Impresionante casa frente al mar a poca distancia de la playa.

Nuestro objetivo es hacer de nuestra propiedad un lugar lujoso para quedarse al que la gente quiera regresar una y otra vez. Hemos tratado de equiparlo con accesorios y accesorios de alta gama, modernos, de última generación, muebles y exquisitas sábanas y toallas. Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios con aire acondicionado está situada a solo 15 minutos a pie de la playa y ofrece una vista impresionante de la vista ininterrumpida de las vías fluviales. Está bellamente amueblado, ofreciendo un plano de planta abierto y acogedor. La gran cocina está bien equipada con todas las vajillas, ollas y sartenes completamente nuevos, utensilios de cocina y equipo de cocina. Tiene un enorme espacio en el mostrador y es ideal para quienes disfrutan de un buen ambiente para cocinar. Además de la atractiva mesa de comedor de vidrio de 8 plazas, hay 4 taburetes de desayuno adyacentes. La sala de estar tiene un sofá de cuero en forma de L grande y extremadamente cómodo que domina tanto la increíble vista como el Smart TV por cable de 55 pulgadas servido por Comcast Xfinity. Las grandes puertas correderas se abren para traer el exterior adentro. Dos dormitorios principales, ambos con camas king y baño privado, dan a las impresionantes vistas del agua y también tienen televisores de pantalla plana por cable para su entretenimiento. Las otras dos habitaciones cuentan con una cama queen size y dos camas individuales. La habitación con dos camas también tiene vistas al agua. Nuestra casa tiene 3 baños y una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Hay amplio espacio de almacenamiento en toda la casa.
Hay una piscina de muy buen tamaño, con un spa caliente separado desde el que puede disfrutar de la espectacular vista. La calefacción de la piscina y el spa está incluida de forma gratuita. El área de la piscina se completa con mesas y asientos para 10 personas con sillas y tumbonas para todos. La casa viene equipada con todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones increíbles. Además del Smart TV de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar, hay wifi en toda la casa, un sistema de sonido Sonos, varias bicicletas (con cascos) para su uso, así como sillas de playa y una barbacoa de gas Weber para que pueda mostrar su ¡¡Habilidades culinarias!!

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed this lovely home so much! Beautiful, great location, equipped with everything we could want from kitchenware to lots of towels to bikes, kayaks etc etc! Very well managed-Andrew Vale was very responsive to every request. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable for 3 married couples.

This house is nothing but perfection! The layout was perfect. It was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The hot tub/pool was perfect and the view was spectacular! Our family had a hard time leaving this house to do anything else during vacation!

Lovely house and view

Spacious house exactly as pictured. Lots to do with pool, spa, bikes, beach chairs and kayaks. The beach is a 20 minute walk so we preferred biking there. The owner was great to work with.

Amazing

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful: pictures do not do it justice. We had more than enough room for our party of 6. We loved having the pool right on the canal for morning swims and watching the sun rise. My daughter even saw a dolphin feeding on the seawall one morning. The pool was always warm. The kayaks and beach items were a bonus as was the additional fridge in the garage. Some burrowing owls made their home a block away so we got to see them every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!!!!!

This house is amazing! Gorgeous views, spotless, modern and every amenity you can imagine. We loved it. Marco is beautiful and being so close to everything it’s a fun and relaxing trip. The beach is close and there are a lot of really good restaurants nearby. We looked forward to coming back to the house in the evening and having a cocktail on the dock and watch the fish. Cannot wait to go back!

All the comforts of home! Stunning house!

We loved this house! First time renting a house on vacation and it couldn't of been any more perfect! The house was so comfortable, luxury, and a perfect location! The owners had all instructions, recommendations, etc all clearly available! They have pool toys, bikes, beautiful linens, beach chairs and all the comforts to make your vacation perfect! Would love to rent and stay there again!!!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Suited us group of ladies of a certain age. Exceptionally well equipped with clear instructions. Check in was a breeze. Loved evening sundowners on the dock. Views outstanding and saw dolphins from the terrace. Easy to get around via Uber. Took advice and went to Snooks, CJs and Mangoes.

Don't look any further

Beautiful home that have absolutely everything that you would possibly need. House is perfect, clean, well equipped. Not one complaint. Beautiful views and perfect size of pool. Beach is apx 15 minutes walk or you can use bicycles. All 8 of them. Check in and out smooth. Agent replied in couple minutes. See you next time.

Amazing place - even better than the photos

After a manic week in Orlando we wanted a place to relax. This looked like a great venue in the pictures. When we arrived, we were blown away by the house. It was the easiest week I have spent in Florida. The house is great to spend time in and has everything you need and more. The pool is great and the hot tub perfect to unwind and look at the boats passing by. One day we were even treated to a display from the local dolphins! The only downside with the property is that you don't want to leave! We will certainly be back and we have never before gone back to the same place - says everything.

Great Home on Marco

We go to Marco every year and this was our first time staying at this home. The home was very accommodating for kids and adults. We had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, and there was even tools in the garage if needed. The bikes and kayaks were a plus. We kayaked to the Esplanade shops or rode bikes to breakfast/Starbucks every morning. Its also a short bike ride to the beach. The only downside for us was the fourth bedroom, which is a den off of the living room. You can hear any noise from the living room or kitchen from this room, but it would be fine for someone who wakes up early. That was really the only downside, every thing else worked out very well. We will likely rent this home again next year.

Amazing Time With the Family

This rental house was amazing. There isn't one thing that the owners didn't think of that would have made our stay even more complete. The house on line looks exactly like it when you walk in the front door. Having your own pool made it perfect. The dophins coming up the dock completed our stay. Every night we went on the dock and talked, sometimes even played a bd. game. There was a time that the internet went out due to a router and they came one day to pick it up and on Sunday set it up again. If there was a question it was answered immediately. The house was very clean and well equipped. We left a detailed agenda and numbers for what we did when we were there for the next renters, even were to eat. You won't be sorry. We can't wait to come again.

Location, location, location

Pros- Perfect size house for a family of six adults. Location is amazing. Being on the canal we rented a pontoon and the house kayak and fishing rods provided endless entertainment. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Table tennis in garage was great fun. Cons- having to pick up the keys from an office rather than just use a lockbox is a little inconvenient. No paper towel, no bath tissue, one or two trash bags, no cleaning supplies of any kind were provided. Very inconvenient and annoying as we had to purchase everything. The freezer ice maker kept jamming and the filter needs changing, the water tasted awful out of the fridge so we had to buy water bottles which isn’t good for the environment. Overall great trip, good house and the location is amazing. Would book again.

Gorgeous

House was gorgeous with beautiful setting! Fantastic pool on waterfront canal , nice dock where we were able to see dolphins swimming every day. There were some minor issues with flat tires on the bikes provided there, but the kayaks were nice to paddle up and down the canal. Also beach access was too far to walk but there was a pull along cart to use or you had to load stuff up in car and then pay $8.00 for parking. Also we were disappointed that the closest beach access to house was a private residence only beach. It would be nice IF you could get a pass from owner of house to get on that beach and use facilities including tmhe private bar and grill! Nothing to do with the house BUT did not like the distance one had to walk from your car to get to the beaches on Marco Island! Loved the beds and comfy couch. High end furnishings and you cannot beat the views on the canal! House was not ready by 4:00 pm check in time, maids were still cleaning after 5

Best VRBO in Marco Island!

Best Marco Island vacation home ever! We have been coming to Marco Island for 3 years. Each year we have stayed in a VRBO house. And each year we try a new one. This is the first time we will go out of our way to get into the same house next year. The pictures are good, but the actual house is even better – how many times does that happen? The owners have thought of everything to make a stay something to remember, enjoyable, and with unique ways to stay entertained: • The furniture is updated, and very comfortable (best beds/pillows/couch); • There are games for kids and adults (Clue was my kids’ favorite); • There are books for reading; • The hot tub gets warm fast; • There are many QUALITY fluffy towels for beach, pool, and bathroom use; • The pool deck and dock have comfortable, numerous seating areas; • The dock is special – it is lit at night, and we saw stingrays, dolphins, sea turtles, and other fish/sea life from the dock each day; • The art in the house is fantastic; • The internet is wireless and fast; • The televisions (not that you will want to turn one on) are flat screen with great pictures; • There are indoor and outdoor dishes and cups; • The bikes are updated and there are 9 (for $50 you can also rent a child bike trailer from Island Bike Rentals for a week – and we were able to all ride bikes and carry everything to the beach – no driving needed)! • There are kayaks for use in the canals (with lifejackets); • There are pool floats and noodles that are in good shape; and • There are beach activities/a cooler/beach chairs for those trips to the ocean. The owners have just done a great job stocking the house with everything a family needs to have a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Paradise!!

We absolutely loved our stay at 951 Ruby Court! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. This property is better than described it’s absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The view is incredible!! We loved watching the sunrise each morning and even saw a dolphin one day. The outside area was fantastic we never had to worry about the pool being to cold and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day . This house has a great selection of pool floats and everything you would need for a day at the beach . The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. It’s the perfect location . Andrew the property manager was easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a prompt manner. We hope to rent this home again on our next trip to Marco Island .

This place is amazing!!

Our family just got home from spending 5 days vacationing at Marco Island! We had a wonderful time staying at 951 Ruby Court! One word to describe this home is INCREDIBLE! We loved everything about it and would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was beautiful and in a gorgeous location along the canals. We saw beautiful sunrises every morning, saw dolphins when we were sitting on the dock and we enjoyed a lot of great pool and hot tub time! The house was very well stocked with everything that you need for your stay. We loved that they had several bikes to ride and even kayaks which we took out in the canals a few times. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all worked out great for our family. Let me tell you - that huge master bedroom with the big bathroom and walk in closet was to die for! The bed and pillows were so comfy that you can’t help but get a good nights rest 😉 Our whole process of renting this property went smoothly so if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay on Marco Island we highly recommend this place and think you would love it as much as we did!!

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay with friends celebrating a 60th birthday! This place had everything we needed to make it a comfortable, relaxing and fun couple days! Andrew was the best property manager I have ever dealt with! His communication was top notch! Overall I would rate our experience a 10 if that was possible!
