The closeness to downtown was great. It was a quiet area and the apartment was nice. Thanksgiving Day check in was perfect. Would consider again if we go back.

Relaxing stay

This is our second stay and we absolutely love the location because it is quiet and a close drive to many attractions. The place has all the essentials. You will need to bring an iron. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

This apartment is super close to downtown, has everything you need for a short stay and was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for my brief visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Love love love this place! The place was super easy to find, just right outside downtown Bryson City in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was super nice and the check in/check out instructions were really easy. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!

Best kept secret!

Deep Creek Apartment was everything I expected it to be and more! My son and I stayed for three nights and it was super. It was quiet, very close to town, close to restaurants, close to Deep Creek Park, and it was the perfect size and had a full kitchen. We are planning another trip in October with the Deep Creek Apartment at the top of the list!

perfect location

The property was wonderfully located close to downtown and near the various hiking adventures we had planned. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture was comfy and plenty of countertops/ tables to put "things". It was very clean. I didn't feel like I needed to wash the dishes before I used them. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Efficiency Apartment

Went to Fly Fish the Oconoluftee & Bradley Fork. Very private and just what I was looking for. I wish they would allow pets, my girl, a Black Lab is trained and well behaved. I mentioned to the host to place a towel hook just outside the shower to avoid it getting wet. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Quaint "cabin", tidy. Kitchen supplied with what we needed. Owner was quick to respond and accommodate request to extend stay. However, surfaces in the cabin were dirty. We had to wipe every surface ourselves; good thing we had disinfectant wipes. Also, bring your own shampoo, etc. Dish soap and hand soap provided.

Would not stay there again I left it cleaner than we got it

Stayed in the rain for about an hour before anyone got back with us when we got there the place was not clean I’m disappointed in all parties involved been using this site for a long time but now I’m thinking this is not for me

My cleaners had a mix-up in the schedule while I was on my family vacation. The guest called at 3:14 pm and I returned their call before 3:30, so the waiting an hour is an outright lie. The guest is correct that the apartment had not been cleaned when they arrived due to my cleaners not seeing an update to the calendar. I refunded the guests for the first night and the place was cleaned within 90 minutes, or by 5:00 pm. We all make mistakes and I will take ownership of this one. However, I went above and beyond to correct this one and the guests "said" they were good with it when asked if I needed to do more. I was clear to them I would do whatever to make it right, but they said they were satisfied. Obviously they took the refund and then left a bad review. This is the first and only review like this we have ever received. We made a mistake here, but did all we could do to make it right.

Left a lot to be desired!

We had to use 4 space heaters to heat apt. There was a split system up on the wall, where we could not reach it to use and no remote or instructions, silverware missing pieces only three spoons, no coffee for people who check in late. Even though we paid for two nights, we did not stay the second night because it just wasn’t comfortable. We went home instead.

This one kills me. They totally missed the new window unit that yes does BOTH HEAT AND AC. It is why its wise to read instructions. I assume these guests failed to read them and assumed the window unit was only for AC. Any other issues i would have taken care of had they let me know. I cant read minds and i cannot read instructions for people.
