Asientos con muelle propio con profundidad de velero. Casa de sauna de nueva construcción con ducha en el otro puente. Amplia vista de la entrada de Vaxholms y Kastellet. Sol todo el día.
Barco se puede alquilar.
Waxholmsbåt va a Stegesund regularmente, que es una isla donde se encuentra el puerto marítimo. Tiene un barco privado en Resarö a 5 minutos de la casa en barco.
Parcela adosada con mesetas pavimentadas donde desayuna mientras ve pasar los barcos.
Cuatro casas diferentes recién renovadas / de nueva construcción
Casa grande de unos 90 metros cuadrados con un gran balcón y una chimenea en el exterior y uno dentro de la sala de estar.
En el balcón tenemos un jacuzzi con capacidad para seis personas. Toda la casa está construida / reformada en 2012.
Tres camas y cocina con placa de inducción.
Micro y frigorífico congelador.
Una casa más pequeña de unos 12 metros cuadrados con dos camas.
La tercera casa está a tres metros del agua. 12 metros cuadrados con lavabo smegkyl y dos camas.
La casa de la sauna en un muelle de nueva construcción.
Con ducha y altillo para dos personas.
Todas las casas tienen impresionantes vistas al lago.

Fantastic Swedish Stay

Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. The July sun bathes the house in warm light all day long. You get the benefit of feeling away from the city while only being a 5 minute ferry/boat ride away from Vaxholm. Very peaceful! 2)Anders, the host, was amazing to work with. From the booking process through to helping us organize a taxi ride to the airport, Anders was always responsive and willing to make our stay as carefree as possible. We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Pleasant escape!

The location is beautiful and the ferries across to Vaxholm are easy to use. The house is very pretty and quirky and the beds were comfortable, although we had to make them ourselves on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with nice coffee machines and cooker etc but it would be helpful to have some larger serving bowls for salad etc! It was great to have access to paddle boards which the teenagers made good use of. The instructions for the various toilets were a bit confusing but the host clarified things when we messaged him.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf tollem Anwesen

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Teenagern für 1 Woche auf Stegesund und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vor allem der Vermieter Anders Messerer hat 5 Sterne plus verdient: direkt nach der Buchung ist er mit uns in Kontakt getreten, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite, sendete uns sogar kleine Videos mit Ausflugstipps, organisierte den Transfer vom / zum Flughafen sowie das Wassertaxi und antwortete auf jegliche Anfragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit - und das immer sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich! Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür, lieber Anders! Das Sommerhaus (bzw. die -häuser) sind wundervoll - v.a. unsere Teenager (2 Jungs / 2 Mädchen) haben es genossen, ihr "eigenes" Häuschen beziehen zu dürfen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt prima, besonders gut haben uns die vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Sauna / SUPs / Kajak / Boot / Federball usw.) gefallen, nicht zu vergessen der Whirlpool, der grandiose Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, die Hauptterrasse (mit Außenkamin) und der wundervolle Blick - einfach nur traumhaft!! Minimale Abzüge gibt es für die Sauberkeit v.a. im Küchen- bzw. Grillbereich, worüber sich aber hinwegsehen lässt. Wir können das Anwesen in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und waren sehr traurig, nach dieser schönen Woche abreisen zu müssen.

most glorious views

This property is in the most spectacular location on a beautiful island in the archipelago. The views are incomparable - of the water, the other islands, the castle at Vaxholm, and all of the boats that go by. Sitting in the hot tub at sunset or on one of the docks was divine. It is a perfect place for a gathering of friends and/or family.

Fantastisk sommerhus

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Anders sommerhus, der var noget at lave for alle aldre børn fra 6 -16 år. Anders er sød og imødekommende og sørgede for vi følte os velkommen og godt tilpas under hele opholdet. Perfekt beliggenhed til de omkringliggende øer og kun 10 min i båd til Vaxholm og 60 min til Stockholm. Vi vender gerne tilbage til dette paradis.

Fantastiskt ställe

Magisk utsikt över Vaxholm och Kastellet. Sol från morgon till kväll. Skönt med AC i stora stugan som hade ett stort välutrustat kök. Fin bastu som vi inte nyttjade i sommarvärmen men vi använde jacuzzin samtidigt som vi njöt av utsikten. Vi använde Bustern in till Vaxholm och sightseeingen runt öarna i närheten. Värden Anders var snabb på att svara när vi hade frågor. Vi trivdes jättebra!

Family holiday in Swedish island paradise

An unforgettable experience living on an island in the beautiful Swedish archipelago. Took my three sons, 10-13 years old, for their dream holiday of boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, biking and exploring. Think “Swallows and Amazons” if you know the book/film. Property has the most sensational views over the vaxholm bay on a small island of Stegesund. You get the benefit of seclusion, privacy, connecting with nature, whilst being a short boat ride (comes with property) to vaxholm to get groceries etc. Every day was a different adventure. Stegesund is a beautiful unspoilt island. The Property offers different locations to eat and enjoy the view including stunning sunsets over the water. Anders and family made themselves as available as possible to handle any questions prior to arrival and post arrival, far better than any 5 star hotel concierge would do. A very nice Property to rent from a very nice family.. We would love to come again! Thank you Anders.

Magical getaway off the beaten path

This property is an incredible find! The setting is unparalleled and all the outdoor space is wonderful. The indoor space is highly functional and usable as well. Pros: - Location and setting - just spectacular. Can spend all day watching the boats and swans go by. We loved exploring the tiny island paths, taking the boat to Vaxholm for lunch and groceries each day, and using the grounds (hot tub, sauna, the various swings, badminton on the lawn, swimming in the sea) - Enough cottages and beds for all. 7 beds across 4.5 rooms (the 0.5 is for one room that's less private) in 4 structures - Main room and indoor and outdoor dining space are great - Fully functioning and usable kitchen - Anders and Maria - so welcoming and incredibly helpful over text/phone during our whole stay (arranging taxis to airport, boat taxi for our luggage, etc.) Drawbacks - No toilets outside of the main house, didn't fully realize that; also the dedicated "incineration toilet" for solid waste was slightly awkward but worked surprisingly well, and a bit hard for our kids to remember to not throw toilet paper in the other toilet so had to fish it out occasionally - Lots of insects, mostly outside the houses ;) - Wouldn't have minded softer sheets/bedding. And a few more towels - No laundry - No wifi, actually more of a pro than a con but helpful to know it Thank you SO much Anders and Maria! Such a magical place and we would love to come back one day.

Underbar utsikt!

Vi är en familj med ett åldersspann på 60 år. ALLA var lika nöjda! Vi samlades kring stora huset för gemensamma middagar o frukostar. Vi satt ute sent om kvällarna med infravärme och öppen spis. Mysigt och härligt med den fantastiska utsikten, där det alltid finns något att titta på. När man är fler är det en stor fördel att man lätt kan dra sig undan till sin "egna" lilla stuga. Superfint ställe med härliga promenadvänliga stigar. Rekommenderas varmt!

Dream home for a dream trip

We had a large group here to celebrate a birthday and I can't recommend it highly enough! The location is absolute perfection, being just across the water from Vaxholm, so you can enjoy a peaceful day at the home but easily access restaurants and shops with just a quick three-minute boat trip. And there are plenty of options for getting to Vaxholm, as the owner very kindly provides a small boat for your use during your stay, and there are ferry and taxi boat options, as well. The house itself is a great setup, especially for large groups, as the multiple cabins provide plenty of sleeping capacity but also give everyone a chance to "get away" so to speak...it was nice to be able to peel off here and there to read a book by the sea in peaceful solitude while the rest of the group was playing a game in the main house. We also really enjoyed all the different seating areas outside -- they each kind of had a different vibe, and there was always a perfect place to sit and chat, depending on your mood! The views from the house are nothing short of stunning. The fortress is lit up at night and is absolutely gorgeous, and the sunsets (such as they are in mid-June LOL) are breathtaking. We spent a LOT of time sitting on the decks just enjoying looking out at the sea and watching the show. Aesthetically speaking, the house and the grounds are just lovely. The decor is very charming, and the gardens are just spectacular. The flowers were all in bloom while we were there and it was absolutely beautiful, and there were also lots of colorful container gardens on the various decks. I would also recommend exploring the little island if you choose to rent this house, as there are no cars and lovely walking paths that take you all around. We saw so many beautiful homes and gorgeous gardens, and we even saw a baby deer! I've just returned home and am already looking back on my time here as one of my favorite vacations ever. Of course, the people were a huge part of why I had such a great time, but this home provided the perfect setting for us and was EXACTLY what I wanted when I dreamed up this trip.

Fantastiskt boende!

Vi var 9 st som hyrde huset en natt och är mer än nöjda! Fantastiskt läge, fint hus och tillhörande stugor. Så lyxigt att sitta i jacuzzin med den otroligt fina utsikten. Ägaren var väldigt trevlig o hjälpsam. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Wonderful weekend in the archipelago

We we're a group of 12 people from both Sweden and the UK celebrating a birthday out at the beautiful island of Stegesund. We had an incredible weekend! The house has everything one can ask for! Amazing views of the sea and Vaxholm castle, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor heating on the veranda for long nights outside, BBQs, open fireplaces - both inside and outside on the veranda :) It was very handy to get to the island, with the ferry from Stockholm or a taxiboat from Vaxholm/Resarö. Anders was a very helpful and friendly host and made sure that we were able to truly enjoy ourselves for the weekend. We were all super happy with our weekend - and we would definitely come back! Perfect house for a swedish holiday!

We travelled with a group of 11 friends and had a fantastic time in the house on Stegesund. The house is ideally located, clean and spacious enough. The jacuzzi and sauna are great with beautiful views of vaxholm. The island itself is ideally for walking or running and with the ferry boat or bus it takes less than an hour to go to Stockholm. I can highly recommend this house and I will definitely come back!

Underbart ställe

Vi var ett kompisgäng på 11 personer som spenderade en eftermiddag/kväll inkl övernattning ute på fantastiska Stegesund. Ett mycket fräscht hus där det finns alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Vi hade en fantastisk afton med bad i utomhus-Jacuzzin, bastu och ett obligatoriskt dopp i det kalla vattnet. Utsikten är fantastiskt fin med Kastellet och Vaxholm som främsta kuliss. Gick väldigt smidigt att ta sig dit med Taxibåt från Vaxholm. Då vi var ett stort sällskap blev kostnaden per person inte så märkvärdig.

Fantastic property in a wonderful location

Just returned from a fabulous 5 days in this fantastic property. We took three generations of family and the property comfortably caters for all, keeping everyone happy. The location being probably the best in the archipelago, being on an island , with open elevated views across the water to Waxholm and the fort, always something to watch. Very comfortable accommodation , clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed going out on the boat, walking around Stegesund island, blueberry picking and playing tennis. Anders was very helpful with all the arrangements. We would definitely book again.

Great relaxing Archipelago holiday

Have spend the best Archipelago holiday ever! We were with 9 friends in the fantastic house. The weather conditions were nearly tropical, hot and sunny, 30 degrees. Anders has been very helpful, everything you could possibly need is in and around the hous. We even did some waterskiing. The view from the house, especially at night from the hot tub with prosecco, overlooking the lake, is awesome. We are definitely coming back! Jean
