Este es un amplio apartamento amueblado conectado a mi casa. Amplio dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, sala de estar, rincón comedor, cocina y baño. Además de un camino privado para 2 autos y entrada privada directa al apartamento.

El apartamento está a menos de 5 millas de Dover Downs & DSU, a menos de 3 millas de Wesley College, y a solo minutos de la Dover AFB. Ubicado justo al lado de las salidas de la Ruta 1 también

Auto check-in

Great stay

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at Delaware turf fields and this was clean and convenient to the fields. Had a good night stay and saved money instead of staying at a hotel.

Lovely Dover Stay

The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and cosy. A perfect stay for 1 or 2 people. Delaware beaches and stores with driving distance.

Nice stopover stay

Great stopover on our way back to MA. We got in late and had no trouble figuring out anything for check-in/settling in since Nikki was very communicative. Our little one was happy to find some snacks in the morning :) Thank you!

Perfect place for a quick trip

We have had to travel to DE several times for my son’s lacrosse tournaments. We have stayed here almost every time. It’s convenient, small but perfect for two people, clean, safe and Nikki is a very conscientious host. Thank you for everything!

Just what we needed

This was close to the location of the event we were attending. The property is clean, comfortable and Nikki is great to deal with. She made sure we had everything we needed and the snacks and bottled water on our arrival were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Though we could only spend two nights due to a change in plans, we had a great stay here! It was everything one would need, and the little touches (a snack basket that our boys happily raided, coffee, bottled water, plenty of extra toiletries) were greatly appreciated. Location was great to be near the speedway, close to the highway, and just the right amount of attention and guidance from our host. Thank you so much Nikki!

Very convenient and affordable

Communication with Nikki was excellent; place was tidy and well-stocked with snacks, water, towels and bath amenities (great touch); for location/neighborhood I gave it 4 as the location in southern Dover was convenient, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Short Stay

This is a great location! The community is a nice little cul-de-sac that is like a home away feom home. Location for me was important, close to Dover AFB! Easy to find. Property owner kept in constant contact and provided a "guidebook" that laid out the rules, expectations, and even local menus!!! Bed was comfortable and the kitchen area is mint to make some quick meals! Super clean and there was a snack basket that was full of great options!!!

Lovely home

The space was exactly how it was explained in the listing. It was perfect for what we needed for our trip. I loved the little snacks that were provided and the different coffee creamers. Nikki was wonderful checking in everyday making sure we were OK! Would come back again!

The right spot!

I was visiting my son at the AF base, Nikki’s home is close and everything she described. This property is clean and you won’t find a more accommodating host. She is very attentive, you can tell she wants her guests to feel at home. I couldn’t have asked for more.

This property is conveniently located close to everything! Nikki, the property’s owner, is fantastic! She thinks of everything… water in the fridge, snacks on the table, extra blankets, plenty of towels, and coffee (with creamer!) along with tea and honey. We will be back. Great Value

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and it was a great distance away from the DE turf fields. It was nice and clean and well appointed with little snacks for our use. No complaints here! Thank you for the stay. We will check back at the next tournament.

Perfect Stay for a Weekend Lacrosse Tournament

This place had everything we needed. My wife, son, and I loved the coziness. We were very comfortable and Nikki made sure of it. She checked in with us at least twice a day to make sure everything was good and that there wasn’t anything else we need. We had one small issue and Nikki took care of it immediately. There is great access to key routes as well. We will be back if we our back in the area for lacrosse again.

Promising little oasis

Stayed 2 nights while traveling through the area. Very nice little place, perfect for our needs and super clean. There was an issue with the door not locking, but the owner was very responsive and helped us resolve the issue. Had a lot of thoughtful extras like individually wrapped toiletries, bottled water, snacks, etc. The owner is really sweet and made us feel very welcome. An upgraded mattress would be great, and am sure that's in the works as this host clearly cares about her guests. If traveling on a budget and need to stay in the area, it's a good option.
