Perfect space for our girls’ weekend to skate at the Forks. Bangkok Thai was a couple blocks away and had excellent food.

Great place close to everything!

Very clean, comfortable, open concept condo/loft. Stayed here for three nights while visiting family. The underground parking is tight, but manageable with careful maneuvering. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again!

This property was a fantastic find and place to stay! We were in Winnipeg to visit family, so unfortunately didn’t have much time to explore the neighborhood, but what we did see was great. Host very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We Loved The Property

Egilio made contact with us and gave all directions so check in was very easy. Easy to access the building and condo. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and lots of room. Our stay was very enjoyable! We will be staying here again! Thanks Egilio!

Excellent place to stay

My husband, my teenage son and I completely enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything was clean, well stocked and beds were super comfortable. It was also super quiet. Egilio is a fantastic host and provided excellent service. He worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again in the future.

Great Location and Underground Parking

The condo was perfect for our girls getaway. We were within walking distance of restaurants and the grocery store, and located in the center of the city to have good access to all the places we visited. There was plenty of room for food prep and a game night. We also appreciated the underground parking vs street parking.

Wonderful stay! Everything was seamless. Great location, very quiet building. Safeway and Starbucks just a few blocks away!! We didn’t have a chance to check out the area, but lots around and it would be great in the summer. Host is fast to respond and super nice!! Recommend to anyone.

Could not have been better

What a Host, couldn’t do enough to help make our stay in Winnipeg the best it could be, we traveled from the UK, and we’re given clear instruction how everything worked. The property was clean and very well looked after. Modern decor fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony the eat breakfast on whilst the sun rises. Location was fantastic, away from downtown but close enough that you could easily get there with a short walk or bus ride, Osborn village itself has everything you need and had a great atmosphere in the evening. You won’t regret a stay in this home.

Great place to stay in Osborne Village

I would be happy to stay here again. Building is super quiet, easy access to the Forks and downtown. The condo is exactly as pictured and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

key pad location to enter the building is very obscure.

We enjoyed our stay once we actually accessed the building. The property owner had to come to our aid when the barrel of the front door lock fell into my hands. Egilio, was there within 10 minutes to show us where the key pad was located obscurely between the black corrugated iron wall 3 feet back from the front door. The other thing that was confusing was the key that we retrieved from the 'key box' actually fit perfectly into the lock at the front door but it wouldnt turn. We found out later that was a 'dummy lock' and we 'shouldn't have been using it as we weren't following the directions properly'. However, if the KEY PAD was more obvious or we knew to look between the black corrugated iron wall 3 feet back from the door, we might not have made the error. Other than that, I was uncomfortable with the state of the sheets and pillow case in my room. One pillow looked very very crinkly, like it had been slept on. the other pillow just looked crinkly like out of dryer. Eligio, immediately changed it for me and I felt more comfortable. He also offered a bottle of red wine to my guests who I was treating a holiday to. That was a nice gesture, as well to make up for the problematic start of not being able to access the building. Egilio also brought us decafe coffee pods, which was also a very generous gesture. All in all, other than those hick-ups, the place was clean and airy and bright. It was absolutely beautiful. Lots of space. Loved the two bathrooms. Grocery shop 1/2 block away. Loved the short walk across the bridge to the parliament buildings!
