¡Wi-Fi gratis! Completamente remodelado y diseñado por un gran ático en este exclusivo complejo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, a la costa, a las plantaciones y al lago desde 4 balcones separados.

La enorme suite del dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King iluminada con pedestal y balcón privado frente al océano. El baño principal cuenta con ducha de vapor y tocador doble.

El amplio dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas Queen, una litera, un balcón privado y entrada independiente. Baño de visitas tiene bañera de hidromasaje. No se proporcionan sábanas, pero se pueden alquilar por $ 80 adicionales.

Kingston Plantation es una comunidad frente al mar de 145 acres con lagos de agua dulce (traiga sus cañas de pescar), paisajes exuberantes, terreno boscoso ondulado, senderos para caminar, hermosas dunas, playas solitarias y seguridad cerrada y itinerante 24/7.

Kingston Plantation también ofrece un club de salud de clase mundial con gimnasio y sala de pesas, una gran piscina cubierta, bañera de hidromasaje, sauna, canchas de pelota de raqueta cubiertas y numerosas canchas de tenis de arcilla iluminadas. The room was not the cleanest.. It was dusty and the area rug in bedroom wasn’t vacuumed. Bedding was washed and on beds for us to make. The house had no extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels,dishwasher soap or any kitchen towels.Each bathroom only had 2 towels for our stay.The master bedroom and living area didn’t stay very cool with the air conditioning but the other bedroom stayed cool.The host was very quick to reply to our questions and the location was great. The morning view was wonderful!!

The absolute best vacation I have had in Myrtle Beach. The condo is perfect. Lets start with easy access the elevator is very close making coming and going a breeze. The unit was clean and extremely roomy. It comes with 4 balconies so from the 16th floor the views are amazing. The communications with the owner if we had any questions were answered promptly. We will be staying here again.

Check in: super simpleParking: awesome. parked outside pool area, which is right beside the elevator that goes directly to the unit. This was great because it allowed us to leave sandy chairs and stuff your hust taking the ocean in the car on your way up. No dragging it into the room.Elevator: right outside the door! Awesome. Top floor so you always had room in the elevator. Rarely had to wait.Trash: right outside the room! So easy toBalcony: amazing view just as was posted earlier.Logistically: you can’t deacribe how easy and quiet this place is to get in an out of/ to go to the pool/ to go to the beach. Im big on not wasting time. This place helps! Host was awesome. Super accommodating!

Incredible views in spacious condo

Full week family vacation in north side of myrtle beach. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Host Robert was very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Nice area of the beach and the 2 pools were usually not too busy. Parking wasnt an issue either. Great vacation.

The condo is very spacious and was perfect for our family. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Condo is directly on the beach with great views and 2 pools as well. Close to everything.

A Nice Spot

This condo is as described in the listing, with great views and lots of room. I've stayed in this building many times before and this is one of the nicer units I've experienced. The owner was communicative and gracious, allowing me an early check-in - very easy to work with. The condo was fairly well-stocked overall, although some of the cabinets/drawers could use a bit more organization - a minor thing but worth thinking about. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'd certainly stay there again. Note: A huge bonus of renting through Vrbo (and not through Kingston Plantation) is avoiding the $30 daily "amenity fees" that the resort charges.

Our host was wonderful, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The property had beautiful views and was in a great location. We loved that the beach was steps away! The condo was spacious, clean, and as advertised. My family and I had a fun and relaxing vacation! I can't wait to plan another trip!

Gorgeous views!

The condo was spacious with great views from all 4 balconies! Robert was very polite and answered all questions we had. We spent a LOT of time in the room as we were there during Tropical Storm Debby 2024, so it was great to be able to spread out. Kids enjoyed having a spacious area to hang out without adults. Would highly recommend staying in this condo!

Spring Vacation

Had a great stay at this South Hampton Penthouse condo in Kingston plantation, the views were unbeatable and the place was comfortable. Communication with Robert was great, very timely in his responses. We had no issues for the week. We will be renting again in September this year.

Priceless views

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay here. Centrally located property with restaurants and shopping areas conveniently located. We had stunning views from all the balconies! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Relaxing stay

Our host Robert was great. He actually met us at the property which I enjoyed. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed to relax. An amazing view from the 16th (Top) floor. Also the restaurant on site was very convenient with good food and outdoor games for the kids overlooking the pool and ocean. We truly enjoyed and hope to return next year. Thanks Robert.

Perfect Location

Relaxing venue with excellent views

This penthouse unit has amazing views from its 4, yes, 4 balconies. The owner is very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. The gated, secure community provides a sense of security. The beach is large and clean. The unit is very close to anything you'd want to do in Myrtle Beach. My family and I all enjoyed staying here. Best views and location!!!

We were very pleased with our choice of this condo! This was our 3rd year in a row vacationing in the North Myrtle Beach area & my whole family said this was my best pick yet on condos. There isn’t a bad view from any of the balconies…simply amazing! The location of the condo being in Kingston Plantation was a very safe, not overly crowded location (speaking in relation to the beach area and property area in general). We were close to MANY attractions and restaurants, which is what we like considering we are a family with 3 boys and we like to get out and about in the late afternoon/evening after being at the beach/pool all day. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

This condo has spectacular views and Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest resorts along the Grand Strand. I live right outside the gates of the Plantation with my three sons in the Arcadian Shores Golf Club area. Because of this I am able to be actively involved in the rental and upkeep of our properties. I take great pride in offering very up to date, clean and accommodating condos for my guests to vacation in. I personally inspect each condo prior to check-in to make sure that everything is indeed clean and operating properly. I have also been a local REALTOR and SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE in the area for the past 38 years and would be glad to assist any of our guests who themselves are interested in purchasing their own vacation or permanent home on the Grand Strand.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Kingston Plantation is so convenient to everything that the Grand Strand offers. Tanger Factory Outlet, Wal-Mart, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop and a movie theater and Restaurant Row with all the great seafood restaurants are all within a couple of miles of the property. Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both within approx. 5 miles. But, once you pass thru the gates of Kingston Plantation you feel as though you are secluded in your own tropical paradise. There's no other place like it on the the Grand Strand!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the ocean are spectacular! We also enjoy the great ocean and coastline views from every room and the whirlpool tub and the steam shower. Our condo is located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so you rarely hear any noise from other guests in the building.
