Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It would have been helpful if you were specific only because you’re “outdated” feedback about the condo doesn’t make sense. The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite slab, slate flooring and other new upgrades. The kitchen also has been upgraded with granite slab, new cabinets, slate flooring, modern appliances, and well stocked. I remember the fireplace pilot light had blown out from a storm at which I sent my handyman over within the hour and it was working great the entire stay. you thanked me for the prompt attention. This lionshead condo that has been upgraded but every condo has things that can be improved and if your feedback had been specific and addressed these types of things, then I could have made some changes or added features that would have been nice for future guests.

I am always open to feedback and looking to improve. However I am very surprised at the lack of service feedback. I emailed the entry info with all directions and lockbox codes about one month prior to arrival. When guest called I responded within 10 minutes of receiving message on Saturday to help him with the lockbox code so he could get into the condo. I did not know he had not received the entry info because he never contacted me prior to arrival to say it was not received. In future i will ask for a quick email response to confirm receipt of this info. He texted me Saturday evening for dish rags and wash cloths so I dropped wash cloths the very next day on Sunday. Housekeeping has stocked the home with paper towels since dish rags get gross fast. There were sponges under sink. There is also a dishwasher. I immediately addressed the lack of wash cloths with housekeeping so there will not be a shortage of wash clothes again and per Guest recommendation I will request more linens stocked for week stays since at Vantage Point laundry is on site but not in the condos so perhaps not as convenient. Guest thanked me and I didn't hear from him for the rest of the stay so I thought all was taken care of promptly. As always I appreciate feedback immensely and will always take immediate steps to fix any problems. These changes should make future stays even more enjoyable.

Thank you for the feedback. I will speak with the owner about the master bedroom mattress although I have had zero complaints. A firm mattress topper would probably be a good addition just in case. The carpet however is only a couple of years old and definitely has no holes so I hope this review is for this actual condo. Some items you references do not seem to apply. I also found no holes in the towels. There was one hot tub towel that was frayed on the end but definitely no holes in the bathroom towels. The condo is loaded with dishes, glassware, table mats and napkins. I will inspect the cookware to make sure the mid-shaped pan is located, removed and replaced. Finally the heaters in the living room are new this season and are easily controlled by the thermostat on the wall. The bedroom heaters are individually controlled but since there are no thermostats in the room it's usually easy to figure out. I will however find a way to inform future guests of all heating controls so this is not an issue. I'm always accessible with any questions as well anytime. As far as rates, they are extremely competitive--the week after that you got an inexpensive 3bd starting March 27th reflects the start of the late season pricing which is typically half or more off the spring break rates (ours works the same dropping to half of the spring break rate) so it does make sense you could score a lovely lionshead 3bd for so much less once Easter has passed but for spring break that would not be the case. And it's so much less crowded on the hill following Easter. Our rates for location and quality are typically lower than comparables in lionshead village for all rate periods.
