Beautiful 3 Bedroom lakefront home less than 15 mins to Cooperstown. Sleeps 8+

Incredible sunsets, large deck, firepits, bbq grill, fishing boat and so much more. Whether you are relaxing on the deck, fishing on the dock, grilling up dinner, or on the go to a baseball game, you will find all the conveniences in this spacious home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen AND a kitchenette, washer and dryer...what more could you need. Sleeps 8+. With Cooperstown less than 15 mins away, this home is conveniently located to Dreams Park, and so many wonderful restaurants, museums and the Baseball Hall of Fame. From the time you wake up listening to the water hitting the beach and seeing the incredible view, sipping coffee on the deck to the evening seeing some of the incredible sunsets, you'll be so relaxed.

For the summer months, from end of May to end of August, we only accept six (6) night stays with check in/out days consistent with the Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, please see their site if you do not have this schedule.

We put our docks in the water in early spring and they are usually removed by mid Oct.

We try and leave the kayaks, canoe and deck furniture out as long as possible for our guests, but it is weather dependent. We have life jackets of all sizes and beach towels for your convenience.

Beautiful location. Plenty of room for families and was quiet and comfortable. We had an issue with the washer that was promptly resolved but the owner, no questions asked. Highly recommend

What a Great Spot on the Lake!

4 adults stayed there during the Dreams Park tournament and it was the perfect spot to spend time in between games. I highly recommend this place!

AH-MAZING

Harold was the best communicator with me answering the thousands of questions I had…amazing place and location to the baseball fields was just under 20 minutes. The house was filled with everything you need and more. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching a variety of fish every time. The neighbor was super friendly as well. I would highly recommend this place not because it was awesome but because of how well and quickly Harold answered any question(s) I had almost immediately. I would stay here again. Thank you Harold for the lake life experience!

Great Lake house

Enjoyed our stay, great views of the lake from about every room. 2 full bathrooms was a plus with my family, always hot water. Great location to town, great price chopper nearby. Loved the canoe and kayaks, the water was a little chilly but the boys still went swimming. Laundry was very handy.

Hall of Fame

Wanted to take our boys to see the HOF in Cooperstown and we’re looking for a house outside the bustle of the town itself. This lake house was ideally situated close enough to Cooperstown (~20 minutes) but very private with a beautiful view, eight on a nearby lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake House

We came to the Hall of Fame & also visited Howe Caverns & did some hiking and played some early season golf for our April break. The house was a great value for the views. Although we couldn't really enjoy the lake due to the April rains & chilly weather, we did get a nice sunset the first night & enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is very comfortable and stocked well. Plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again.

Weekend stay

Great House. We were a group of 5 going to visit the Hall of fame. The price and location were great. Nice house right on the water and less than 20 minutes to Cooperstown. Harold and Trish were very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend. Would absolutely consider again if I were to go back to the area.

Long Weekend Baseball Trip

The house was great for our needs. We were in the area to see 2 of our kids play baseball at Doubleday Field. The house was great for us and our daughter (and one of our son's on the last day.) We were able to enjoy the lake as well as take the quick drive to Cooperstown. The owners were great to deal with, and Harold even installed the dock while we were spending the day in Cooperstown. Upon our return, we were able to fish (and even catch several), use the canoe, and enjoy the fire pit by the lake. If in the area in the future, we will look to stay here again.

The sunsets are unbelievable. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. The people are friendly. The kids can play on the beach, fish, kayak, swim, etc.

Being right on the lake, you can't help but relax. Whether you plan on going into Cooperstown for baseball games, sight seeing, strolling around town, and eating out, or staying in with a good book, a fishing pole, or a beverage on the deck..... you can't beat the view and the calmness you will feel just being there. All the conveniences of home, but with a view!
