Acaba de aparecer en el mercado VRBO! La propiedad se encuentra en 4787 Pinon Street, justo al lado de la autopista 20, West on Redrock Road, 1/4 milla, luego gire al sur en Pinon Street, primera casa a su derecha, en Aspen Ridge Subdivision, a solo 15 millas del Parque Nacional Yellowstone ! El piso principal tiene una mesa de ping pong, elíptica, cinta de correr, TV de pantalla grande, y justo afuera de la ventana corredera de cristal es donde comienza el bosque. Siéntese en el porche exterior de la habitación principal y disfrute de una taza de café rodeada de la belleza de la naturaleza, o inicie un fuego en el fogón y disfrute de una noche de malvaviscos para asar. Una pequeña nevera, horno de microondas, cafetera y un bar-b-q al aire libre, están todos provistos para su uso. Arriba, encontrará 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con una cama queen y una cama king. En esta planta también se encuentra el baño con ducha a ras de suelo.

Clean and sizable. The only downside was 2 bedrooms, but you have to walk through one to get to second bedroom. Homemade cookies saved the day. Enjoyed the area!

Quick stay

Great hosts! Property is clean and in a quiet location. One fyi- one of the bedrooms isnt private, as you have to walk through it to get to the second bedroom. Not a big deal for us since we are a close group. Really fun area downstairs to play games and hang out.

The Moose on the Loose Lodge is a perfect place for families, with a large living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Host is friendly and responsive. The location is within short drive to parks, restaurants, and adventure!

Needs improvement

It is the little things a customer needs when they are in their home away from home. For instance: a better stocked kitchen cupboard for coffee and tea supplies, a proper working toaster oven, clean floor rugs, customer should not be required to empty the trash, flannel sheets are a no, no, do not use old hotel shampoo and lotion supplies, old furniture from the 50’s, no foam on the beds, better pillows to sleep on, and instructions for the use of the tv with batteries for the remotes. On a good note the ping pong table was nice.

Quiet and beautiful

Was surprised how quiet it was inside the cabin. It gave a peaceful relaxing vibe. The cabin itself was beyond beautiful. The location was perfect. It wasn’t more than 10-15 minute drive for most attractions and outdoor activities. The longest was 30 minutes to Yellowstone national park and that wasn’t bad at all!

Relaxing and peaceful setting

Such a warm and inviting place, nestled in the Aspens - just as it says. Property managers were extremely hospitable, friendly, and available for questions and recommendations. The home was impeccably CLEAN. I highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. A friendly moose did appear in the yard just as we were leaving.... the icing on the cake.

Lovely cabin off the beaten path

The Moose is Loose lodge was the perfect stay for our Yellowstone adventure. Close, easy access to the park yet remote enough to get away from the crowds. The inside of the cabin was very clean and obviously well cared for. The ping pong table was well used by our family! The owners were friendly, helpful and available but also respected our space. The cookies were delicious! It’s an easy yes, we would stay here again!

Relaxing close to Yellowstone

We loved our stay. Super comfy furniture and beds. Love the ping pong table. Loved the extras you had for us. Little things like soap, salt, trash bags,paper towels. Those cookies ❤️❤️

Peaceful

We stayed here a few nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park (West Gate) and Harriman State Park (ID). Close enough amenities to make things comfortable. It had a cabin feel, quiet, we didn’t need much, but am certain the property owners would’ve helped is if needed. Friendly owners, even saw a moose on the first day. There is a long-tailed weasel…almost approachable. The foosball and ping pong are great entertainment if you want to avoid just sitting on a couch or chair. Yes a little out of the way but honestly anything around can be expected to have some travel time if you want some peace and quiet.

Lovely Place + Hosts

We loved the accommodations! Kevin & Tammy were very helpful during our stay. The cookies were delicious & just what we needed since we explored Yellowstone quite a bit before heading into Island Park. If you want to find the moose, get up early & drive around the neighborhood! We were able to find the momma & her twins one road over eating in the early am! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Time for Everybody

The place was great, Tammy and Kevin were very generous hosts. The ping pong and foosball table were awesome and the living room was great for relaxing. The area was nice and quiet too and close to West Yellowstone.

Island Park, Idaho ‘Moose on the Loose Lodge’

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Moose on the Loose Lodge - did actually see a momma moose and her 2 babies one morning as we were leaving for Yellowstone. Great location as it was only 20 minutes to West Yellowstone and West entrance! We chose this place for the size of beds as our family is all well over 6’ - the beds were 2 queens and a king. After spending all day in the park, we were able to come back to the lodge and just relax on the comfy couch and chairs in the evenings. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the foosball table. There was no stove top or range to cook with but we heated stuff up in the microwave and small convection toaster oven. There was a gas grill outside but we didn’t use that. Highly recommend this place for a family of up to 6 people - our kids are 6’3 and 6’8”, so they each got a queen bed! We were fortunate to get to experience a 2” snow fall overnight in the middle of June! Easy check in, as door was open and key on ping pong table. We were there from Saturday thru a Wednesday. Highly recommend!

We really wanted to see moose and we saw them! It was great. Comfortable property, beds and upstairs was great. Wish there was a range and bigger fridge. Kevin and Tammy were great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The place is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The design of the house is both pretty and stylish, with thoughtful touches that made it feel very welcoming. Tammy and I have owned property here on Aspen Ridge for 35 years. We own a larger cabin right next to our guest/rental cabin they we decided to put on the rental market. We are here to make your stay as restful and enjoyable as possible. The "Moose is Loose Lodge' is located in one of the most beautiful, peaceful, serene area's of Island Park, Idaho. Tam and I are retired and spend a lot of our time landscaping and beautifying our property. You will find the cabin extremely clean and well maintained for your enjoyment.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property is located in the heart of some of the most beautiful country in Island Park, Idaho. If you have questions on where to hike, what to see in or out of the park, we have lived in this area for many years and would be glad to share some ideas for your biking, hiking, rafting, fishing and exploration.

Recently, three young adults from throughout the U.S. decided to meet up at the Moose is Loose Lodge and do some hiking in Yellowstone. They are frequent travelers, and they told us on several occasions that this was the best VRBO they had ever stayed at. On their review they said, "my friends and I couldn't stop talking about how great this VRBO is."

Many guests come with the idea of full days exploring in the park, only to find the lodge so comfortable and the area so fun and relaxing, that they tend to spend a significant time just hanging out at the lodge. Many of the comments in our guest book say this has been their favorite VRBO stay! Playing ping pong, watching movies with the family, roasting marshmallows or seeing the moose up close and personal are favorites!

Tam and I pride ourselves in having the lodge extremely clean and comfortable for our guests.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You'll love the swing out back to read a book or just enjoy nature. The moose frequent the cabin area quite often, and it's not uncommon to see them standing outside the back window, eating the fire weed. This isn't one of a bunch of small cabins for rent, you will find it a very peaceful, and relaxing environment.
