Great stay!

Not a whole lot of furniture, but the essentials were there! Great location & easy check-in process. Parking is two blocks over, but it wasn’t a big deal. This was a great stay!

Great location

Property is located just at the end of the Boardwalk, so close to shops and restaurants. We had a car, but never used it. The condo was well appointed and very clean.

Good location

Nice place. Location was fantastic. Check in was very easy. The only issues were the sliding glass door was very hard to open seemed like it was off the track and wi-fi didn’t work in the bedroom, other then that it was awesome. Would stay there again.

Extremely Satisfied

The listing was the exact same. Spacious enough for two, not overly decorated. The entrance door has a quick lock, so you have to grab the handle as soon as you key in the code. It felt super safe. Perfect quintessential view of the ocean, direct and beautiful. Sunrise was fantastic. An awesome experience, wish I had more days to experience it

If I had to rate my experience it would be

Overall, We enjoyed our stay, the ocean view was amazing, it wasn't until we saw a roach in our unit. That then put me on edge. I kept my luggage off the floor. If I had to rate my experience it would be a 3.5 out of 5

Loved the condo

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Inside of the unit was very clean and in ‘like new’ condition. The view of the beach was beautiful. The property amenities were nice but are located at the tower next door to this property (which we were aware). The general area is convenient but gets a little rowdy at night. This appears to be common for the whole strip. The downsides were the cleanliness of the common areas of the building were very dirty. Doors had grime and fingerprints during our stay. The floors and carpets stayed dirty throughout our stay. The parking was very limited for loading and unloading but we made it work among those that were checking in and checking out. Lastly, there was a strong smoking ‘odor’ in the common areas for our entire stay. This was this biggest drawback. We talked with some other guests on our floor and they asked if we had experienced this same ‘odor’ which we confirmed. Thankfully it did not seem to penetrate the unit but was very pronounced in all common areas, pools, and balconies. Overall, we would recommend the unit to others looking for a getaway to Myrtle Beach.

Great Location, Great views

I stayed here with my 4 children (23, 21, 19, and 14). The room was clean and in a great central location. We used our own bed linens, but the provided ones looked clean. The room is on the 7th floor so it was high enough to give great views but not too high. The parking is across 2 streets. It was not a big deal because we walked almost everywhere, but it's just something worth noting. The pull-out bed was ok but the boxspring for it looks bad. My 2 sons are 6'4 and play football in college. They each had one of the main beds to themselves, because it looked like the beds could not hold them comfortably. This information is just to help any larger person or a good size couple plan. They both said the bed was ok, but not great. We did see a full size dead bug and 3 baby bugs in the unit. The bugs were everywhere outside, so seeing just 1 dead one was ok (we are from further north so I am assuming that's normal for the area). We went to the main building to check out the lazy river and I heard others commenting on the bugs being bad in their units, so I feel like we were lucky with our experience. This unit is not in the main building and there is no laundry. The neighbors were quiet. The location was perfect for us. We were close to restaurants, entertainment, and gift shops. The building this unit is in has the pool, which is better than the lazy river, in my opinion, and my kids stayed there almost as much as they did the beach. Overall we enjoyed it and would come back.

A slightly rocky start

Upon arrival our room was not cleaned despite the fact that we arrived nearly an hour after check in time. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours for it to be cleaned before we were able to unpack & get ourselves situated for the evening. After the room was cleaned though we had no issues with the rest of our stay. We greatly appreciate the effort made by the property manager & customer service agent we spoke with to ensure our room was cleaned. The location was excellent; we rarely had to drive & we were able to enjoy the lovely scenery as we walked around the area. Overall we had a wonderful honeymoon vacation & we'd love to come back for another visit in the future!!! :)

I was pleased with not having to check in at the front desk. I was able to request a code by text.

Very outdated and worn. However, I brought my own sheet set and it did what we needed. I provided a place to sleep and shower. The price of it was over the top.

View great, room not so much.

The unit had lack of counter space and seating. There was a musty smell in the chest of drawers ( left our clothes smelling bad). Realizing this was a smoke free unit, there was no designated area or even ashtrays outside.
