Knotty Pine es como una cabaña mágica. Relájate en el sofá de cuero y disfruta de un programa favorito en la pantalla plana. La cocina de la planta principal está totalmente equipada con microondas y cafetera. Para los niños o el niño que llevas dentro, abajo se trata de diversión. Disfruta de la mesa de ping pong y otros juegos provistos. Asegúrese de abrir algunas palomitas de maíz y ver una película en la pantalla plana en la sala de televisión. One of the best vrbo’s that I’ve stayed at. Super clean and comfortable and everyone had their own space. We arrived and the internet wasn’t working, they came within 30 min and brought us a hotspot and we had no problem with the internet. Jacuzzi, outdoor gas grill and fire pit was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. We had the kids sleep downs stairs (basement) on the futon, queen bedroom and they enjoyed playing ping pong table (there was a bathroom with a shower). 1st floor had the kitchen, living room and with a king bedroom with a bathroom right outside the bedroom. 2nd floor had the masters queen bed and a double sink with shower. The best thing in the masters was a box tv. Each room had a tv for kids to see. The round table was nice and fit us all comfortably to eat. 15 min from Helen Hardman Farm and Anna Ruby Falls. Dahlonega 45 min (1st gold mine rush). Cabbage Patch Mansion 15 min away and Dollywood 3 hours away. Perfect place to stay if you love the outdoors.

We enjoyed our stay. This was one of the nicest and cleanest properties we have stayed in. We had a question about the air conditioning and the property manager helped us on solving the problem. We appreciated the management checking to see if we were having a good time.

Dirt Road

I wish the 4 minute or more dirt road the cabin is on was listed as a warning! The dirt road is not safe for small cars! It is also a one car road and some spots are hard to see a car coming head on. There are hills and some very rough spots. Besides the road the cabin was amazing, will say the upstairs bedroom does get hotter then the rest of the rooms and the downstairs rooms get a lot cooler.

Great place to stay! Minor inconveniences, overall great place!

The place to stay in Helen was great! Overall, it had tons of room & for the cleanliness was great, communication with the rental property was also great and they did check in! Other than that, I do think we were a little unaware of the drive getting to the house on the rocky road and hills. I definitely recommend four-wheel-drive if you have it, depending on weather! The showers had a little bit of an issue draining. Otherwise, it was a really great trip! They include WiFi out there which is nice because of the service not being too great! 8/10 place!

Wonderful Cabin!

We stayed at Knotty Pine for a long weekend trip to Helen, GA. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the cabin. The hot tub is wonderful for cool nights after a fun day, the fire pit out back is a nice touch too! We loved that there were 3 bathrooms so we each got our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great for visiting Helen and the road in isn’t as bad as what I expected after reading some of the reviews. We will definitely be back!

If I had to pick one thing that I didn't like, it's the mattress downstairs. There is a crater in the middle of the bed. It makes sleeping for two people not great.

Leaky but beautiful

We mostly enjoyed our stay on the property. There were issues with a leaking roof onto the recliner in the main living room. It rained multiple times a day for the 4 days we were there. We did submit a work order, but nothing was done about it. Before checking out we also discovered a leak coming from the water heater into the game room. We documented the leak and the affected spaces and sent to management. We did not receive a response from anyone about this.

Hot tub never worked said they fixed it and never did

Property people were notified the Hot tub never would work came to fix it on our second day here while we were out called and asked was it fixed was told it was. It was never fixed. Just kind of bummed because whole reason we was looking foward to staying here was the hot tub!!

Knotty Pine, Not a fairy tale but enough hair for a real tail.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything to do with check in, check out, and a clogged toilet went smoothly. The cabin itself was beautiful, however, downstairs floors and stairs to were absolutely filthy. I dropped a clean garbage bag of laundry down the stairs and the outside was so filthy I wouldn't even use it in the trash can. Balls of human hair, dog hair and dirt were all over it. If I had known the first night I would have insisted it be cleaned professionally. The furniture was unaffiliated for the 8 people advertised. The futon should never be listed as a full sized bed but fortunately I brought an air mattress "just in case." There was seating for 6 at the table. There was a small chair at a nearby desk we used. There was 1 sofa (3), 2 chairs (2), 2 tickets (2), totaling 7 for the living room. All the furniture was badly damaged except the 2 rocking chairs. The kitchen has maybe 8 spoons all together so we bought plastic. The "Teflon" pans were scratched and peeling. There were maybe 2 pans adequate for meals. The whole kitchen looked like an afterthought. We did find adequate towels but there were only 7 pillows in the whole house. We bought pillows and cases. And not a throw pillow spare cases in the place to make up the difference. I've done a lot of rentals, own 2 time shares, and stayed in lots of voyeurs and campgrounds. O also own long term rentals and I don't think I've left a wire review. I realize the rentals are premium during the holidays and I was lucky to find one on short notice but this was the most I've ever paid for the worst condition I've ever stayed in. Oh, and 8 people produce a lot of trash. Need some thing better than "bring it down to the rental office. Thank goodness for GPS!I'm not into knick knacks but property furnishings are a must!You might also add more than 1 board game and what was with those videos?!I did leave a tip as I used to be a motel maid but not as much as usual.
