Encantadora villa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en la planta superior. Dos balcones ofrecen vistas a las montañas y a increíbles vistas panorámicas al lago. La Villa tiene un gran plano de planta abierto con más de 1700 pies cuadrados. Las habitaciones incluyen una habitación principal con cama King, una segunda habitación principal con cama Queen, una completa con litera doble y un sofá cama Queen. El Hollows Beach Club ofrece 4 piscinas, que incluyen una piscina infinita y una para niños con bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla y bar junto a la piscina y gimnasio. Si desea asar a la parrilla, en la piscina hay tres hoyos y el Hilltop Smokehouse ofrece un excelente lugar para reunir amigos y familiares para una barbacoa bajo un pabellón cubierto con mesas de picnic y fogatas. Had a quick family getaway!

The views and neighborhood were spectacular on this place! The sunrise was literally breathtaking in the morning. The condo is also super spacious along with the awesome balcony views. Loved that they had games, beach towels and a kid proof bed with little toys for them to play with. My kid was STOKED. My only disappointment was not being able to access the lake and the master shower head is WAY too powerful. Would definitely stay again with my girlfriends!

Loved our stay!

We loved this condo! Great views and you couldn’t beat the pool and vibe of the neighborhood! Super cool and beautiful! The condo was clean and quiet with everything we could think of being available in the kitchen so that we could cook for our family and not eat out. Loved it!

Great family get away

The property was wonderful tons of things for the family to do. The condo did have some dog hair in there from I guess the previous renters, however found the vacuum and was able to take care of it. The owner of the condo was very quick to answer any questions. Would recommend to any friend or family.

Had A Great Time

The condo was clean and spacious for 6 guests. The Hill Country views were breathtaking! Getting to the lake was a challenge, partly because Lake Travis lake levels were low. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Surprise Birthday Getaway

We surprised my husband for his birthday. This place had everything we needed to prepare our meals and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed both patios at dawn and dusk.

Amazing Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was very spacious and had everything we needed (extra linens and fully stocked kitchen. We were able to enjoy the pools and grilling area at the beach club. Check in prices was easy and Chris communicates everything you need to know ahead of time. The views from the patio were amazing. I was also able to enjoy walking the trails each morning. We saw deer several times wandering our stay as well. We would definitely love to book this property again.

Great getaway

Condo has an amazing view of the lake from the balcony. House is fully stocked and we enjoyed grilling on the balcony. Beach house has 5 different pools. The kids love it! We had a great time.

Relaxing stay

We had a great weekend here. The patio is great for lounging and probably the best part of the trip. Enjoyed the pool but there wasn't really a "beachy" part of the lake there. The condo is very well stocked. Overall a great stay.

Great place, Amazing views, Host was awesome!

We had a very pleasant stay at Chris's villa. It was just as described and we had a blast at the beach club and the lake. We ran into quite a few, unavoidable and difficult issues during our stay...all of which were responded to promptly and efficiently by Chris. We would love to stay again one day. Thanks!

Beautiful view!

We had a great stay at this property. The view out the back is just spectacular. There is an outdoor sofa, and we enjoyed spending time out there, even in late June. We enjoyed the lovely pool and time on the lake, but sitting on that balcony was some of our favorite time together. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Great place for our family to stay.

Awesome lake retreat!

This condo was a great size for our group. We have stayed in a few other condos around this area as well, and this unit was much roomier than others. Plenty of space to relax and truly enjoy time with friends/family. We had one issue with the tv not working one morning and the owners did not hesitate to take care of it immediately. They were very easy to communicate with and truly made sure we were taken care of. We would definitely recommend this location to others, and we will return! The views of the lake were beautiful as well. Thank you for a nice spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy Lake Travis.

Wonderful Hill Country Getaway

Amazing condo with beautiful views from all over. Tucked amongst the trees and hills with quick access to the lake. Even left a bottle of champagne for our 20 year anniversary. Nice touch, thank you so much. We will definitely be back for another stay.

A Truly Honest Review from an Honest Critic!!!

As a person who cannot stand false advertising, I have to say this was the best location I've been to by far. If you're looking for 3bedroom condo/resort, this is it! Here's my review about the things not quite shown from the pictures: Location: -directly on hillside in a secluded neighborhood community -many hiking trails right out the front door (one of the hiking trails leads to the beachside of the Colorado River bank) -BBQ pit and lounge park area on top of the hill (about a 3min walk up) -elevator to get to the top 3rd floor (where condo is unit is located) -wifi but didnt have to use it, reception was fine -beach house with pool, bar, bbq pit, workout facility etc. (about a 5 minute drive ) -10min drive from CVS, Dollar General, Starbucks, Fastfood (20min drive from Austin establishments) -boat rental area on the other side of lake. (took an 18passenger Bentley Pontoon and drove around for 4 hours) Bedrooms: -all clean, comfy, and spacious -2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom -all rooms have great views looking out the windows -the master bedroom has a door to the patio -walls are very insulated (at one point i needed a towel and tried yelling to my friends who were in the adjacent room, but to no avail. they couldn't hear me at all) Restrooms -all clean -3 restrooms with tubs and showers. -master bathroom has huge walk in shower and large tub -linen closet full of extra towels, and sheets. Living space ___THE SPACE IS QUITE LARGER THAN THE PICTURES Display and I wish there was a way i could provide my own pics on here., the living room is VERY spacious______. -the couch has a pullout mattress. -theres a second living area with another loveseat couch (that is not shown on the pics) perfect for a second couple to relax in privacy. Kitchen: -has everything needed (all utensils, pantry stocked, fridge clean, Patio -overlooks the lake and mountain side in all areas you can look. (literally feels like Italy or somewhere else that's not Austin TX . I facetimed a friend from the patio and he asked what country is it that I'm visiting. He Legit thought I was in the Caribbean or brazil) -there's a second patio on the other side of the condo (and i was floored) -gas grill on the patio Commination with Owners -these guys were on it, responding promptly to every question -we arrived to a complementary bottle of wine -left a binder with activities and ideas to consider in the area and throughout austin . it was a blessing!

As described and worked well for us!

Had family in town for a short visit for the delivery of my child. We live in Jonestown and wanted a place where family was close by but had their own space. Beds were comfy and the place was as described. Would rent again!

Wonderful property!

A group of single moms and their kids were looking for a place away from home, and boy did we find it. The owners answered questions before arrival and have nothing negative to say about the property! We loved every minute of it and all the kids asked if we could stay longer when it was time to check out. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful view, nature, very relaxing

Beautiful, clean and well decorated place. Very helpful gracious owner. We really enjoyed our time, loved the lake view and the nature around including the deers. We will visit again for sure! Thank you again Chris!
