Great place

Second time we have stayed here. First time since the upgrades and the place is real nice. We stayed there for a golf trip to Dale Hollow golf course and it is literally by hole 11. Todd is great to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

Awesome place to stay. There is plenty of room for 6 guys and a great location right down the road from the golf course and the lake. Todd was super responsive with any questions I had. Can't wait to go back.

Great Views

This was an awesome stay. Makes us to want to buy a property in the same area. The house was clean and stocked with essentials that we had forgotten. The property was gorgeous and had some the greatest views all day and we were lucky enough to see some snow come down while we there.

Great place to stay close to the lake!

The property was so clean and we loved all the outside space for sitting on the deck. We used the nice grill for dinner the first night! Being able to sit in the back and watch the horses in the field was very nice as well! The convenience of having a boat slip included was amazing! We will definitely book again!

Just perfect!

We enjoyed it so much. There is no better location for access to Dale Hollow State Park. The house is beautifully decorated, top quality furniture decorations and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Definitely recommend this place and hope to return!

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. 4 minutes from the state park at Dale Hollow. Easy access to the lake. There were 7 of us staying in the house and there was plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked nicely and the house was extremely clean. There was also plenty of parking. We had 4 trucks with trailers. We will definitely be returning!

Very nice home, supplied with all our needs. Conveniently close to boat launch. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood with plenty of room for boat parking. The owner, Mr. Dailey was always available for questions and concerns. We recommend this rental and plan to return ourselves.

We are just a city block distance from the Dale Hollow State Park entrance and we offer a free boat slip at the Marina located Approx. 2 miles through the Park. We offer peaceful lodging on 8.5 acres with plenty of room for parking and trailers. In the Spring of 2024 we renovated and replaced all of the furnishings from 2017. New waterproof flooring was installed throughout the house. Interior was painted throughout and 2 larger toilets were installed along with many other cosmetic changes. New furnishings and decorations as well as linens, kitchenware Etc. were purchased. Electric Reclining Sectional on main floor with large kitchen table for Eight. 2 tables are located just outside the kitchen for Eight in carport area next to the large Weber Propane grill purchased in 2023. Additional chairs are on back deck. The Couch in the basement is a Queen hideaway bed for extra sleeping options.

One of the closest if not the closest vacation property to the entrance of Dale Hollow State Park. The Park is less than a city block from our property. We sit on a side road next to the Park entrance. Plenty of parking space and open ground to easily maneuver your trailer(s) and park multiple vehicles. FREE 12Ft. x 24Ft. COVERED SLIP at the State Park Marina included with your stay! Fishermen there is an electric hook-up in the Carport and a stainless steel fish cleaning station on the property. Peaceful surroundings after a great day boating, fishing or golfing with a beautiful sunset that sets over the length of our 8.5 Acre Pasture while you are grilling or enjoying a peaceful evening. There are three different areas to entertain. Adults can enjoy the outdoors under the wrap around porch/carport area, or watch TV on the main floor while the kids can wind down and enjoy TV or just hanging out downstairs in the basement.
