Casa contemporánea muy elegante en el centro de Winchester

El pabellón es una impresionante casa contemporánea independiente en el centro de Winchester histórico, y ofrece una elegante combinación de características ultra modernas y amplias habitaciones.

Hay dos dormitorios, uno con baño en suite, estos han puertas acristaladas que dan a un patio cerrado seguro, hay una más grande con ducha.

Arriba está el salón con un plan abierto, cocina totalmente amueblada y moderna. El salón tiene un gran sofá cama en forma de L y una mesa de comedor y sillas. Hay puertas corredizas que van a un gran balcón con persianas correderas de la vida privada en la noche. La casa tiene ventanas en todos los lados que le dan un aireado encantadora y la sensación de luz.

Hay una zona de jardín, que se comparte con apartamentos cerca y la casa también tiene un cobertizo garaje zona con una mesa de ping pong y espacio para bicicletas que se le mantenga - proporcionamos un par de bicicletas para los huéspedes.

No hay aparcamiento en la calle para dos coches.

El alojamiento con cocina está a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Winchester y de la calle.

Winchester es una base ideal para explorar el sur de Inglaterra con Londres, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Isle of Wight, New Forest, Portsmouth, Bournemouth a menos de una hora de distancia, es por supuesto una maravillosa ciudad por derecho propio, con muchos interesante museos, la catedral y la universidad, así como muchos restaurantes de clase superior, bares, tiendas, calles antiguas, etc todos a descubrir, en cualquier época del año. Very comfortable and clean. Couch and bar stools need replacing. TV internet was frustratingly slow but the rest of the connections were fine.Managers were very responsive. Overall we would stay there again.

Wonderful pied a terre in Winchester

Second stay at this very convenient, well stocked and maintained, lovely property, with off street parking, within walking distance of the station and downtown Winchester. The host is extremely easy to communicate with and is very resposive to issues, if any. Will definitely stay here again.

The Pavilion Winchester

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Pavilion. The property is well located for both the city and exploring the local countryside. The layout of the Pavilion is very good. We did discover that one of the windows in the twin bedroom on the ground floor could not be locked. Also, unfortunately the sheet on the double bed was badly marked and soiled and we had to make alternative provisions for sleeping in this bed.

Wonderful property in great location

This was an extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable property in a very convenient location with off street parking. Very comfortable beds and fabulous kitchen.Only drawback might be the noise from the road, which, though not visible is close by, but is not busy except at rush hour. The accommodation is very well maintained and a fun place to stay. Will definitely rent here again on our next trip to Winchester.

Always great!

We have stayed at the Pavilion 4 or 5 times for multiple weeks at a time. The location is terrific and super convenient to everything. The house is modern, well equipped, has everything you need. Very comfortable and feels like home.

Fantastic Location

Wonderful property. Within walking distance to the city center and points of interest. As well, the train station with trains to London, or Southhampton. The kitchen was well outfitted for any of our meals. Quiet location nestled amongst the lush greenery of local gardens. We'll be back.

Nice Winchester Home

My boyfriend and I spent 11 nights in this house as a base for exploring England. We found the house comfortable enough for our needs. While we were out and about most days, when we were in the house we found it convenient to downtown Winchester and the shops and restaurants that we could walk to. Communication with the owner was quick and I appreciate her sorting out an issue with the washwe/dryer quickly. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Winchester.

Wedding in Winchester

We really enjoyed our stay at "The Corner" in Winchester. Great location and very quiet. The space was great for our 5 travelers with plenty of room to move around. Spacious kitchen and living/dining area with 2 bedrooms and pull out sofa. We did the 15-20 minute walk to town at least 10 times - great exercise. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our wedding trip to the UK and Winchester a fantastic one. Jane and Steve

Fabulous Property And Location

My wife and I spent 4 weeks at the Pavillion whilst house hunting. The Pavillion is a stunning, modern and very comfortable property. We were very happy there. It is situated perfectly, just a 10 to 15 min walk to the High St and 2 mins drive from Waitrose and local shops. There are two excellent pubs serving good food within a few minutes walking distance. The owners were very attentive and friendly even allowing us a late check out. I would recommend this property to anyone. Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms and there is also a sofa bed. Parking for two cars adjacent to the property in a private car park.

Great little house!

A clean, modern and stylish house in a lovely area, just a 20 min walk into Winchester town centre. There’s a bus stop just outside. Well-equipped and comfortable.

Location great. Cooker tripping

The location was ideal as there is a bus stop to the city directly opposite. There is a number of ideal facilities eg washing machine, dishwasher etc but from the first day the cooker starting tripping and needing us to adjust the circuit breaker almost every time we used the oven. An electrician was called by the owner who supposedly corrected the problem which however continued daily. How about compensation for this???

Great location for a short break

This is a wonderfully located property for accessing Winchester and the valley of the River Itchen. The High Street is literally minutes away on foot and the access to a wonderful network of riverside walkways is even closer - great for a run, jog or stroll! The cottage is well presented and comfortable. It has everything you would need for a short break. The kitchen is well equipped. The only slight downside is the level of noise from the street. A great break with the family.

Nice house and well equipped.

Property is close to Waitrose and approximately 15-20 minute walk to High street in Winchester. Owner is very responsive to email inquiries. Fairly well equipped with free WiFi. The front of house faces a relatively busy street with a bus stop in front of the house.

This is a simply stunning contemporary house, fitted out to a high specification and filled with light from every direction. Walking distance from the centre of Winchester.

The house has an unusual 'upside down' layout with the two bedrooms on the ground floor opening onto a secure terrace, the open plan upper floor has a kitchen with all high quality modern appliances, sitting area with L-shaped sofa bed/chaise longue,and a dining area, all opening onto a balcony. There is also a games area with a table tennis table.
We also provide two bikes for guests to use.
