Beautifully updated condo

This condo has beautiful finishes and custom furniture. It was very clean and welcoming. It was also delightful to sit on their balcony and enjoy the expansive views. It would be great if the owners could add a cookie sheet, tongs and refill the salt and pepper... to aid in preparing meals. FYI, one burner on the stove was out, but it was no problem, as we just used the others. That being said, we were very surprised to learn, upon checking in at the management company office, that we were not going to have wifi in the unit, but had to sit in the lobby, to access it. This seemed very unusual and inconvenient for such a high end condo. We did not want to run 2 floors down every time we needed to take care of business needs... so spent the entire 1st evening of our 5 day stay, In the lobby in order to access the wifi. In addition, there were no written instructions regarding the operation of the TV equipment and we couldn't get it to function. We did contact the management company, that evening, via texts and phone calls regarding these issues. We never reached anyone directly, but left messages. I did receive an email about the stove, but nothing concerning the TV and wifi. Finally, after I called again, about 3:00 pm the following day, I was able to speak directly to someone. Promptly, a very considerate and helpful maintenance man came and corrected the wifi and TV issues. Unfortunately, I didn't feel it was a positive experience trying to express our concerns to whomever was answering the phone at the management company. Although we did greatly appreciate that the issues were resoved eventually. We did enjoy our remaining days and appreciate the owners sharing their beautiful home with us,

Great Location for skiing but just so-so in terms of confort

The location is great- ski to eagle lodge lifts. However, the unit is not very nice- it was not very clean and the kitchen has crappy utensils and ragged pots and pans... if you want to eat and cook - you might find a better appointed unit. Also the unit was very stuffy when I arrived and really needed to be aired out - smelled like sweaty boys ! The sound insulation is quite bad in the unit - even though it is top floor the walls are thin and it faces a courtyard area where kids are sledding until all hours screaming etc. neighbors were up late and were raucous and could hear everything .... maybe if you party you wouldn’t mind but I was here to ski relax eat healthy and sleep and repeat ... wouldn’t recommend this place. Also check in is a pain as you have to go pick up door code and welcome packet from a place in town - not the best. I guess I am used to the normal VRBO situation where once you pay you get a check in time address and a code for the door - more convenient -

Not loving this experience.

For the price we paid we did not have housekeeping and there was a post cleaning fee - and we had to empty the trash and run the dishwasher. The unit was not stocked with the essentials. The salt and pepper shakers needed refilling and only one coffee filter. In addition there is no front desk for assistance. We were told that there were lockers for our skis but not that we needed to bring a lock! However, they did bring us one. I would not recommend this unit.

Great condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay the Sunstone. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not quite sure why they have 3 remotes for the TV, but we figured it out after some help. We will be staying again in the future

Perfect location to ski in/ski out

Beautiful condo with easy access to Eagle Lodge and lift. Underground parking a plus, as well as lockers on site for guests to use to store skis. We enjoyed skiing and coming in for a quick bite at lunchtime. We had both first time beginners and advanced skiers in our group and all found the location to be ideal. The property was clean and well attended. We called for extra towels and had them within hours. Being on the mountain, you are not near restaurants and bars, which require a short drive, but the location for skiers is perfect! I have stayed at this property previously and enjoyed this particular condo very much - would be happy to stay there again.
