Cuatro habitaciones, tres King y una Queen (Serta Icomfort) con tres baños completos. La sala de estar del techo de la catedral tiene enormes ventanas para disfrutar de hermosas vistas. El comedor ofrece asientos para 8 y se abre a la vida al aire libre con área cubierta y terraza. Genial para asar y comer afuera. La sala de televisión independiente ofrece un lugar para recostarse y relajarse.

La cocina ofrece asientos en la isla y está equipada con horno doble, anafe, lavaplatos y muchas comodidades para que disfrute de su estancia. El patio interno es un excelente lugar para comenzar el día con una taza de café.

Prepare su café o use el Keurig.

I had a great stay with adult friends. This was a great launching point for hikes in their area, and to drive into downtown Sedona. The house itself was as pictured, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for the 4 of us high school friends to come together and relax. We each had our own king size bed and the space was so comfortable. Several restaurants to pick from and beautiful views.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. Our accommodation was great. It was spacious, clean, with everything we needed. It was close to everything. It was our first time with a Vrbo property and we were very happy. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect place in Sedona

Cougar house had everything, from 4 bedrooms with super comfortable king beds to the smallest details like plenty of towels and all possible kitchen needs. Our favorite was the front courtyard, watching the changing colors on the various layers of the red hills that surround the house. It is also in a very quiet and peaceful location, just a pleasant 1 mile walk to Cathedral Rock Trailhead (which surprised us to be one of our all time favorite hikes).We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Sedona Stay—Everything as Advertised!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cougar House. The house was well located, very clean, and had everything we needed. What I appreciate most was Lisa’s welcoming and informative messages. As first time visitors to Sedona, her suggestions were really key to us having a well planned trip. She even went out of her way to research the best way for us to get to the Grand Canyon. I really appreciated her enthusiastic and accurate—and extremely helpful—suggestions.The house is well taken care of and had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen one night and found it to be well stocked. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, lotions, etc. in the bathrooms. Our bed was extremely comfortable. There was a lot of furniture and room to store things. The pictures and description accurately represent the house.We had a great experience in the Cougar House and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for our family of seven

The location was perfect—a very short drive or even a walk to the primo hiking trails: Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Devil’s Bridge, and the Chapel Trail. Close enough to uptown Sedona, but far enough to avoid the traffic. Morning sun on the front patio with a mountain view east, afternoon sun on the back patio with a mountain view to the west. All four bedrooms had very comfortable king beds. Two living rooms with comfortable seating—though there was too much to do to spend any time there! The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa responded to any inquiry we had immediately and had great suggestions of things to do in the area. All in all, one of the best of our many VRBO experiences.

Wonderful

Great property for our group of 3 couples. Lots of room to gather comfortably both indoors and on the two patios. Very well appointed with supplies. Bedding was extremely comfortable and the house was immaculate.

Sublime Stay in Sedona

My 3 friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in March. This house is very clean and comfortable. Everything you'd need to cook breakfast, lunch or even a dinner is supplied. Lisa was very kind and helpful with information and communication. The location in VOC was great near Chapel, Bell Rock and wasn't too bad getting further north to the "Y", which we did several times. Pretty views! It's a great place!

The house was as advertised. All four king beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed both front and back outdoor sitting areas. The house was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown Sedona galleries and hiking trails.

Perfect for us!

Very clean, and tons of space! Weather was very chilly so we were glad to have the indoor places to be without being crowded. Very well equipped inside and out. Property managers were very attentive and answered our questions right away. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home

We had our yearly girls trip and the Cougar Home didn’t disappoint. It was beautiful and all the small details were on point. The views after the first snowfall were stunning. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location

We Liked the location of this place. It was very clean and bedrooms are large. There are many levels inside this house which we didn’t realize and was a challenge for my elderly mother who uses a cane. I do wish the hosts had let us know that we could have gotten in prior to the 4p check-in like most VRBO hosts.

Sister trip

My 3 sisters and I all enjoyed our stay at the cougar house. Four bedrooms for king size beds all very comfortable. Plenty of space. The location of the property is a quick drive to all hiking trails and sights we wanted to see in the Sedona area. The views from the house weren’t quite as expected, but a quick walk in the neighborhood allowed beautiful views of the named rock formations in the area.

We had been visiting Sedona regularly for several years and in 2015 pondered the idea of purchasing a property to enjoy. We wanted a property conveniently located with beautiful views in a peaceful area which offered outdoor living. It took several years to find this property. Since we weren't ready to relocate we liked the idea of sharing the property with others to enjoy. The vacation rental seemed like a great match.
