Este es un estudio independiente de nueva construcción, ubicado en un galardonado y exclusivo vecindario a 5 millas del centro de Charleston, ya 10 minutos de la playa. Hay una cocina completa, baño completo, lavadora / secadora y un gran vestidor. Hay una entrada privada separada. El vecindario solo permite alquileres mensuales, razón por la cual estamos solicitando 28 días. Envíenos un mensaje si tiene preguntas sobre esto. Esta propiedad estará completamente amueblada y disponible el 1 de junio de 2018. Tiny home vibes

The over the garage studio gave Tiny Home vibes. Very clean, beautifully decorated and so very cozy. Very quiet and pristine neighborhood. Our hosts were absolute dreams. Very attentive and friendly. No problems what so ever. One of our top three stays. We would absolutely 100% recommend this property. Close proximity to everything, just a fantastic overall location and property!!!

Great Spot in Mount Pleasant!

This place was truly great for the time I stayed there. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. There was a completely stocked full kitchen. Having access to laundry right there in the unit was amazing too. Also amazing was having access to central AC. The owner Reid was incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. When something broke within the unit he called to have it fixed right away. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a studio in Mount Pleasant.

The perfectly luxurious January stay

We travel from Austin to Charleston often but this was our first month long stay. We loved every minute of staying in Reid’s carriage house. Our every need was met including a full kitchen, designer interior and state of the art shower. I loved walking the trails on the marsh and through the charming neighborhood. Reid and his family were gracious and friendly. We plan on spending every January there and maybe a couple other months throughout the year.

Perfect Place

Located right over the Ravenel Bridge in the beautiful community of I’on, this little rental is a perfect place for a couple retreat. Close proximity to Charleston, and easy accessible to grocery stores, shopping and walking trails. This is our second year staying here and will return again. On top of that the owners are the best, friendly and available should a question arise. Our little home away from home. Love it!

Hated to leave...

Wonderful (and surprisingly roomy) accommodations in which to relax. Easy communication with owners. Very much enjoyed the walking opportunities in the area. Perfect location to explore both Mt. Pleasant and Charleston.

Home away from Home!

Our cozy place was perfect! We stayed for one month and it was great! The neighborhood is easy for walking with beautiful trails and homes. Close to shopping and other attractions, we were able to zip into Charleston quickly, by just going over the Ravenel Bridge. Rental owners were wonderful, friendly and kind helping us with any information we needed. Our studio apartment was fully stocked with all essentials and we loved every minute! Will definitely book with them again!!

Ideal location in a gorgeous community

For my wife and I, this beautifully renovated studio in the stunning community of Ion in Mount Pleasant was the perfect place to stay for spending time around the holidays with family in the Charleston area. Ideally situated near the Route 17 corridor, it’s a quick drive to the city, the beaches, great restaurants and popular grocery stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Ion itself is a wonderful place to explore with it’s narrow streets, charming homes, ponds, parks and a wooded walking/biking path along the marsh. Within walking distance is a great little place where the locals go for happy hour. Called The Shelmore, it offers $1.50 oysters, delicious wines and an interesting menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed there for 9 weeks!! Awesome place and it is exactly as described. Clean, well furnished, and great communication from owners!! Will definitely book again!! Thank you so much for making this trip as easy as it could have possibly been!! Very safe and close to everything!!

Do not miss a chance to stay in this beautiful unit!

I had a wonderful stay in this fantastic Charleston area studio apartment. The location (in an extremely desirable neighborhood) was so very convenient to all the magnificent Charleston restaurants and historical sites. Also close to the beaches. I could not have asked for a better equipped unit for my extended stay. Reid and Kathryn have thought of absolutely everything. All furnishings/appliances are brand new and of the highest quality. Cable/Internet access was phenomenal with no issues! Thank you for a delightful experience. I most definitely would stay here again! This is a great value... Bruce 4/19

Wouldn't Change a Thing!

I stayed at this property for 41 days and absolutely loved it! It's a great location for traversing North or South along US17 and getting into Charleston. The studio is clean, marvelously appointed, comfortable, and had everything I required. After staying at the property for a few weeks, the owner asked me how it was going and if there was anything that I thought needed changing. I replied, "I wouldn't change a thing"! This was an amazing find for me and I hope to come back next year for a longer stay.......

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and truly fully furnished. The owners are great and responded quickly to any questions I had about the studio or the area. Beautiful, family oriented neighborhood in a convenient location in Mt. Pleasant. Plenty of closet space for clothes/personal items. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. I was in need of a short term fully furnished rental for a 3 month work contract and this was the perfect find. I highly recommend staying here!
