The unit accommodated our family well. The view from the balcony was great. The balcony had 2 chairs and a table vs the 4 chairs and a table shown in the listing. The unit was a little dated and had a good bit of rust on metal in the bathrooms, closets and kitchen. The unit was clean except for the rust. Our check in info had all gate codes but no door code. I would recommend looking for this info before arriving.

Good location uncomfortable beds

The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. It had a low spot on one side we rolled to each night and the condo would not cool off as much as we liked at night.

Emerald Towers 303

We have stayed the last three years at Emerald Towers for a week in March! We just so happened to have lucked out by looking at websites for a place to stay. We found Emerald Towers and absolutely fell in love with it! The location is the best. We make it a girls week and we Uber from the airport and walk everywhere we go. It has plenty of eating areas to walk to and souvenir shops and a shopping center! We always walk to shopping and Uber back to the condo with full bellies and full shopping bags. The beach is right outside your door. We leave our husbands at home and they have peace of mind because we are in a gated community! You could not ask for any better of a place to stay than Emerald Towers! We will be back again next year! L & D

Girls Trip 2023

This place was perfect for our girls trip! Very clean, which is super important to me! I don’t have one complaint about anything except that the washer & dryer broke right before we got there so we didn’t know until right before we arrived. It was inconvenient, but they went above & beyond to help us by refunding part of our money & washing our clothes for us! The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans etc. The security guy on the grounds was great! He made sure people were out of pool by 10 so that it wasn’t too noisy. Very nice pool & pool area as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Nice pool with grills and access to beach.Needed a little more effort on sanitation/cleaning. Floors felt sandy and dirty. I had a crawling baby and cloths,socks would get dirty like of it wouldn’t been moped. Glass tops all streaky. Beds not to comfortable and all door need adjustments. In pictures the condo looks nice and fancy but not all true. Area 5 star Condo 2 star

Disappointed from Day 1

Construction during our stay that was not disclosed. Construction workers families pretty much took over the place while we were there. Your not allowed personal chairs or umbrellas on the beach and every morning although we were first in line front row beach chairs were never available and sold out so you could not even sit next to the water. I will also add no one was ever sitting in the chairs that were sold out. Unit was extremely dated and needs a lot of attention. Small metal stacking chairs used for dining room table. I will give high marks to the company we booked through as they were extremely responsive and apologetic to our issues. They provided a small refund although we will never stay on this property again.

Great Place

We were very happy with this condo. The condo was very clean and well stocked with dishes and other necessities. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning. The only complaint we had was the water pressure of the showers could be improved. Overall, we were extremely please with the unit and the condition of the unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Misleading Rental

The pictures were very misleading. We thought we were giving up the beach view for luxury, but ended up with neither. There were stains on the chairs and sofa so we didn’t use them. The paint was missing off kitchen cabinets. It looked like outdoor chairs at the dining table. The refrigerator was disgusting and made too much noise. The blender was old. Also why are their no rugs in the bathroom 🤷🏽‍♀️ The patio was not inviting. The master bathroom sucked for lack of a better word. It was a strange smell lingering in the rental. We sprayed Lysol to cover it up for our stay. The property listing said it had a lot of upgrades but I would say it had a few and needs a lot more. Whoever you are paying to clean this rental should be fired. Overall disappointed with the rental. However, Destin Beach 🏖 was beautiful with white sand and clear water. Also the pool was very nice. The other misleading thing was there were supposed to be 19 restaurants on the resort… No absolutely not🤦🏾‍♀️ We had to go off property for food. Also the free golf did not happen. You have to rent clubs and cart. We made the best of it, but seriously considered just leaving this rental and staying at the Hilton. Speaking of the Hilton, I had to pay fora 3 day pass to their spa facility Serenity by the Sea because this resort had NO SPA FACILITY as listed. This listing also did not have a state of the art gym as listed… not at all. It looked like a crime scene with yellow tape and everything. But thanks to Hilton Sandestin I had a spa and state of the art gym. I will not rent this rental again or use island getaways again. They should be honest. This room is for someone who just wants a place to lay their head down and doesn’t care about luxury or nice amenities. They get a negative 5 stars ✨ but since that’s not an option 1 star ⭐️.

Emerald Towers Room 303

The ice maker was not working upon arrival on Sunday, We called the front desk and texted the Panhandle Getaways. On Wednesday, 2 ice trays were left at our door. The master bedroom bed is lumpy. Beautiful views and condo fully stocked with everything you would need for the week. Overall, great experience.

Horrible experience

Upon arrival to the property (at night) our room door was open. After the sketchy process of obtaining our room keys (which did not reflect check-in instructions) anyone could have been in our room. The floor has sand throughout the unit. I understand sand is difficult to clean up, but given COVID precautions and general cleanliness, it is worrisome. Especially since it was emphasized we could not check-in early for EXTRA and thorough cleaning. I did find bugs in the floor as well. Our bathroom had a used tissue in the sink, the toothbrush holders were filthy, hair on sink and toilet, and the shower head barely works. Heavy, thick dust throughout the unit. After no one responded to my phone calls, texts, or emails I had to remove the shower head and shower without for the duration of the trip. Our TV in that room did not work. It had to be rewired. Thankfully we travel with capable people! It was far from relaxing to pay that much and drive that far to have to worry about electric + plumbing issues. In the other room the air vent is covered in filth. Again…not reassuring to standard cleanliness. Additionally, there was a BLOOD stain on the mattress cover. This is NOT acceptable. A gentleman working on the property confirmed he thought it was a blood stain, but stated he could do nothing about it that I would have to go through a property manager. I assured him that I had tried. The door knob to the bathroom is hanging on as well. The only thing that seemed accurate by listing description was the view of the beach. Otherwise this listing is VERY deceiving.

Amazing place

This is our second year going to the same place. We absolutely love it. Private beach, beautiful views and great service. Our 5 year old is so happy here and talks about going back daily.

Perfect View

We checked in on Saturday and it’s as exactly what was expected. Very clean, perfect view, and wonderful for a week away. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the beach.

Nice get away condo.

Very nice view of the ocean and pool. Well decorated. Floors needed to be swept. I felt sand on my feet when I took off my shoes. I called housekeeping to bring some windex and do some extra cleaning before we settled in. Once settled we enjoyed the condo. The master bed was not very comfortable though. Too high off the floor .

Location was beautiful, individual unit was not clean

The condominium complex is an older complex but it was well maintained and the onsite staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach location was gorgeous and easy access to well maintained chairs and umbrellas made the trip great! The problem was the individual unit. Each unit is managed by their own management company (not a reflection upon the Condominium management itself. The condo was not ready upon check in. Check in begins at 4:00 pm. We arrived at 4:50 pm and the unit was not ready until almost 6:30 pm. The unit still was not properly cleaned and I had to clean it upon arrival. The time issue is understandable given the extra measures needed to properly clean due to Covid, but I wish the unit manager had been friendlier when we spoke to her and the unit should have been cleaned better. The dishwasher did not work (things break) but onsite maintenance was quick to come out and look. I'm sure it has been replaced by now. I would consider staying at this location again but not in that unit and not with that Management Company

Accommodating, plenty of space for 5-6 people. Easy access, comfortable beds, great service at the drop of a hat anytime we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Location,location location

This property has a great location.The place was clean ,a little sad on the floor,but i think that should be expected because u are on the beach,thats just my opinion.Everything was great .Just one little thing ,the mattress in the master needs to be changed,it was like a sank in the bed with different parts of my body,a little uncomfortable so let my son take my place . But our stay was great , people who worked on property were very nice.I would definitely come to this property again.
