Fantastic location! The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Do note that the rooms are not very soundproof, and the upstairs room is more of a loft. We stayed with 2 other couples and were all happy with the place.

Location is great. 12 Uber trip to Broadway during the day, 28 at night. Walking distance to Pharmacy Burger, Mas Tacos and Snooze for breakfast. Nice neighborhood with local bars, a clean Kroger, but still quiet. Owners were very responsive and accommodating for our early arrival.

Great location! Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants and a $10 Uber for 5 of us to get to broadway. The host was quick to respond when we had car trouble and had to leave our rental in the driveway. Awesome stay!

Awesome space

Very nice home with great amenities. Great outdoor space and very comfortable beds. Decent location as everything was about 15 minutes away. I would absolutely recommend this home and if I return to Nashville I’d stay here again.

Fun to be so close to 5 Points. Would be great if house had more towel bars/hooks. More kitchen towels would be nice. Breakfast on the back deck was lovely.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We were a group of 6 adults looking to get away for a weekend. The location was fantastic! Walkable to a few restaurants (Pharmacy Burger, Mas Tacos, Hearts, Nashville Biscuits, and the Tailgate Brewery) and a Kroger which was most helpful. Just a short Uber to Broadway and East Nashville, both of which were fun. There was plenty of room for all of us, and could have even had another couple join us and still have plenty of room. We were able to sit out back for a bit before it got too chilly. Plenty of dishes and glassware were available. We hope to come back and stay again!!

Friends road trip

Very clean & cozy house. The beds were very comfortable. Location is close to major grocery store & Jetts Pizza which is delicious. Neighborhood wasn't in the best part of town. Run down vacant houses but we didn't have any problems.

Clean, quiet and convenient location

Plenty of room and nice layout. It isa ery convenient location. Quick access to Nashville and we were able walk to a lot of locations.

Definitely NOT a 4 or 5 star stay!

Booked this property because it had excellent ratings on here, but that turned out to be deceptive. First of all, I had messaged the host asking for an early check in, and they told me that it wasn't an issue at all. We showed up to the property at the time agreed upon only to find that the people who had booked the place before us were still there and were told that their check-out time wasn't for a few hours. I messaged the host back and was told that it was a miscommunication on their part and received a very insincere apology. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal except for everybody in my travel party had all of our luggage and nowhere to put it. Had we known that the property was not going to be available to us, we could have pre planned what we were going to do with our luggage. Instead we had to scramble to take a $150 uber across town to drop our luggage off at the only place we could find to accommodate us last minute. Once we were able to access the property, we found multiple dirty dishes in the cupboards and dingy pillows on the beds. It seemed as if whoever was in charge of cleaning the property after the previous guests left did not check to see if the dishes that were left in the dishwasher were actually cleaned or not. There were also decorative pillows on the beds that looked to have seen better days. It made me question how clean the sheets comforters even were. Then when we went to connect to the wifi, we realized that it had been unplugged. Kind of a minor thing, but annoying when considering it in combination with all of the rest of what had already happened. Lastly, we were barely left with enough toilet paper to make it through the time that we spent there. We almost went to the store to buy some more. Again, kind of minor, but just an annoying thing to have to worry about while on vacation. All in all, based on the experience we had here, I'd recommend to just pony up and finding a good hotel or another rental with more reviews to stay in. All of the annoyances we experienced probably would have been avoided had we done that in the first place.

Charming home for a Nashville viait

4 adults stayed for a couple of nights while visiting Nashville. Short drive to downtown Nashville, quiet neighborhood, and a grocery store and Walgreens within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations were just what we needed. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the floors, windows/windowsills, and decor. The cleaning appears to be more surface level than we would have expected. Overall, a pleasant couple of days.

Fun First Trip to Nashville

We enjoyed this cute house! Our teenagers had their own bedrooms downstairs while me and my husband had our space upstairs. It is a short drive to downtown Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. We would recommend this house!

Perfect for our family.

What a nice Nashville home. The location was great. Our family enjoyed the outdoor space. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and took care of our needs, even on Thanksgiving day.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Pharmacy Burger beer garden, Kroger, and Barista Parlor. Fire pit out back great for keeping yourself and guests entertained at home as COVID still limits the amount of going out we were comfortable with.

Great place!
