Condo was very clean. Location great. Would recommend they make a ramp all the way to beach for wagons full of beach supplies. This is difficult to manage on stairs, especially going up.

5 Star Vacation

This is an excellent property. It boasts a spacious well designed layout, is well taken care of and is beautifully decorated. Its high quality appliances, fixtures and furniture are greatly appreciated and ensures you feel comfortable and right at home. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and the private beach access is as good as it gets. Our family is already looking to book again!!!

Beautiful property. Very quiet. It was exactly as described/pictured. The mgmt staff was very prompt with all questions. Close to grocery stores and restaurants (a mile or less). Definitely would stay again.

Perfect 3-day Thanksgiving getaway

Wonderful condo. Beds were comfortable, appliances were high end and worked well, layout was great. The condo was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The complex was clean and the pool was nice and warm. The only thing I wish was different was the bunk room did not have a door…a pocket door would have been nice here. Overall…5 star beach condo! 360Blue is the management company and they are always good to work with.

This is an absolutely amazing 4 bedroom luxury condo on the beach with a fantastic balcony that provides an unobstructed view of the gulf. The property is well-kept, has a fully-stocked, commercial-grade kitchen, and is furnished with top-of-the-line furniture/bedding. We had two families of four for a five-night stay, and we enjoyed it from begginning to end. Beach access is easy, the chairs and umbrella are inlcuded, and the pool is on the way to the beach. There are three natural gas grills on the property that make grilling dinner a pleasure. The grocery store is less than a mile away. The property is very family friendly, and the place is quiet.This is truly a gem in the Destin condo short-term rental landscape.

Gorgeous view! Great space!

I visited with my parents and family of 4. There were a few extra beds, but it felt like we filled the space nicely. The view was gorgeous. The pool was heated in April, which was great because it wasn't very hot outside. The condo was clean and well-stocked. My dad loves to cook, and he was impressed with the stove and refrigerator.

Perfect ladies getaway

Seven of old college girlfriends and I met here for a weekend getaway. We loved it! This particular unit is so cute. Modern, updated, tasteful, clean and on the beach are all qualities we much appreciated. Any of us would be willing to stay here. I personally really liked that it was not tile floors, and that there were many beds. The only thing we noticed that could use help was that there may need to be a curtain in the bedroom by the entrance because the can lights in the awning right outside the door make it too bright to sleep. Other than that everything was perrrrrrfecto!

Thank you for sharing your condo with our family! The beautiful decor and attention to detail by 360 Blue helped make our short time here perfect. We loved the luxury feel. we couldn't have asked for a better way to be in Destin and watch our Georgia Bullldogs play (and beat) the Florida Gators! we would love to come back next summer but the dates are already full! Until next time, we'll just keep the memories and remember how cool it was to see the fog over the ocean in November (when the water was warm but the air was an unseasonal 34 degrees 😊). Perfect Location Great Condo

The condo is decorated beautifully and the location is great! The unit comfortably accommodated my family of 11! The boys loved the bunk room… which is truly a bonus! The main bedroom suite is very nice… all the rooms were! There were a couple of things that could be improved upon. 1) We were not notified that the gate code changed. That would have been helpful. 2) Cleanliness… the master shower door bottom needed a deeper cleaning, shower curtain in one bedroom needed replacing. I’m a very picky person. The condo is beautiful and luxurious and I would have rated it a 5 if little details mentioned had been taken care of. I would stay again for sure.

The condo was beautiful and we loved that it was a corner unit with all the extra windows! It was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a great stay but had an issue with the floors and have some recommendations. #1 - It seemed like the floors had been vacuumed but not mopped at all. We had a crawling baby and her knees and hands were extremely dirty after she crawled. And our feet were almost black if we went barefoot, which we often do when we are staying at the beach.#2 - Don’t include bike rentals as part of the rental fee since you can’t ride on the beach and many people cannot ride bikes because of age, small children, etc. #3 - The reservation included only one daily beach setup—2 chairs and 1 umbrella—which was not adequate for a party of 8, which meant more expense for us. RATHER, don’t include bike rentals in the rental price and use those funds to include AT LEAST TWO MORE daily beach set-ups. Since the unit sleeps 11 and is priced accordingly, this change would make it a much more positive experience for your guests.

Beautiful View

Pros: Well maintained facility Beautiful beach, nice pool, family friendly. Very comfortable condo with an amazing kitchen and very well stocked. High end appliances. Comfortable bedding and nice bathrooms Cons: Prior to our stay I attempted, on three different occasions, to contact 360Blue. I left messages but my calls were never returned. On arrival we noticed the condo floors were extremely dirty (our 11 m.o. grandson’s knees and feet were black after crawling for just a few minutes.) And we had a problem with a fan in one bedroom. On a positive note, both of these issues were addressed quickly by two very pleasant employees. Bunk bedroom would work better if it had a door, as it is open to the kitchen and living room area.

Now I'm going to tell you about what a wonderful experience this trip was. I'll probably run out of room. First of all, I've stayed in many very nice rooms and places in my life. From mansions to 3 Bedroom suites in Caesars Palace Las Vegas and have enjoyed them all. I've never been to Destin, Florida but I'll be coming back. I will begin by renting thru 360 Blue, EXCELLENT experience, very well organized, very friendly people, and I highly recommend anyone that says they want to travel here, to contact 360 Blue! The Property......Excellent! Very well maintained, inviting, relaxing, very well organized! Any more adjectives???? I hate to leave! But my 2 and 3 year old little girls are waiting for Daddy to come home! But, the mark of a great vacation is how much you hate to leave and how you can't wait to come back! I can't wait! The property is situated perfectly for the beach. Very nice pool. Very safe, very clean, codes always work. The room itself was just perfect! Very comfortable!

Great Stay. Easy and Convenient

We stayed for spring break with our family. Ages range from 16 years old to 2 years old. The bunk room is a plus. The trip was relaxing and couldn't have been more convenient. A major pro to villa Coyaba is that it is on the smaller side of other condo buildings in Destin - so beach is not crowded, and no long wait for elevators. We will be back!

We had a great stay in villa Coyaba 301. The condo is very clean and well staged. The condo has nice kitchen appliances available for cooking. The panoramic view of the end unit is fantastic. Would definitely recommend this unit. The only things I would change are the thickness of the shades on the windows. Especially in the room next to the entry door. The current shades allow the walkway light to shine in the bedroom at night. The other fix would be the remote system for the fans and lights. The remotes can go rogue and turn off lights in random rooms, instead of the room you are in. There are also no instructions on light remotes and fireplace remote. These fixes would make this about perfect.

April 2019 Stay

I recently stayed in Villa Coyoba unit 301 and had a very frustrating experience with that property and the frequent intrusions caused by multiple dysfunctions in the unit. There's not enough room here to recount all the issues and the number of times my vacation was interrupted but I do have some notes with dates and times that I can share with a 360 Blue representative. The unit is beautifully done and was brand new inside, but many, many things did not work and the effort to fix everything had a significant impact on my vacation and caused a frequent parade of repairmen through the unit during my stay. In this case, this home had just recently undergone major renovations and that sometimes can mean bumps along the way for some of the first few guests. Regardless, we will be sure our property manager for this condo is aware of everything so that we may correct this for future guests and we do hope that you will stay with 360 Blue again.
