Esta es una hermosa casa de 3,000 pies cuadrados en el Lago Pokegama en Grand Rapids, MN.

La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones con 2. 5 baños. La exposición al suroeste tiene mucha luz natural con hermosas vistas al lago boscoso desde todas las habitaciones. Se proporciona una cocina completa con electrodomésticos Wolf y SubZero junto con un área de comedor para 8 personas. El Master BR tiene una cama King más una cama doble y un baño completo que incluye una bañera profunda y una ducha separada. BR2 tiene una cama Queen con un baño de 1/2 y BR 3 tiene dos camas dobles extra largas con un baño de 3/4. La entrada de la pavimentadora y el garaje ofrecen una gran cantidad de espacio de estacionamiento. Disfrute de una taza de café por la mañana o vea la puesta de sol desde su porche en el porche.

La casa incluye un funicular privado con muelle para la pesca y la navegación. Si desea traer su propio barco, el lanzamiento de un barco público está a solo una cuadra de distancia. Trophy Fishing

Annual guys trip was a success! We pick a new lake and place to stay every year. This home and lake was our favorite by far. Everything you need and want to make great memories are at this home on lake Pokegama.

Summer lake getaway

Great home. Great Lake. Great area.Home is immaculate. Lake is large and clean;awesome sandbars. Golf course 1 mile away. Would stay again without hesitation.

Nice house and location

This house was perfect for our group of 6. It has enough bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. It's close to town and has nice views out of every room. I would like to come back in the summer next time. The owner responded to questions quickly.

Last Minute Booking Saved our Vacation!

We found this property after our original booking was cancelled 3 days before check in! Talk about a blessing in disguise!! This is an amazing property in an incredible setting. The well appointed kitchen provided us the opportunity to cook and enjoy our vacation stress free. Close enough to Grand Rapids to walk yet secluded enough to feel like a true get away. The Funicular down to the lake was great! Quiet, secluded beautiful and well appointed. We will definitely book again!

Family Christmas

My husband, our 2 adult daughters plus a "could be?".! came to celebrate Christmas with my 92 year old father. It was absolutely perfect! Christmas is a big deal in our family and our host made her home Christmas cozy and wonderful. My Father lives 5 minutes away in Assisted Living and was able to enjoy visiting everyday. He misses seeing the lake and a fireplace so much but was able to have a great Christmas week enjoying both. We can't thank you enough Kathy for your hospitality, extra touches and your beautiful home. (She even made sure a wheelchair ramp was installed to bring dad in.). Cooking was fantastic in the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen with views out to the lake. Each of the bedrooms were luxurious. The great room was spectacular with it's view over Pokegama and fireplace. We all ventured out to the lake for a walk on the ice. We also rent out our lake home in the Adirondack Mountains on VRBO and so appreciated all the extra effort she gave to making us feel at home! Thank you SO much Kathy!!! Hope to be back.

Great fall weekend

We came to visit family for 4 days in Grand Rapids and the property was great for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the screen porch on a rainy morning. Loved having a fire each night with plenty of wood supplied. The tram going down to the lake and pier was amazing for everyone, especially our handicapped brother. Kathy was a great host and was easy to communicate with. Will stay again in the future!

Absolutely what we needed.

It was quiet and secluded. It was a magical weekend with family in the perfect setting. Kathy was very easy to communicate with before and during. She made sure all was well.

Perfect Family Get-Away

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, spacious and loaded with amenities. It was a perfect place to unwind, take in the beautiful lake views from the dock, listen to the loons and swim at the sandy beach. The Hill Hiker was a life-saver for our senior guests and the fishing was fantastic! I definitely recommend this property to those looking for a peaceful get-away to enjoy the beauty of northern MN, and look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect property

Rented this home to have a space to so i al distance with and older family member. It was perfect. Many option for places to sit and relax outside and a good sized screened in porch. We will for sure rent this home again. It was also nice that there are bedrooms on opposite sides of the house so our family has one side and my parents had the other side.

Perfect rental for two families

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had two families with 3 kids altogether and the large floor plan allowed us plenty of places for us all to congregate but also to spread out when we needed space. We did plenty of fishing, tubing, and swimming in lake. Location is close to town, yet secluded. Also a shorty drive to Duluth for a day trip. Thank you Kathy and Kent for a great stay!

Beautiful House, Spectacular View!

My family of eight was very comfortable staying here while we attended our daughter's wedding. The house is fully equipped and made us feel like we were in our own house. As we spent the week here, having a nice kitchen and washer/dryer was a big help. Our three grandchildren enjoyed exploring the backyard and fished on the dock below. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property.

We had a fabulous stay while here. The house was roomy even with 8 of us staying. The yard was large and private. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and just relax!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We stayed for a week. The house was very large and accommodating for 6 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the screened in porch, making s'mores at the fire pit, the ease of getting to the place and the beauty of the lake. The lake is very big and we were able to find a map in the house of the topography, which helped because the shoals are not marked with buoys on the lake. We were able to launch and trailer our boat daily without having to pay a boat launch fee and it was close by. We also brought ATV's and had to drive about 15 minutes to the closest trail. The water frontage was okay. There were rocks we had to walk over first to get into the water, highly recommend water shoes. After that it was sand and then seaweed past the dock. We also did some fishing. We caught a couple fish off the dock but had better luck going out a little further on the boat to catch decent sized fish. The canoe was nice and the kayaks are definitely meant for smaller/petite people. Overall had a great time and will definitely stay there if we vacation in the area again!

Family Staycation

We had 2 families that escaped to the northwoods of Minnesots for a little staycation. The property was everything we expected and more. The lake was beautiful and much larger than we anticipated. The property owner was very welcoming and gave us lots of local advice. Being golfers the proximatey to the local golf course was great. And it was a beautiful and reasonably priced course. The large lot made it easy for the kids to enjoy basketball, playing catch, yard games and of course nightly fires. This was a great northwoods getaway with all the modern amenities. We will definitely remember this property as we plan future group vacations.

Thanks for the amazing stay. Your property is just what we have been searching for.. phenomenal. Many little touches throughout the home and the great customer service push it over the top. Vacation Ladies thoroughly enjoyed the property.

We live in the Twin Cities, but purchased the home as a vacation property for our young family in 2004, enjoying many years on the beautiful Pokegama Lake. We ended up building a larger home on an adjacent property to accommodate our expanding family, but couldn't bear to give up our original home so decided to put it on VRBO for others to enjoy. With its serene location, beautiful views and proximity to town, we think you will love it as much as we did!

Perched high above the lake (a trolley takes you down to the dock) the view of the lake is incredible. Lots of space for yard games and great fishing right off the dock!
