Este complejo de baja densidad cuenta con acceso privado a la playa, muelles de pesca, embarcadero, lanzamiento de botes, múltiples piscinas (2) piscinas principales grandes, 2 piscinas para niños) y parrillas para barbacoa.

Esta unidad se encuentra en el edificio G en el segundo piso. Duerme cómodamente hasta 6! Cama King en el dormitorio principal, cama completa en el dormitorio de invitados y sofá cama Queen ubicado en la sala de estar. Balcón privado con vistas al golfo y a la laguna pequeña. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina y platos que necesitará para preparar las comidas durante sus vacaciones. It was great to sit on the balcony and be able to see the ocean. It was relatively quiet, we only heard loud neighbors one night. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking supplies.

We had a great stay! The beds were so comfortable!! The maintenance crew came in and replaced a towel rack and toilet seat that were broken. They were great! The place needs to be updated with paint and TLC! It was very difficult for me being 72 years old to have to climb the stairs constantly to the second floor, which was actually like being on the third floor. I did it, but I wouldn’t do it again!

Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Plenty of space for our group for the weekend. There was parking in the shade which was great (leather seats and that Alabama sun don't mix well). We had an issue with the door code when we first arrived but we were able to reach them very easily to get it resolved. A 10/10 experience all around.

Place had a great views but the condo was dated. Rusty refrigerator and the balcony had carpet with nails sticking out of it. Towel racks were broke off and the fire alarm in unit went off for no reason we took the batteries out. Loved the location but there was a bad smell of cat urine so unfortunately we won’t be able to stay in that unit again. Vents in floor were awful dirty so it seemed when the air was on was when you could smell it more. The balcony in the corner the smell of urine was awful that carpet needs pulled up. Just needs a good updating and cleaning and would be great.

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The unit had everything we needed, even a pulley system we used to hoist things up from below as it is on the 2nd level accessible only by stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

Would have given 5 stars if the kitchen had more cooking pans, toaster that toasted both sides and some basics like salt and pepper stocked. Also, it is on the second floor so be prepared for a lot of steps.

Location was perfect

Access to the lagoon and beach. Two gorgeous pools. Brought our lab mix, property was clean, condo could use a few updates (especially the bathrooms). There were some water damage spots in the main bedroom, but they do not look recent. Had trouble finding the check out instructions. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.
