I'm satisfied if you had a great stay. The apartment is in the best part of Grand Case so there is music but not every day and never too late. All windows are soundproof for sleeping in quiet rooms every day. Families also appreciate. You are welcome whenever you want

Thank you for your review. I thought a hammock for the terrace would be enough, there are already chairs to eat and deck chairs for the beach too. Chaise lounges would be too much in my opinion. But I appreciate you suggest ideas, I try to improve the apartment every time. You are welcome.

Your review is clearly intended to cause harm. You rented a vacation apartment, not a hotel, which means you can't ask us to buy your supplies and daily needs. Despite this, we still provided cleaning three times at no extra cost. It is also quite surprising to book accommodation in the heart of a city and then complain that it doesn’t have the silence of a library—especially when staying for an entire month without ever going out. We have soundproofed the apartment sufficiently for all our guests. You refused to communicate with us directly, relying on a personal assistant instead. This only made interactions unnecessarily complicated and prevented any constructive discussion. We have hosted hundreds of travelers over the years, always with the same level of care, and this is the first time we’ve had guests who were not satisfied. We are sorry that Saint Martin and the independence of a vacation rental did not suit you. Fortunately, our numerous positive reviews speak for themselves, reflecting the quality of our property and hospitality.

This week was the sxm festival !!! a music event that only takes place once a year. Sorry for you if you didn't know. The Rainbow is not a club ! it's a bar restaurant. It's closed at 11:00pm. All windows are sound proof to have a quiet night everyday except the week you came.
