Golfo frente sueño condominio de tres dormitorios / dos baños. Este condominio es una unidad de esquina con una gran vista del Golfo y sus playas de arena blanca. Puedes salir del complejo directamente a la playa. Hay una piscina al aire libre en el centro del complejo para que disfrutes. Dentro de la unidad, hay tres amplias habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con TV. Ambas habitaciones tienen una cama queen size. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia y una cocina espaciosa y totalmente equipada para cocinar una buena comida durante su estadía. ¡Reserve esta unidad para las vacaciones de sus sueños hoy!

Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). Las reservas realizadas que no cumplan con este criterio están sujetas a cancelación por parte de la gerencia. My family and I really enjoyed our recent trip to Gulf Shores (4 adults, 5 year old, 6 month old). While the condo complex is a bit outdated, the location makes up for it. The entrance to the beach is directly out from the parking garage, and going back and forth to the pool was a huge plus. Communication with the rental company was quick and informative. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Excellent location and condo has all the comforts of home. Watching the Dolphins play close to shore in the morning from the balcony with coffee was an added bonus.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo with great views. Convenient to everything. Short walk to beach. Perfect fit for our family and pet. Only issue was that the elevator was not working and lugging our things up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. Hopefully that will be repaired soon. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at the Regatta condos in Gulf Shores, AL. for the last 5-6 years and love the complex with many places within walking distance. But this year our first night we experienced a water leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We contacted the management company (Poole and Associates), maintenance showed up quickly and were very nice. They cut three holes in the ceiling and bathroom and repaired the leak. They installed a dehumidifier that we maintained for them. We asked for new towels from the management company since we used theirs and ours but never received after repeated contacts. The management company should have offered another residence at the time we first contacted them on the water leak but did not even though we were there for a week. I guess the thing that topped it off for us was the elevator was not working the day we checked out so we had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs. I would not have any properties on VRBO that are managed by Poole and Associates in Gulf Shores, AL. This was not a good annual vacation week for our family but we made the best of it.

We enjoyed a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony every day. The condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. The condo was well fitted with most things we neededBring seasonings/oils with you as those things are not provided. We rented beach chairs from Ike’s daily and had the perfect spot each day. Make sure to visit Gulf Island Grill across the street and get the Yaya gumbo. Also check out the take one leave one bin for extra toys/umbrellas. We truly enjoyed our week with all of our family and even our dogs got to join us. The dog beach is not far either. Thank you for a memorable spot to call home at the beach. We will definitely be back. Also the management team was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful views

Was a great stay! The housekeeping did an Amazing job with everything being spot less! Wasn’t happy about not being able to check in until after 5:00 pm. When it clearly states 3:00 pm when making reservation and making payment. Travelers need accurate times for check in.

Great Week at Gulf Shores

My wife, adult daughter, teen son and dog stayed at Regatta condos. They're pet-friendly, so I was a little worried about the cleanliness. There was absolutely no problem. Unit was very clean and very nice. Right on the beach. Access was very easy. Several restaurants were walkable and very good. Beach services (parasailing, umbrellas, etc.) were also very close. Everyone at the condo (employees and guests) as well as service people were very helpful and friendly. The complex is small (3 stories), which we prefer. Weather and surf cooperated. It was a perfect week. Thanks, Poole Team and everyone!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. The location is great - everything you could want is nearby. The beach is great - so we didn't even use the lovely pool. First time traveling with my sister, my son, my 2 grandsons & my 2 little dogs. It was a wonderful spring break for all of us. I would definitely book this again.

Amazing views

Could use fixing of the cupboards that stick, hole in the floor that should be fixed by the fridge. Was a little smaller than we realized. But we loved the balcony and the views of the beach. We liked that the pool was heated. Great location and easy to walk or ride everywhere

Very family friendly!

Overall our stay was wonderful! The unit was clean. There is no possible way to get all of the sand out of a beach unit, so yes a little sand here and there. Loved the balcony and the rooms were spacious. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in from a rental. I did message the owners several times through the Vrbo app and never got a response. So I called Poole & Associates to ask my questions before booking. Also there was no where that mentioned it costs $58 for a 2nd parking pass. That needs to be in the listing.

Very nice condo. Owners were prompt to come out and clean dryer vent when asked. Ceiling on the deck leaks which was very annoying as cushions got soaked when it rained. Otherwise would rent again

Gulf Shores Stay

This is unit is in an older condo complex. The unit has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. The balcony fronts directly on the beach for a great view. Especially when the Blue Angels go flying by at eye level. You are within walking distance of a number of restaurants. With so many positives it was disappointing that the condo had not been cleaned very well. There was sand on the floors throughout the unit and it was obvious the areas under the sofa bed and tv console had not been swept in a while. Also we were only provided with very minimal supplies for our stay unlike other condos we have rented through VRBO. Think two rolls of tp and a single roll of paper towels for a week. We had to purchase coffee filters, hand and bath soap, paper towels and tp for our stay along with extra dishwasher detergent. If you want to wash a lot of clothes you will need laundry detergent as the condo only provides a very small amount. In total we would only rate this condo as a three star based on the negatives.

Christmas 2023

Fabulous view from back deck. We loved the rockers. Christmas Day temperature was 70 and we waded in the ocean, watched the swimmers and enjoyed the breeze. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The break was very nice. Poole and Associates were very helpful. Thank you!

Nice little place right on the beach

The place was right on the beach, very clean, and had everything we needed. Spent every night on the balcony watching the waves come in. Only problems we had was we paid pet fees for 2 dogs but they were not allowed on the beach and no canopies were allowed close to the water, wish we knew that beforehand.

Pet friendly family condo

We had a great time staying at the Regatta 201B with our family and our dog! We had an amazing view of the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony. Thanks for a great trip!

Such an adorable condo, and great location!

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo, however, there was construction going on above us, which was a little annoying. Wish we would’ve been told by the property owners that that was going to be going on during our stay. Other than that we had a wonderful time!
