Ven y relájate en 605 Summerlin en las hermosas playas blancas directamente en el Golfo de México. Disfruta de las puestas de sol perfectas y observa los barcos y los delfines desde tu amplio balcón.

El Summerlin es un condominio de 30 unidades íntimo, tranquilo y bellamente decorado que ha sido votado como el edificio más atractivo en la isla de Okaloosa. El Summerlin está situado en 200 pies de playa blanca como la nieve en el medio de la isla de Okaloosa (Fort Walton Beach), una isla de barrera estrecha que ofrece vistas del Golfo y las vías navegables intercosteras.

Esta bellamente decorada unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene capacidad para seis. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un baño recientemente renovado. Las puertas correderas te llevan directamente al balcón. El balcón extra grande da a la arena blanca como el azúcar y las brillantes aguas color esmeralda y turquesa del Golfo. El dormitorio principal tiene un televisor montado en la pared.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king con un televisor inteligente montado en la pared.

La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos renovados con encimeras de granito. El gran cuarto de servicio tiene lavadora y secadora grandes.

El comedor tiene mesa y sillas para 6 personas.

La sala de estar recientemente decorada tiene un nuevo sofá cama y una nueva silla reclinable, TV montada y un DVD blueray.

Salga de la sala de estar al gran balcón con una mesa alta y 2 sillas de capitanes, una mesa baja con 2 sillas, 20 para obtener una gran vista del Golfo de México y los delfines.

Este condominio tiene un gran 'atractivo exterior' con exuberantes paisajes tropicales.

La piscina climatizada está junto a la playa con baños.

La isla Okaloosa es la comunidad de playa frente al golfo de Fort Walton Beach. Ubicado entre Fort Walton Beach y Destin. Ven a dar un paseo por nuestras playas, juega en el surf, pesca desde nuestro muelle o pasea por nuestro paseo marítimo con entretenimiento nocturno, restaurantes, hoteles y tiendas.

La isla de Okaloosa es una franja de playa de tres millas ubicada entre tierras (playas) protegidas por el gobierno federal que nunca se desarrollará. La isla de Okaloosa está a solo seis millas de Destin, pero sin las multitudes y el tráfico de Destin, en gran parte debido a su tamaño limitado y una limitación de altura (siete pisos, aquí no hay edificios altos).

Condo was depicted accurately and was spotlessly clean. View from the sixth floor is amazing. Dale has added many little personal touches that are not found in most other rental units. We hope to come back again!

Our stay at condo 605 Summerlin was wonderful. It is always so clean and the condo itself is beautiful. Dale and Bobby are always so nice and accommodating. They are really nice people . We will back next year for sure!

The pictures do not do the condo justice, waking up in that amazing comfortable master bedroom bed to the beautiful ocean view has no words. Thank you Dale for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.my mom was obsessed with that flickering battery operating candle. I have to get her one now

Excellent condo in great location

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the Gulf. Super easy communication with owner. Close to Destin if you want to run over there for the evening, but beaches are not busy like Destin.

Confusion With Mail

Dale was understanding when I checked with Her on my Full Condo Payment was mailed on time , Then I checked with Her 2 weeks later and She had not recieved it , I was Confused where my Check was , She was understanding and we gave it a few days , Then when I was about to go to my Bank to check into my Check , I thought someone else had hijacked my Check , The Check came back to Me in the Mail , Nearly 3 weeks after it was Post Marked , I was so relieved .... I emailed Dale back and She was relieved I had recieved my Check back , She was so understanding and remained Calm about the situation, She said to just send the Check again , Even though it was past Her deadline for final payment ... I appreciated that so much ... And Hopefully in the future I can stay at Her Condo again ,,, Again Thanks Dale !!!

Quiet and restful, 5 minutes away from restaurants and shoping

This is the second property we have rented from the same owners , nice comfortable furnishings, big tv’s . These condos are just what you would want to own at the beach. Beautiful white sand beach.

Perfectly Excellent Accommodations

The condo is exactly as it is represented with high end furnishings and décor, very comfortable beds with superior bedding, very soft towels and washcloths and VERY CLEAN. The owners were great with communication and information. Ours was a girls trip and we hope to stay in this unit again as we would highly recommend it!

This is the best condo we've ever rented here, we will always stay in Summerlin 605

This is the best condo with the most wonderful owners. The Gardners are the best folks you will meet and the condo itself is 5* plus plus plus. It is well stocked and the amenities are awesome. We just left and we have already rented this unit next year. This is at least the 8th unit we have rented in FWB/Destin and we will always rent Summerlin 605 going forward. The granite countertops, walk in master shower, very nice TV's in 3 rooms, and extremely comfortable beds are just the beginning. A corner unit on the top floor with its own covered parking place is not easy to find. The heated pool is great for the cooler months and being in a 30 unit complex is great for room on the beach even when Summerlin has all units used for the week. It's also very nice being on Okaloosa Island away from the Destin traffic with anything you need within 5 minutes. This is the place you want to be without a doubt

Will always stay here!

We have been going to Okaloosa Island for many years because of the lack of crowds. But we have found the place that we will keep going back to. You will not want anything else when staying here. And Bobby and Dale will go out of there way to may sure that you are comfortable. Loved this place!

Best place on beach

We have stayed here before and loved the condo and the great view. Had our coffee on the large balcony and watched the Dolphins. Condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. From the time we walk in it smelled fresh and was very clean. We are returning again next year.

Lovely condo—wonderful beach vacation!

This is a beautifully decorated, roomy condo right on the beach with amazing views. When we weren’t on the beach—we were on the balcony listening to the waves. The condo is well stocked and in a desirable location. It is a small complex with only 30 units. The pool was great! The owner was very nice and made sure we had what we needed. We would go back ourselves and highly recommend.

This condo is beautiful!! It has an amazon view of the ocean!! It had everything we could possibly need!! The owners were always available with any questions we had! The location was perfect!! My husband has back problems and it’s hard for him to sleep. The king bed was perfect for him!! We will be staying here again next year!!

Awesome Vacation spot! 6 miles from Destin!

Great location and property. All the comforts of home, plus a famtastic view of the ocean. Super clean and decorated with a beachy vibe. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Loved the covered parking space close to the elevator. If your event is at the convention center, this condo is perfect. It is a 5 min drive. Will definately recommend to others. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Condo with a beautiful view!

Summerlin 605 is a Beautiful condo with an amazing view from the balcony where we started every morning with a cup of coffee while watching the dolphins. Well stocked Kitchen had everything we needed, Very comfortable king size beds and the Washer and dryer was a huge plus keeping up with the beach towels. The pool was a big hit with my grandkids as well. We had a wonderful vacation and made a lot of memories. We definitely will be returning. Thank you.

We had a fantastic vacation! The condo was beautifully decorated and the views from all windows was lovely. Well equipped and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and very inviting. We will be staying here again in the hopefully not so distant future!!! Owners were very friendly and responsive when we had any questions. All in all a wonderful experience!

So Happy We Choose This Place

We have made a trips to Okaloosa Island a few times, but we are so happy that we choose this unit. We will continue to come here every year. You can tell that the owners go above and beyond to make you feel so comfortable. The unit has everything that you need in the kitchen and the rest of the place. When we decided to eat in, they had every utensil and more. Both bedrooms were great and with the comfortable bed and view from the master, is was so easy to just relax there and enjoy the view of the ocean. Having breakfast on the big balcony was a great way to start the day while watching the dolphins. Again, we can't say enough from the time that we made the reservation with the owners until the time we left. We can't wait to come back again.

Nice condo in Ft Walton Beach

Nice 2 bedroom condo on the beach in Ft Walton Beach, fit my husband, myself & two young daughters. Had some communication confusion when unit was sold to new owners, but worked thru that. Quiet condo building & unit is on top floor, corner - which was nice. Pool was clean & kids had fun using. Unit wasn't cleaned that well, pretty sure our sheets weren't washed prior to arrival & tons of smudges on sliding doors. Also a bit surprised by no beach towels, didn't pack those on the plane - but was able to buy some. Also, not overly stocked kitchen, very basic. Secure WiFi & keyless entry are a must for us & this unit had both. Overall a nice stay & would recommend if looking in that area.
