Okaloosa Island is the hidden gem of the Florida panhandle. Excellent stay for Snowbirds.

Beautiful beach access condo with great pools!

The condo was beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. The pools were our favorite with the lazy river and Tiki Bar! Would highly recommend!!

Great family vacation spot!

We loved staying at this property! Kendra was so nice and helpful and always a phone call away! Check in was a breeze and having the beach chairs was a major plus! We will definitely be back to this fantastic condo!

Gorgeous and spacious

We absolutely loved this property. It was conveniently located since we were there for a dance competition! We enjoy this area every year and will book this place again for next year.

Best unit we've stayed in so far!

My family and I have been coming to Waterscapes for several years and honestly this is the best kept and maintained unit we've ever stayed in. It's also super cute and made us feel right at home!

Fun and relaxing trip

The condo had everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The beach chairs and toys made everything easy. The pool was great and a nice quiet, cool condo to come back to and relax.

Clean and Quality

The unit was exactly as pictured and described. Great location from pool, beach and parking structure. Easy access. Unit was clean and well laid out. Open floor plan with the extra bunk beds was perfect for the littles!

Fort Walton condo

Condo was beautiful, very nice accommodations! The future guest would benefit from better cookware (nonstick) easy clean up .

Thanks so much for your review Cindy! We are glad you had a 5 star worthy stay! Over the years we have tried to implement non-stick cookware but unfortunately not everyone understands that you cannot use metal utensils on it which instantly scratches non-stick pots/pans. Scratched non-stick cookware then will leach toxic chemicals into our guests food which I am certainly not ok with. Within one month the cookware would always be damaged due to failure of proper guest use. So, we had to turn to stainless steal to ensure our guests health was not effected by our cookware. For our future guests we advise our guests to cook at lower temperatures than normal to reduce burning. This works for us every time we are there and have no issues! We appreciate your business and can’t wait to host for you in the future! Kendra

Spring Break 2025.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Waterscapes for our first time visting the area. It was so nice to have the beach wagon and chairs to relax at the beach. Parking was very convenient to not have to take the elevator to the unit. Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay at this unit again.

Great Place! Would come back again

Loved the smoothness of the check-in and check-out process. Appreciated the fact that we weren't left with a bunch of check-out/cleaning tasks with the risk of being fined if not complete. The beach wagon and chairs in the condo served to be very useful for our stay. We had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Great getaway!

Loved our stay and our kids (6 & 10) loved the bunk beds! Very convenient resort where getting from your room to the pool and to the beach and back again very easy, especially if you have kids or older adults with you. Thank you! Can't wait until our next visit!
