we loved it here

We loved staying in this house! Being able to jump into the lake was a major perk plus the house was nice and served us well. The entryway was a great holding spot for dirty shoes and it was wonderful how close this was to our off-road destination. Breakfast was enjoyed on the deck and there was plenty of parking space for our rigs. Having a washer and dyer is certainly convenient and the house stayed so nice and cool- the AC definitely works well! We appreciate this place being so affordable.Thanks, Judy, for being so hospitable. If we return to Disney, we'll be back!

Just Awesome!

We loved everything about this property! It was convenient, cozy, quaint, and Judy was most definitely the hostess with the mostess! She was so sweet and we truly enjoyed everything about our stay!

Perfect getaway

Came in Friday and left on a Sunday. The house is perfect for 3 couples or a couple and kids. Judy was amazing to deal with and we would definitely book again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this VRBO! We absolutely LOVE it and LOVE Judy!!! She goes above and beyond for anything and everything you may need!!!! We will definitely be back again for a third stay!!!

Perfect south grand lake location

This place was the cutest. It's a shop house with beautiful wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and perfect lake house.l decor. The back patio has an amazing view of grand lake where we really enjoyed our morning coffee. The house was also equipped with many things we weren't expecting. I forgot shampoo and there was not only shampoo but also conditioner in the bathroom along with a blow dryer. The house had beach towels, sun screen, blankets, movies, games, and any kitchen item you may need. We brought our boat and the house is within a couple min from a nice boat ramp. There is plenty of parking and it is very easy to get to. The only downside is there is no boat dock with a slip. The dock is exactly how it's listed a swim dock. It's a great dock thats easily accessible and has a ladder for swimming, fishing, or loading and unloading your family. This house is very cute, great views, super clean, and staying here made our entire grand lake experience so much more comfortable.

Host was Awesome

Judy was so nice and gave us all the information we needed. The place was clean and so relaxing. We caught lots of fish, relaxed on the lake snd enjoyed a couple of nice restaurants. If you are looking for a place to relax this is it!!

Great rental on the lake!

Location is beautiful and close to everything

The house was beautiful and very clean. We were able to fit a truck with our boat, another truck with a trailer carrying our ATVs and a SUV in front of the house. The back is stunning with a beautiful deck and yard where we played corn hole and enjoyed the water. Judy and her husband were very nice and accommodating. Her husband even gave us extras chairs to watch the fireworks from right above the dock. It is perfect spot for Fireworks and a short drive to the airshow during 4th of July weekend. It is also a half mile from blue whole swimming hole. Which is beautiful but the water was very chilly as to it being spring fed. Overall it was an amazing weekend..!

We found a lil piece of heaven on highway 28 =)

Y'all, if I could, I would give this place a TRILLION stars! I rented this place from Judy last minute when my first VRBO reservation fell through (due to a non-responsive owner). We are a family of 7 with 2 infants, & she graciously accommodated our group, was very responsive from the moment I submitted my request. Not only did she graciously accommodate us, but she also text & then spoke with me on the phone prior to our check in date to "make sure everything we needed was there waiting for us". To say that Judy goes above and beyond, would be an understatement. Y'all, I placed a "pick-up" grocery order in Grove rather than Vinita (Vinita is closer, I didn't know this), so while talking with Judy I mentioned that I needed to go to Grove to pick up that grocery order, so I'd be out at her place later. Y'all, this sweet, precious, God loving hostess, offered to (and did) pick up my grocery order. When I arrived, she had EVERYTHING put away. I can't even tell you what a blessing that was to me in countless ways. Judy is a rare find, she cares about your comfort while you stay, and you'd be hard pressed to find a better hostess! NOW, about the property-Pictures DO NOT do it justice at all. The view inside is so beautiful. it is VERY CLEAN. The living room was perfect size for the fam to hang out and listen to music while swapping stories. The kitchen is impeccable...nice, modern, and quality fixtures, appliances, countertops, etc. It has a really pretty sink and I'm pretty sure my kids were tired of hearing me say how sparkly the sink looked when it was wet. Anyway, my daughter and her family slept in the master-bedroom. The bed was perfect for my grandson and son-in-law, and the fold out loveseat was perfect for my daughter and grand-daughter. (both said the beds were comfy) There's a huge walk-in closet with room for EVERYTHING! The loft is quite comfy. There are 2 queen beds that are soft and comfortable to sleep on and the AC works perfect up there! There are extra linens, the washer & dryer work great! The deck is gorgeous and the views are spectacular from inside and from the deck. The shared dock provides a million dollar view of the sunset. Fishing was good, boys caught an 8 pound catfish and we had catfish for dinner that night! Also, for a loft house, it was very quiet in the master bedroom, the babies were never awakened by our chaos. I HOPE I get the chance to visit again.

Amazing stay in Disney

First of all, Judy, the owner, was so incredible, Friendly and welcoming. We had everything we need and some. The kids enjoyed swimming, there was a grill available to cookout and the back porch area was a perfect little spot to hangout. We were only about a half mile from Disney and could take our Razor without having to load up. We would definitely stay here again!
