Apartamento ubicado en la planta baja de una casa del siglo XVII, en el corazón histórico de Dijon, cerca de los principales museos, restaurantes, tiendas, el mercado al aire libre, la oficina de turismo, etc.
Es un lugar muy ligero y abierto debido a su doble aspecto, con vista a un hermoso patio.
Una deliciosa combinación del carácter de "taller" (separaciones de vidrio) con una decoración elegante, comodidad y modernidad.

'Le Loisy' es un apartamento independiente de alto nivel que abarca:
- una habitación doble con decoración elegante (2 camas individuales 80x200 o 1 cama doble 160x200)

The host was amazing in communications and help. I had a personal emergency and she contacted a business to take care of my issue upon arrival.Besides the fantastic communication, the place was wonderful and in a close to everything spot... bakery around the cirner and cafes all around!

Visit to Burgundy

Le Loisy is very nice, and it’s in a great location. It is well furnished. The espresso machine didn’t work, and we would have needed to meet the agent in the middle of the day for her to check it out, which didn’t work for us. Also, she couldn’t demonstrate how the older oven worked. Otherwise, it was a great place!

Perfection

Loved this stay in Dijon over all of our other stays. Our daughter lives here and so we know the area … this is in the center of it all while still being quiet. The place is lovely as is the hostess. It is clean and large and thoughtfully laid out. The amenities are also clever and they have a place for everything. We plan to stay with Viviane again. Truly perfect. Thank you.

Wonderful Location, Wonderful Host

The property was right in the middle of the pedestrian historical district of Dijon and most everything was a 10 minute walk or less. It was charming with many convenient features and very homey. Our host kept in touch with us, welcomed us at the door when we arrived and was very easy to work with. Dijon is a beautiful city and we would stay here again if we return.

The perfect location in Dijon

If I could have give. Six stars I would. This cute flat is located perfectly in Dijon, just steps from Notre Dame and easy walking to all of the museums, market and many restaurants. Communication was great before check in and we were able to get Dijon information and recommendations during our stay. We will certainly be back!

Excellent location to explore all of old town. Everything within walking distance. Viviane is an outstanding host with personalized service. We were met upon arrival, shown the property and given advice on restaurants and sites to visit. Apartment roomy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I didn’t want to leave! Apartment and location are superb

The apartment is beautiful and feels very luxurious. Walk half a block in any direction and it feels like you stepped into a story book. Words cannot describe how beautiful and historic the area is. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the backside of the block - alongside Les Halles - which means your side is quiet for sleeping. Barbara made everything easy and delightful. I can’t wait to go back!

Schönes Appartement mitten im Geschehen. Man kann wirklich alles zu Fuß erkunden. Bäckerei gleich ums Eck genauso wie Restaurants und Markthalle. Die Betreuung vor Ort war vor und während dem Aufenthalt sehr herzlich und professionell.

Apartment and City Both Outstanding

The apartment was in a great location -- about 2 minutes from Les Halles and in the walking area. The apartment itself had everything you could want to comfortably stay. We cooked several meals in the apartment and the cooking facilities were great. The apartment is on the ground floor but there was no problem at all with noise. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower and the water pressure was fine. The apartment amenities -- dishwasher, washing machine and dryer -- all worked well. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. We were met at the apartment and introduced to everything. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the apartment and our hosts.

Great Apartment/ Great Host in City Center

It is nice to travel again and this apartment was a perfect place to enjoy several days in Dijon. The city was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our host even put up a small tree in our unit. The location in the city center makes it easy to walk in this very walkable city. Hope we can come back on a future holiday.

Great location

Vivian is a wonderful hostess. She provided a lot of information about sites to visit and restaurants. The place is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. I highly recommended staying here when visiting Dijon.

Dreaming of Dijon

La Lousy is exactly as pictured and described. The central location in town means that everything is within walking distance for you. Vivienne was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was lovely even recommending restaurants and wineries in Beaune to visit. Dijon was picturesque with Christmas decorations everywhere and felt like a fairytale! Would highly recommend visiting Dijon and staying at La Lousy. You will not be disappointed!

Better Than Expected

Superlatives in order when rating this property. Viviane, owner, communicated effectively from booking through existing; and was helpful and prompt whenever contacted with questions or assistance. The best cost value in Dijon. The best location in Dijon. The apartment amenities are like home with every area being well appointed, clean and comfortable. Walking around Dijon from the apartment is easy and convenient. Groceries, bread and pastries, wine shops and restaurants and historical sights easily walkable. If we are lucky enough to return to Dijon, we will definitely plan ahead to insure being able to book at Loisy again. The great wine region on Burgundy is at you doorstep and Viviane has knowledge and experience to guide you through selecting opportunities to meet your needs. Our seven days were memorable in all ways. We were very fortunate to find and choose Loisy over all other opportunities in Dijon. Thanks again Viviane, it was great. Ron and Jan from Pinehurst

Dijon Center Apartment

The apartment was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and it was a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. The location could not be more perfect: beautiful and historic Notre Dame de Dijon and a wonderful boulangerie were a few minutes from our door.

Great spot from whic to explore Dijon

Le Loisy is a nice, small apartment and in a great location from which to explore Dijon. The check-in process was smooth and helpful, and the apartment had most things for a pleasant 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and it was very quiet despite the first-floor, urban location. Parking was very easy as well. My suggestions are: be more specific in the apartment description about the open shower/sink room (minimal privacy) and the showerhead height (my husband is over 6 ft tall and the shower head came to his chest but he was able to manage for just 3 nights); supply at one full roll of toilet paper (there was an almost empty roll when we arrived on Saturday after the stores were closed and luckily we had some with us from our rental earlier in our trip; provide small hand towels in shower/sink room. Overall , it was a nice place to stay in lovely Dijon and the location is perfect..

A great if a little quirky apartment

Nice ground floor unit a great location, next to the cathedral. Very quiet. Unit was a little strange as the toilet is in a small closet adjacent to the dining area. The shower head was designed for people less than 6 feet tall. We woiuld certainly stay there again.

Brilliant Location in Dijon

A beautiful ground floor apartment for two people so no lugging of luggage upstairs. Decor and facilities were excellent and the location just near the Notre Dame, Tourist Bureau and the centre-ville was great. Was able to walk to and from the railway station in about 10-15 minutes with our bags. A super marche was around the corner with everything you could need. A patisserie was just opposite the apartment on the corner near the Cathedral. The owner always responded in a timely fashion via emails however, had problems getting a response to texts from property manager although was able to contact if I phoned. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location

The location can’t be beat. Check in was easy. The apartment is fairly spacious and very quiet. A few things could be improved-a couple of hand towels, box of tissue, better toiletries, better wine glasses (this is Burgundy!), general upgrade for dishes and flatware. Not looking for the best of everything, just a bit better to give the impression of luxury. Would give 5 stars with a few small improvements.

Très bon accueil par Alexia et le Loisy est vraiment encore mieux que ce nos attentes! Dijon a aussi été une très belle surprise! ainsi que les combes d'Orveaux.
