Esta unidad se encuentra en el edificio G en el segundo piso. Duerme cómodamente hasta 6! Cama King en el dormitorio principal, cama completa en el dormitorio de invitados y sofá cama Queen ubicado en la sala de estar. Balcón privado con vistas al golfo y a la laguna pequeña. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina y platos que necesitará para preparar las comidas durante sus vacaciones. Beachball staff made this the easiest check-in and check-out we have ever dealt with on our beach vacations. We arrived late (sometime between 10:30 - 11:00 p.m.) and found that there was a gate blocking the parking lot entrance. They had sent me an email about it with the code but I had somehow missed it, so I called the beachball phone number (in the middle of the night mind you) and an agent immediately answered and looked up our booking and gave me the code we needed to get in the gate. The condo was very clean even though it is a property that allows pets (you would never know they had been in there except for where someone’s pup had chewed on a knob of the wooden tv stand). My parents who came with us have allergies to non-hypoallergenic dogs and to cat hair so I was a little concerned about staying in a place that had probably had a lot of animals in it, but they had no allergic reactions meaning the cleaning staff must have done a great job. The Beachball staff was also very understanding when I accidentally brought something home from the condo and didn’t realize it until we made it home (500 miles away - so I couldn’t bring it back). I called them and offered to pay to replace it but they replaced the item for the condo owner and didn’t even charge me for it. Overall the Beachball staff was excellent to deal with and I will definitely be looking to book with them again in the future.

We didn’t like that maid service came in the unit without giving us a notice. The unit refrigerator had rust or something on front of it. Walls and carpet on balcony nasty. Cabinets in bathrooms need cleaned or upgraded. The beds and view from balcony I would give 100 stars. Great view and beds were very comfortable. This unit would be great place with a few upgrades.

It was great to sit on the balcony and be able to see the ocean. It was relatively quiet, we only heard loud neighbors one night. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking supplies.

We had a great stay! The beds were so comfortable!! The maintenance crew came in and replaced a towel rack and toilet seat that were broken. They were great! The place needs to be updated with paint and TLC! It was very difficult for me being 72 years old to have to climb the stairs constantly to the second floor, which was actually like being on the third floor. I did it, but I wouldn’t do it again!

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The unit had everything we needed, even a pulley system we used to hoist things up from below as it is on the 2nd level accessible only by stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Our condo needed a few minor updates but overall nice. Kitchen needed new utensils and skillets. Overall it was very accommodating.

Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Plenty of space for our group for the weekend. There was parking in the shade which was great (leather seats and that Alabama sun don't mix well). We had an issue with the door code when we first arrived but we were able to reach them very easily to get it resolved. A 10/10 experience all around.
