Recién renovado con muebles nuevos en todo el condominio. Limpio ... Limpio ... Limpio !!

Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, condominio con vista al mar se encuentra en el A Bldg en Myrtle Beach Resort. El condominio puede dormir 6. La cocina está COMPLETAMENTE equipada. El maestro tiene una cama King, 2 camas individuales en el segundo hab. Saca el sofá del estudio. Televisores de pantalla plana en ambos dormitorios y la sala de estar. Vistas increíbles en nuestro enorme balcón. Orientación norte, con increíbles vistas del sol y la luna y vistas al mar con vistas al bosque. Durante la temporada alta de verano, los fuegos artificiales nocturnos se muestran en la playa frente a los turistas. ¡¡DIVERTIDO!! Proporcionamos sillas de playa Tommy Bahama, un paraguas, un carrito de playa, refrigerador Igloo y cubo de arena / juguetes. Este es el condominio hermano de nuestras unidades en Renaissance Tower, Unit 2016 (VRBO # 768338) y Unit 2017 (VBRO # 804464)

Beautiful & Clean condo. Perfect location

We just stayed here for a week and it was the perfect size for our family. It was close to the beach, gorgeous views and the condo had everything we could need and more! We will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Exactly as advertised, clean, great location, perfect for what we needed. Host was extremely accommodating and great communication. I really appreciated all of the starter toiletries, and beach items! Would stay again!

The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is splendid from this side of the building. The residence is quiet compared to its size and the number of people who can gather there.

Perfect!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The location was perfect - within 20-25 min. of everything we wanted to do, the view was spectacular, and the resort amenities were amazing! This condo was everything we expected and more! As soon as we know what we we can go next year, I'll be booking this same unit!!!

Bad stay at MBR

Fridge didn’t work reported to owner who said we bought alot of food so would take time to cool. Theu butter and milk away Thursday!!

I'm very disappointed in your response. Yes, I told you that loading the refrigerator will crash the fridge. However, as you well know, I kept in touch with you over several days and offered to move you to a different condo when the refrigerator would not fully recover and you declined. I also told you I could get the refrigerator replaced but it would be an inconvenience for you during your vacation. You told me several times you would work with it. I am currently getting the refrigerator replaced. I understand how important vacationing is to everybody who has limited time and I always will do my best to make sure that you get the best experience. This was a mechanical error and just dumb luck. I wish you had let me fix it for you instead of ignoring it and then deciding to give me a poor review.

Overall, we had a nice stay and the property met our needs well. The beds were comfortable, the view was lovely and our grandkids absolutely loved the pools and the lazy river. We did run into a couple of issues at the start of our stay, but the host was responsive and worked to make things right which we appreciated. All in all, a good stay with helpful host and a great set up for families.

Great family Getaway

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the clean and comfortable condo and all the amenities offered. The beach items were a huge help and the kids loved the pools and beach. The condo was clean, well maintained and exactly as advertised! Would recommend!

Myrtle Beach Resort Vacation

Renting from Phil was easy and had no issues. We asked if we could checkin 2 hours early and Phil went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks Phil! The condo was nice and clean!!! The only issue was the the cable TV channels weren't working. Phil called the cable people, but never got the regular tv channels working, since it was connected to internet, just had access to Netflix and watched that for movies. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and experience. We've been vacationing here in the Myrtle Beach Resort for several years now.

Perfect family vacation

This property was exactly as listed and the owner was extremely easy to work with. Condo was clean and tastefully decorated, we would definitely stay here again and refer friends and family.

Always a fun vacation

All in all it was a very enjoyable vacation. My only issues were that we didn’t receive enough of anything really to accommodate 5 people for a week. We ran out of toilet paper the first night. Towels the next day. We only had three small packages of dishwasher detergent. Only 2 dish towels. The internet was pretty slow the whole week. Other than that everything was good

Beautiful and clean place

Everything is as described. Owner was super organized and always ready to answer any question we had (we honestly didn’t have many as everything we needed to know was shared clearly and in advance). The beach waggon, chairs, umbrella were a much needed plus especially when traveling with a little one. Will be recommending this place for friends and family.
