Great vacation rental

Our overall stay was great! It was very spacious. Two problems were figuring out the cold water for the kitchen faucet and the bar stools were broken and no replacement, more bar stools are needed; however the overall stay was amazing.

The home was as described. It was clean and was big enough to accommodate my whole family and extended family. The game room and pool was great for entertaining the kids. The washing machine should be upgraded it makes a lot of noise when on spin cycle. My biggest problem was when I left I was charged 500 for the TV that is outside on the patio that decided to stop working by no fault of me or my guest. It had no indication that it was hit or anything. It worked when we left and I know for sure because we watched it that morning. electronic do die on their own and again the TV is outside in inclement weather daily. I am still fighting for a refund. I had damage protection and I believe the property management did not use it because it would have been declined because it just stopped working by no fault of anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the home clean, spacious, and suitable for your extended family, and that the game room and pool provided a great space for the kids to enjoy. I’m sorry for the frustration surrounding the patio TV charge. I completely understand your concern, especially since you confirmed that the TV was working when you left and there was no indication of physical damage. I also understand how frustrating it is to have an unexpected charge while you are still trying to resolve the matter. Regarding the washing machine, I appreciate you bringing the noise issue to our attention. We’ll have it checked and consider an upgrade if necessary. Thank you again for your feedback. I value your comments and hope the situation with the TV can be resolved fairly and appropriately.

Great vacation home for a large family!

Great vacation home for a Large Family! Close to Universal and Disney! Resort pool area is awesome! Plenty of beds and lots of space. You will need your on propane for the grill, and our refrigerator stop cooling we had a lot of people using it. A second refrigerator would be great for the property or atleast a industrial refrigerator so food stays cold. I still would recommend this property and would stay here again!!

It’s great to know the space and sleeping arrangements suited your stay comfortably. I also appreciate you pointing out the issues you encountered with the grill propane and the refrigerator. Your suggestion about additional or upgraded refrigeration is very helpful, especially for larger groups, and I’ll be sure to take this into consideration for future improvements. Thank you again for staying and for the recommendation despite the inconveniences you experienced. I’d be happy to host you again in the future.

Great place

Loved our stay at this house. Neighbors were very loud but there is nothing you can do about that! Loved they way the house was set up! Beds were super comfortable! Only suggestions would be to add a fridge in the garage and replace the toaster (it’s terrible). Oh and have the garbage instructions written out somewhere!

Typically great stay at Champions Gate

We stayed four days in January, 2020. House was as described and was more than adequate for our needs. The only negatives would the be tvs were a bit small in some rooms and the channels were a bit hard to configure but that is not much of a problem to talk about! Beds/furniture were clean and comfortable. We have stayed many times in Champions Gate and the housing and amenities are awesome. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice and the size was perfect for large group. It was very clean and had a nice outdoor area. My only complaints were at the check in time our house was not ready so we had to wait another hour which was very inconvenient for us. When we did check in the pool wasn’t cleaned, they had someone come to clean it but we were unable to use it until the following day. We had an issue with the shower not turning off ( a piece was broken inside the faucet) no ones fault not even the host my issue was the communication with their company they said someone was coming to fix it when we spoke at 7pm. I called again at 8pm for a follow up and they said they would let me know when they had an estimated time. I ended up calling again the next morning in which I was told they would be there at 12pm. I’m assuming maintenance closes at a certain time which I understand but just say that so we know what to expect. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear the home was a great size for your group, very clean, and that you enjoyed the outdoor area overall. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at check-in due to the delay in having the home ready. We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive and not be able to access the property on time, and we’ll be reviewing our turnover and inspection process to help prevent this in the future. We also apologize for the delay in having the pool ready for use and understand how disappointing it was not to be able to enjoy it right away. Additionally, we’re sorry for the issue you encountered with the shower and, more importantly, for the lack of clear communication around the repair timing. We understand how important it is to set proper expectations, especially when maintenance is scheduled outside of service hours, and we will address this with our team to improve clarity and responsiveness moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience throughout your stay and your honest feedback. Despite these issues, we’re happy to hear you still had a good overall experience and would choose to stay again. We would love the opportunity to host you in the future for a smoother and even better stay.

Beautiful home although the floors were not very clean on arrival. Yet we enjoyed the stay overall. The previous guess must have moved the Ping-pong table outside?? And the mops and broom closet was locked. But overall, this was a very nice home.
