Really nice cottage

Clean and updated cottage with water view and walk to the bag. Close to three restaurants with good food and music. Will definitely be back next lacrosse tournament.

Scenic Spot

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for a family reunion close by. The house layout was perfect for our stay. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We loved walking across the street for a beautiful sunrise along the dock and water. Just a few steps away we enjoyed yummy food, drinks, and entertaining live music at local restaurants.

Sweet home away from home. Exclamation

Wonderful vacation spot to relax and unwind. Accommodations were very well kept and comfortable. Located in a very quiet charming town. Perfect for our trip purposes. Close to anything you might need. Host was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this property. Would love to stay here again. Hopefully longer next time.

Lacrosse tournament weekend

This house exceeded all expectations! Very comfortable and beautifully decorated from the furnishings to the bathrooms to the beds. We had plenty of space for 8, and plenty of towels for all of us. We had a delicious dinner at the River Shack next door. Wonderful water views in a quiet neighborhood. I would love to stay here again, highly recommend!

It was great stay!

This property was perfect for our stay! The charm of this home and neighborhood was lovely! People were friendly the views spectacular and you could walk to eat at fantastic restaurants! The home was clean and relaxing. The little things in this home like the art work, Kleenex and plenty of towels. There was hygiene in case you forgot yours. There is no full kitchen but the outdoor space with a grill was perfect and who wants to cook with the local restaurants you walk across the street for. Will be definitely booking here again!

Cozy cottage for ladies’ weekend

Four friends and I (all in our early 40’s) rented this cozy cottage for a ladies’ weekend. It was a great setup for us and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a dinner at The Wellwood a short walk away and hanging out by the water. It was a bit challenging getting an Uber to Havre de Grace for dinner on Friday but we were able to, and a Lyft back afterwards. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the house was clean. We had an enjoyable stay here.

Charlestown Rocks

We came to town to compete in the Bassmaster Open fishing tournament. This house was perfect! The boat launch was right down the street and two excellent restaurants were next door. The property also had plenty of property for parking out trucks and trailers. 5 stars.

Family Outing

We had a wonderful time. The house was centrally located to everything. My brother had a boat at the pier so it was convenient to be able to walk back and forth. Wonderful family time and great memories. Would highly recommend this place! It was comfortable and clean! 5 stars all the way!!

Thanksgiving in Charlestown

We enjoyed our stay. Little disappointed with dust debris food paper under couches and bed. Lots of spider webs and bugs around ceiling lights. K pot has issue and not enough coffee cups. None of this hindered our stay. Just noticeable and easy fix for next guest.

Lovely stay

Lovely place. Great bathrooms and beds. Easy check in and out. I didn’t fully get that the kitchenettes didn’t have even a stove top so know that you will not be cooking anything—only microwaves and not even enough plastic ware for eating so it is very hotel like in that way. Bedrooms lovely. The lawn was mowed loudly at 6:30am one morning for awhile which was unfortunate since it woke us all up. Otherwise lovely visit.

Great trip and place to stay with one bad wake up call

The cottage was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and each had own AC which is great. Added coffee and toiletries along with linens is a great add on. Whoever takes care of lawn decided to mow at 6:30am which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Not a good wake up. Everything else though was fantastic

Great get away from the tournament

We are from Oklahoma coming in for a Lacrosse tournament at the Unversity of Delaware. It was a great house for the 6 of us ( 4 adults and 2 teen boys). The house was beautiful house, so clean and comfortable. Loved sitting outside and listening to the music from the two restaurants next door. Perfect!! The one thing I wish I p paid attention to is there is no stove, only microwaves. Also, no plates or silverware. We improvise and made it work. The 4 days were perfect!

House was very nice, clean, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. and dining area also. The marina side patio was a nice place to relax And have a drink. Marina was nice and staff was helpful with docking boat!! Restaurant food Was Great and staff was great!!

Beautiful and great location

The place is beautiful and clean. Stocking the kitchenette with a few mugs, plates, bowls and silverware would cut down on the need to use disposables for take out food in the age of Covid dining restrictions.

Amazing Waterfront Getaway

The home was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. With the RiverShack and Wellwood right next door, it made for delicious dinners both nights. The closeness of the marina was also a major plus. The neighborhood was cute and quaint. Would definitely love to come back.

Wonderful cottage!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Cottage. Perfectly appointed with Key West flair, fully updated with beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds and right across the street from the Wellwood Restaurant which has amazingly good food. Ate there twice!! Right at the marina for quick access to boating. The property owners were wonderful to work with and we will be certain to be back when we visit the area again!!

such a good find!

Stayed here with co worker for a training for work. It was beautiful and clean. Communication was quick and helpful. Was close to reaturants and used the water taxi which was relaxing and lovely. Would stay again in a heart beat. Thanks again

Awesome house and location

Rented the house with a bunch of friends for the weekend and had a blast. 8 guys and a boat. The house was in the perfect location, clean, spacious enough for all and had a boat slip - which we used to cruise on the bay. Becky was great to work with and made our stay enjoyable and easy. Would 100% recommend.
