Windy Shores I es un complejo directo de 3 pisos y 18 unidades frente al mar, ubicado a 1 milla de Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theatre, House of Blues y Greg Norman Grill. A 5 minutos del campo de golf en cualquier cantidad de campos de golf de campeonato, restaurantes elegantes en Restaurant Row y más tiendas en Tanger Outlet Mall.

A solo unos segundos de la playa, a minutos de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas, lo que le brinda más tiempo para hacer lo que le gusta hacer cuando no está en el trabajo. Verdaderamente el lugar ideal para cualquier vacación o invierno sabático.

Esta hermosa unidad directa del primer piso frente al mar tiene una fantástica vista sin obstáculos del Océano Atlántico. Se encuentra justo en el corazón de North Myrtle Beach.

El dormitorio principal se actualizó en 2013 con paredes recién pintadas, alfombra nueva, persianas nuevas y hermosos muebles y colchones de caoba Ethan Allan.

El segundo dormitorio también se actualizó en 2013 con paredes recién pintadas y un nuevo conjunto de dormitorios de cerezo. La cama y el colchón es una cama de matrimonio. El segundo dormitorio también tiene un conjunto de literas compradas en 2012 con nuevas persianas nuevas.

La cocina es espaciosa, totalmente equipada, con estufa nueva, microondas y barra de desayuno. Comedor y sala de estar se combinan con ventilador de techo, muebles nuevos, alfombras nuevas en todo el condominio, azulejos de cerámica nuevos en la cocina, baños y vestíbulo. Se agregó una nueva pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas en 2013.

La unidad tiene un balcón de gran tamaño con vista a la piscina frente al mar.

La piscina frente al mar cuenta con terraza, tumbonas y ducha exterior. Tampoco hay que esperar en los ascensores, el balcón tiene acceso directo a la piscina y al océano. Muy conveniente.

El estacionamiento está en el lugar con un desbordamiento de aproximadamente 500 pies hasta la calle 33.

Great low-key, family oriented location.

Great location and unit for families. The unit and complex was very clean and safe. It was nice to stay somewhere quiet, where everyone abided by basic rules and used common courtesy towards others. Dale is a very straightforward, accommodating host who is easy to communicate with. It was a great vacation spot for our family!

Had a great stay

We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, the view of the beach and dunes from there, and the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo is very homey feeling and everything was as depicted in the listing and pictures. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is awesome, pool is excellent (cared for daily) and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The entrance is private which we really liked as it felt like the vacation was just our family. The deck is amazing, great place to sit and read a book.

North Myrtle beach

Perfect location and owner was always available. The property was very clean the condo does need attention with carpet and furniture in living room needs replaced. Overall a comfortable stay and patio is steps from the beach

Fun time at the beach

Enjoyed our week at the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and all appliances were in working order. Nice new dishwasher.

Great view

Really enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill. View of the ocean was amazing from the great patio. Easy access to the beach and pool. Close to everything. A little tricky getting into the bathrooms because of how the doors opened, but they worked. A bit dated but had everything you needed.

Close to everything, quiet , pool and beach within steps of each other. Storage room downstairs to keep chairs and toys in, saving from taking up flight of steps to unit. Door and stairs off balcony takes you to pool and beach

Wonderful times at this North Myrtle Beach Condo

Everything was great at this condo. The unit was clean and all appliances worked good. The building was quiet and was located near a dead end street, so not much street traffic. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is on the 1st floor and had easy access to the pool. Our stay was wonderful.

Deck view and proximity to beach can't be beat

We enjoyed our time thoroughly - view of the beach, the spacious patio to enjoy meals, the ease to get to the beach, smaller crowds, and easy access to the pool. Our only disappointment was entering a dusty condo which had seen better days. We spent some time cleaning on the front end because we could tell some things hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

Issue with noise

I don't have a problem with bike week, although the bedrooms are next to the road. During bike week they stay up late with loud bikes and music. Other than that the property is great.

Spring Vacation

The host was very responsive and I would deal with him again without hesitation. The view was great and check in very easy. On the downside the space is much older than it appeared in pictures. Due to the age of things it gave it a look of not being clean but it was. No professional cleaning is done. Would not stay in this unit again due to the amount of carpeting. Dale is wonderful to work with and would see if he has other units.

Home Away From Home

This place was very cute and very comfortable. The furniture and decor was nice. It was not as clean as i prefer, but then again i have OCD. It is a very short drive to all the places Myrtle Beach is known for. The view of the ocean is breath taking. The walk to the ocean was short and with ease. No mounds of sand to walk through. The pictures provided are as they seem. The host was quick to answer when there was an issue to be resolved. I go on vacations every year and i have stayed in many places. This particular place happens to be one of my favorites now. It has a very homey feeling and has everything you should need. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a descent and affordable place to spend a vacation.

Not clean

Was not cleaned prior to our arrival and there were no blankets. The owner did send someone to clean and purchase blankets after we complained. The apartment was in falling into disrepair with pieces missing from the ceiling and trim falling off the walls. Also there was a pile of random unnecessary furniture in one bedroom. Also the dishwasher did not work. The one redeeming quality is the location, it was on the beach and near the pool.

Awesome location near on the beach. Neighbors were friendly and respectful to all. We never heard the neighbors next door or above us. We really enjoyed our time in this condo...it was perfect for our girls trip!

Called the owner in regards to where we put the keys when we leave. He didn’t call back. I also text him and no reply. The place needs cleaned very dusty . Shower faucets difficult to work with . We have the keys with us and will mail him the keys to his Ohio address.

The first time we came down to Myrtle Beach we decided to buy. Currently living in Ohio but spending more and more time on the ocean.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The location of the property. Within 1 mile of Barefoot Landing and Alligator Adventure. Just a couple of miles from Restaurant Row and many championship golf courses. It is right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. It is a small 3 story building with just 18 units, no fighting for elevators or long waits to load or unload and best of all JUST A FEW FEET FROM THE BEACH!!!!

Direct Oceanfront!! First Floor!! Also has direct access to beach and pool from stairwell off off oceanfront patio.
