¿Estás buscando un ambiente relajante para esa escapada de fin de semana o vacaciones de invierno mensuales? ¿Quieres disfrutar de la Florida al aire libre en tu propio oasis tropical privado? Esta cómoda casa prefabricada es un excelente lugar para hacer precisamente eso. Es un gran lugar para relajarse, descansar y escapar de la "vida en el carril rápido". Las actividades al aire libre son el foco del área. Senderismo, ciclismo, caminatas, kayak, tubos, paseos en bote, pesca, natación, todo está aquí. Comience su día sentado en la terraza o al lado de la piscina disfrutando de su café y escuchando el canto de los pájaros. El área del jardín de la piscina tiene muchas casas de pájaros que atraen a muchas especies de pájaros durante el día. La piscina se puede calentar por una pequeña tarifa.
Estamos ubicados dentro de la comunidad de Rio Vista de Dunnellon. KP Hole y Rainbow River State Pare están cerca. Estamos ubicados a minutos de restaurantes y tiendas.
Después de un día de actividades al aire libre, siéntese junto a la piscina con su propia área de bar exterior (BYOB), enfriador de bebidas, TV, terraza con parrilla de gas y mesa para 6 para comer al aire libre. Tómese un baño nocturno en la piscina usando la entrada a la playa.
La casa está decorada con una sensación de cabaña costera desde la cafetería hasta la cabecera de la cerca en el dormitorio principal. Los muebles de la sala de estar son muy cómodos con un sillón reclinable de gran tamaño y una sección en forma de U. El frente de la casa tiene una terraza acristalada acristalada para asientos adicionales para su relajación.

Our second stay. Love the pool area. House was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Walking distance or golf cart drive to the river. We will definitely be back.

Entry to the house kind of surprised us..guess we expected it to be a bit more welcoming (wood fencing to the front door falling on the side & needs to be properly installed) but it's a beach/river house! The inside was quite comfortable and the decks and pool were remarkable...besides spending time on the Rainbow River and at the Park, we spent a good part of our time on the decks and pool which is completely fenced in & great if you have dogs like we did...the golf cart was a must to get the kayaks & canoe to the river...GREAT LOCATION WITH PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE RIVER A BIG PLUS! MY FAMILY TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!!! HOPING TO BE BACK!!!

This place is great and my family stays here a few times each year. Its location is very convenient with the private park and water access. The master bed is very comfortable and the back porch and pool area are fabulous!! There are plenty of kayaks, floats, and pool toys provided along with everthing else you should need. I Highly recommend this house for adults and fa.ilies, theres something for everyone!

This was our 2nd visit to this house. So thought everything would be fine and on the surface everything looked okay at a glance. But if you look close there are stains on the baseboards, walls, ceilings. The bottoms of the kitchen table and chairs were caked in grime. The sheets had hairs on them and the pillows were yellow with years of sweat stains. There was mold all along the top of the windows in the front sun room. Definitely from the ceiling leak i reported 3 yrs prior on my last visit. So I walk out to the nice backyard pool area and start looking and its just as bad. The outdoor cushions were covered in grime and animal hair. Not one clean place to sit in the shade. The boats were all damaged and poorly patched. There was only one boat that was useable. The pool looked so bad i took a water test to local pool store. They advised we not get in because the chlorine level was so high. So we left immediately and found somewhere else to stay. The host was friendly and tried to fix the issues i had but there were so many issues I felt it was better to leave. Just needs a little love some bleach, white paint, and new pillows. The host even said its hard for her get in to fix stuff because its always booked. Regular maintenance should come before bookings. I hope she took the week i didn’t stay there to clean and paint. I felt bad leaving but there was no way I could sleep there.

Relaxing Pool House!

We enjoyed the entire month of May at the Pool house.It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Leslie was great to work with, any little problems were fixed right away.We rented the golf cart which really completed our stay. The neighborhood and park are great areas to explore.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to stay there again next year. It’s a lovely spot with a very romantic pool and patio area. If you are into kayaking, the community launcharea is very handy and easy to get in and out. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Cute River House

Perfect house for a weekend (or longer) getaway. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The extra amenities including the pool, kayaks, and golf cart are a great touch. Only issue was we didn’t get to stay longer to truly enjoy the house and the area. We will be back!

Exactly what it says it is!

The property was great - the yard is exactly as pictured, probably bigger than it looks, and very well maintained. A lot of thought has gone into the amenities to ensure guests have everything they need while there. If you're booking here specifically to go to Rainbow Springs - DO IT!!! The private access is absolutely worth not having to deal with the public entrance at the state park! We brought our boat and the private boat ramp was AMAZING to drop in, tube for a few hours, and then tow us back on the boat. No waking up at dawn hoping it doesn't hit capacity. Had such a great time - will book again in the future.

Peaceful oasis

Perfect place to recharge with the Lord. The pool backyard was so peaceful, was like having a private resort pool to yourself, n I loved playing basketball everyday. Bummed we left our kayaks at home to take on the river. Make sure you have drain plugs in kayaks or u will sink, we had great communication with Leslie she ordered plugs for them.The private access park was perfect to swim n meet bunch of great people during our stay. House is quaint, neighborhood is so quiet peaceful n everyone so nice. Beds comfy just what was needed for overworking myself at my business. We normally go to kp hole when we visit that area to kayak, but the private access is a great spot to drop them. Will definitely book here again. This is a great gem.

I live in Dunnellon and have 5 rentals. I enjoy hosting and keeping up the rentals to make sure guests have a great experience while vacationing here in Dunnellon.

This house is unique because of the pool area. You don't find a resort type of pool at just any home. The beach entry is wonderful.
