- Una cocina americana totalmente equipada (nevera, congelador, horno, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua).


- 3 habitaciones,
Uno tiene una terraza directa de 200x200 camas (hotel grande)
otro una cama king size (180x200 el colchón de alta gama "dedicación de aire" para entendidos) con ventana al mar
la habitación del tercer dormitorio está equipada con 2 camas de 90x200 (marca Dunlopillo) con vista al patio interior

Great location

We loved being able to see and hear the Mediterranean outside our windows! The location was so great. The apartment was huge (especially for Europe) and we were pleasantly surprised with a full bathroom in one bedroom, a sink and shower in another bedroom, and another toilet in the laundry room. We had some trouble with the property manager but the owners were great to work with.

Perfect location and view

The apartment was perfect for my family with 2 kids. The 3 bedrooms are well sized, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially in the morning when the sun comes up. The beach directly in front looks small, but it was never crowded during our stay. My kids loved renting the pedal boats with built in slides and the diving platform. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries within a short walk from the apartment. You really don't need to use your car once you park in the underground parking garage, which is included in the rental. I would definitely rent this place again.

The aparment is somewhat run down and needs repairs. In particular the third bedroom is the reason for the low rating. It clearly has a moisture problem in the walls and smelled sterongly of mold. The walls are damaged and the wallpaper came off the wall the second week. Aside from this room, there is general need for upkeep with leaking drain in one bathroom and plugged faucet in the other. The shower head holder had fallen off the wall.

Great location, neighborhood

We spent 7 days and had a wonderful time in Cannes. What a beautiful city! The location was perfect, very easy to walk around to restaurants and shops, beach and jump on the convenient Croisette bus.

Falling in Love with the Sea

If you come to Cannes for all the glitter, it is definitely here to be found. We came for the sea, the Mediterranean. Guillaume’s apartment is the perfect place to stay and fall in love with the sea! WOW!!! You are right on top of the water. Day and night. It is incredible. The beach is also incredible. And, quiet! Just far enough away from the center of Cannes so you can relax if you want. Oh, the apartment, that’s wonderful too! It was just the two of us, but there is plenty of room for more. Three bedrooms, three TVs, a great kitchen and a terrace to enjoy...the Sea, of course! For pizza and pasta...down the elevator, walk outside, turn right and...La Dolce Vita is waiting. Or, take the Palm bus into Cannes. Guillaume is super responsive and Gyongue is right there to check you in and take care of you. If you go, send a kiss to the Mediterranean from us!

Fantastiskt läge!

Om man vill njuta av Cannes bästa sida är detta läge fantastiskt. Stranden helt underbar, inte så mycket turister. En liten bit från stadens puls, men med bra lokala förbindelser. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheter, bäst är balkongen i skuggläge på eftermiddagen med havet som utsikt. Bra för barnfamiljer. Restaurangutbudet är stort i Cannes, men den lokala fisk- och kötthandlare efter huvudgatan blev veckans behållning!

Très bel appartement face à la mer. Nous prenions le petit déjeuner dehors tous les matins en avril

La literie est excellente tout comme l’accueil de Daniel. La batterie de cuisinées revanche est à revoir pour bien cuisiner les bonnes choses achetées au marché de Forville. Nous reviendrons à Cannes car c’est une très belle ville entourées de jolis villages. Très bien avec des enfants.

We know that area well having stayed We know The Palm Beach Area well having a holiday there each year for the past ten years. Obviously we like the area so the flat was in the perfect spot for us.

Great stay again

This is our second time staying at the apartment - and we were as happy this time as with our first visit. The apartment is well appointed, and in a great location, over the road from a free beach, mainly frequented by the people living in and staying in the area. Short walk to bakery, shops etc and a pleasant walk to the busier centre of Cannes and La Croisette. We used the bus this time to get around - €1.50 to get to the far end of La Croisette- on an open top bus along the sea front! It was great! As ever I found it hard to pull myself from the balcony and watching the world go by.

Splendide appartement avec une location incroyable !

Moi et mes amies avons passé 3 jours dans l'appartement de Guillaume et Carine. L'accueil était parfait. L'appartement se situe tout près du Port Canto où nous participions à une régate étudiante. De plus, la plage est au pied de l'appartement, comme le sentiment d'avoir une plage privée! Je recommande vivement cet appartement, il est spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé, bref le confort est au top. Si je devais revenir à Cannes, je n'hésiterai pas à louer une seconde fois ce logement. Merci beaucoup !!!

Wonderful location, clean, responsive owner. Just perfect

The address on Palm Beach is in our view the best location. !0 minutes walk away from the more crowded Croisette area, 30 seconds (if you walk slowly) from the water. Beautiful terrasse, where we had breakfast overlooking and smelling the mediteranean Sea. On the other side , also seconds away a small park, where they play boule. nice restaurants just less than minutes away. Owner responded very well, much better than us. Thanks Guillaume!

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Strand!

Man ist fast mitten in Cannes und doch vom Touri-Trubel weit weg! Die Wohnung ist einfach ideal, um ein paar entspannte Tage direkt am Meer zu verbringen. Beim Morgenkaffee auf dem großen Balkon die ersten Schwimmer beobachten, selbst schnell in´s Meer springen vor dem 2. Frühstück...was will man mehr? Und das Wasser und der Strand sind wirklich einladend, klar und sauber! Wenn man nach hinten hinaus geht, gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen Bäcker, auch kleine Supermärkte sind nicht weit. Zur Innenstadt kann man zu Fuß gehen oder mit dem Bus fahren - aber hier an dieser Ecke ist es wirklich viel schöner als in der Innenstadt! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht ( Föhn, Kaffeemaschine...), Klimaanlage, die wir aber nicht brauchten trotz über 30 Grad, da die Wohnung eine sehr gute Querlüftung hat. Das große Bett hat eine hervorragende Matratze! Ein zugehöriger Parkplatz befindet sich im abgesperrten Bereich im Hinterhof. Der Kontakt mit Carine ist wirklich sehr nett, sie antwortet praktisch sofort. Also uns ( meinen Mann und mir, beide 56 Jahre ) hat es ein paar Tage im September wirklich sehr, sehr gut gefallen!

Nous avons passés 3 bonnes semaines dans cet appartement ,il est très fonctionnel ,on ne peux mieux placé si on a des enfants , la plage en face ,je traverse la route ,commerce a proximité ,activité,tout est la , je connais bien cannes et pour ceux qui ne connaise pas ,soyez sur que cet appartement est dans le meilleur quartier...........................l'immeuble est bien entretenue ,et on y dort bien car il y a la clim est de très bonne literie ....bonnes vacances a tous ....j'y reviendrai....

Beautiful apartment and great location

We had an amazing 3 days - the apartment is in a great location, across the road from the beach in a quieter, more suburban area of Cannes, however we were only a 10-15 minute slow walk from The Croisette and old town. The standard of accommodation is very high - comfy beds, sofa, great bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. We had to drag ourselves away from the balcony- eating, drinking and people watching from there was fab! Local shops and bars right in the doorstep or within 5 minute walk - we didn't use our car once. We will definitely be back- thank you so much Alison

Fantastic location

Unbeatable location right on the seafront, close to the town centre but in a quiet area with local shops and boules-players just a couple of minutes away. Very smartly furnished - comfortable leather sofa etc and widescreen TV, if you can tear yourself away from the balcony. Daniel, who holds the keys, was always friendly and helpful. We are already planning to return.
