definitely recommend) and telecabine up to Bettex. The apartment is beautifully presented with African influences in its decor which was very relaxing and different from Alpine styling. We certainly felt at home here. Everything you could possibly need is provided.(We knew from a previous review that we would need pillow cases as UK pillows are a different size, these were easily found in the larger supermarkets nearby) Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a dedicated car park space which was great as we had a top box which can make parking difficult. Alexandre's mother was on hand if there were any problems, (which we didn't, so didn't see her until checkout and as our French is very poor, we could communicate via Alexandre). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Hope to return at some time

Très bien

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et très propre. Il est également très bien équipé et très bien situé : commerces à 5 mn à pieds et 10 mn à pieds pour la montée du télécabine pour accéder aux pistes. Nous avons été gentiment accueillis et avons eu tous les renseignements que nous souhaitions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A recommander.

Fantastic location, wonderful host!

The property is situated a few minutes walk from the ski hire shop and then a 5 minute walk across the bridge to the ski lockers and telecabine up to Bettex. So a perfect location for our ski holiday in Feb 2019. We are a family of 5 and the apartment was a perfect size and very comfortable. The host’s mother lives in the same apartment block and was on hand to help us if we had any problems - there were none! The views of the mountains are amazing as we were on the top/4th floor and each room had a balcony where I sat and had a morning coffee just immersed in the beauty of the place. St Gervais is a beautiful old town with lots of interesting buildings and I imagine the Alps in the spring/summer is incredible. We are sure to return as we had a wonderful family holiday.

Excellent apartment with an excellent location

We had a pleasant holiday week in this beautiful apartment, which is well located almost in the hart of the town, yet the distance to the cable car is walkable (still we used the free ski bus from the bus stop next to the building). The apartment has spacious living and dining room. Kitchen is rather small but very well equipped. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs and therefore are not suitable for persons with reduces mobility. The kids are also taken into account, there was some toys and a even a Playstation that we used to watch cartoons. The communication with the owner, Mr Degré, was very easy and reliable, everything went exactly as agreed. Also Isabelle, the local host, was very helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly when we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment as well as Saint-Gervais as a location to spend a skiing holiday.

perfect stay

Thank you so much Alexandre & Isabelle for a beautiful stay! We stayed in this lovely apartment for a family vacation with my brothers in law for New Years and do not regret it one bit. we were 5 adults and 2 toddlers and never once felt on top of each other. This apartment is perfectly situated right on the entrance of Saint Gervais les Bains within walking distance to everything you might want (restaurants, pubs, boulangeries, stores, pool, ski lifts, etc) . The apartment is spacious, bright and welcoming with minimal (if any) noise, great wooden details of a chalet but none of the work while still having the need to haves for families (read: washer/dryer, dish washer, large fridge). We look forward to coming again :)

Very well equipped, beautiful apartment in superb location and a warm welcome

We had a very comfortable week skiing and staying here. The apartment is really well equipped and in a great location, right by the town centre and 5 minutes from the cable car. We were met with a warm and friendly welcome by Isabelle and had no issues, but we knew she was very nearby if anything had occurred. Communication with Alexandre was very clear and helpful. A wonderful stay, thank you.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement . les prestations sont fidèles aux photos et à la description de l'annonce. il est parfaitement situé dans la charmante et accueillante cité de st Gervais et proche des structures pour accéder aux pistes. le contact avec le propriétaire est sympathique et l’accueil parfait .Que de bons souvenirs enneigés et ensoleillés en famille !!! n’hésitez pas :)

Très bel appart. dans le centre de Saint-Gervais

Nous nous sommes reposés avec deux familles russes pour la nouvelle année. L'appartement est très agréable et confortable, bien décoré dans un style ethnique. Le soir, le charme ajoute une cheminée. L'appartement est très bien situé - à proximité du centre-ville et de tous les commerces, et 3 minutes à pied de la navette pour les telecabines. Nous le recommandons pour des vacances en famille et au ski. Merci, Alexandre!

Parfait

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 13 au 20 février 2016. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le logement qui est conforme aux photos, très calme et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est parfaitement situé géographiquement car proche à la fois des remontées mécaniques mais aussi du centre. Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité du propriétaire ainsi que l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Family friendly luxury

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Very stylish and spacious, loads of room and privacy for our extended family. Excellent cooking facilities. and the massage shower and jacuzzi bath were fantastic. Arranging the booking with Alexandre was hassle free and his genuine interest in whether everything went ok has been very refreshing. His contact in Saint Gervais, Isabelle, is lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic apartment in central location!

Our extended family stayed here for 10 days ski holiday in January. The apartment was great for the 7 of us. A short walk to the town centre, the ski bus directly across the road. The owner was extremely helpful with all our queries and even organised a local doctor visit for our son who had broken his arm earlier in our trip. The only thing is you normally have to organise your own linen but coming from Australia, there was no way we could do that, so the apartment manager was fantastic and organised all that for us instead. We felt the 2 top bedrooms got al little hot and stuffy at night only because we couldn't open the sky window as it was raining at times. The snow was poor in the beginning of our stay, but improved by the end. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a French village atmosphere ski holiday.

Simplement PARFAIT

M. Degré est un hôte attentionné et à l'écoute des besoins de ses voyageurs! Il a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous donner toutes les informations nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Malheureusement, ma famille et moi n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le rencontrer. La personne qui nous accueilli pour lui a été également d'une très grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Son appartement est spacieux: nous étions 7 adultes + 1 enfant et personne ne s'est senti à l'étroit! Nous avons rencontré un bien propre, bien entretenu et organisé. La décoration atypique donne un charme supplémentaire à ce bien. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Et la vue!! Quelle belle vue!! Un plaisir de se réveiller le matin et de pouvoir admirer le paysage (un peu moins blanc que la normal pour un moi de décembre...mais bon...les massifs restent magnifiques)! Son emplacement est idéale avec un arrêt de bus juste en face de l'immeuble où il est possible de prendre des navettes pour les pistes de ski avoisinantes ou un bus pour les différentes villes (Chamonix, Megève, ...) de la région (trajet d'environ 20min). La ville de St Gervais les Bains est parfaite pour les familles, avec une aire de jeu à côté de l'immeuble. Le centre ville se situe à 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement. On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut: pharmacie, boulangerie, supérette, restaurants, boucherie, etc. Il y a même un petit marché les jeudis! Pour des courses plus importantes, des supermarchés sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture. Je conseille cet appartement à tous les voyageurs respectueux désirant explorer cette région, en hiver comme en été.
