Great property

Location was perfect for a Disney vacation. Accommodations were spacious and well appointed. Jake the property manager was quick to communicate and provide answers if needed. Our only issue was that the WiFi and cell service at this location was very poor. Would still stay again.

We had a great time. The property was nice and a lot that everyone could do. It is was a convenient location. Beds were comfy - condo was spacious - and the kids loved all of the pools.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We stay at a sister property in Las Vegas so we were familiar with what to expect. I would say, the cleanliness of the property could be attended to a bit more. But overall a great stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful time staying at this Westgate 2 bedroom villa. The host sent over all the information needed for an easy check in. The property has 14 pools and 14 hot tubs, each in its own private secluded area. Our kids had a blast. We also took advantage of the water park on site… worth the extra cost. Only complaint is that the condo was not well equipped with any of the extras. Minimal towels, dishes, cookware, etc. But regardless, we will definitely be back!

Westgate review of the unit we stayed in

The check in process took a bit long because they did not have enough staff. Unfortunately we could not arrive at the check in time but other than that the agent was very informative and friendly. We were happy that the unit was on the first floor and close to the entrance. The online photos did throw me off because the photos looked older but the unit was renovated and updated. We were very happy about that. The only thing I would say the bathroom door to the master bedroom would not stay closed and the phone should be replaced. I could not listen to the voicemail and the buttons were missing. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. We were very happy with our stay.

My 4 corners stay

Description of property is accurate. Kids loved the gameroom and activities on the property. However, we did have a crawling infant and the floors were disgusting turning socks black and very gritty. Rugs need to be cleaned. Kitchen was clean as well as appliances. Would definitely stay again.....but would bring a mop.

Villa different than listed

The villa sec stayed and was nice, but it was different than the one listed on the Vrbo site. Also when we first arrived the refrigerator was not turned on. They came and fixed quickly, however we did not have ice or a cold refrigerator or freezer until the next morning. Other than that the state was nice. Very convenient to Disney.

Person above us flooded ceiling from their tub in middle of the night and ceiling fell in. Notice the faucets were all cheap and the the outlets were not put on well. Needs updated but was ok

Over all a nice place

We enjoyed our stay overall. My only complaints was the wifi i paid for was terrible but the front desk said they would take it off my card. We had a towel rack that fell off the wall and the guy showed up at 1030pm to fix it. We were on the ist floor and luckily no-one was above us except for 2 nights but we could hear everything like they were in the same unit. I would probably not ever stay again because of this. We were un able to get any sleep those 2 nights.

Good location, decent resort, subpar service at resort and lacks cleanliness.

We were very reluctant to go after hearing of the recent cancelations due to the storm. Airport resumed flights, so we went. Arrived very late, check-in at the Westgate property was very lengthy. Desk staff congregated for lengthy periods laughing and joking while they "check for your room". When finally arrived at the room, was disappointed to find the room quite dirty. Had to sweep floors, clean showers and toilets. The bathroom, sinks, and shower also have a strong sewer smell. The condo is spacious. Good potential, but in need of a DEEP CLEANING!

Great remodeled condo

We thought we were staying in a condo/resort area but stayed in renovated condos, much like an apartment complex. At checkin, we were told we were in a renovated unit. We drove up, to what felt like an apartment. Despite this, the unit was nicely renovated and felt mostly clean. Owning a vacation cleaning company myself, I am very careful about inspecting for cleanliness. There were a few things on the bathroom and living room floor, but, nothing to raise a complaint about. Overall, I felt safe and enjoyed the inside of the condo. I would of preferred a resort type condo where you are “in” the building. The photos on VRBO eluded to this. In the end, I never said anything after we checked in because we felt safe and it was a great location.

Total scam company!!!! Do not believe pictures or written info.

Do not believe anything you see as far as pictures online. The condos said to be refurbished are all very cheap couch and chair in living room. Also online says kitchen has utensils and dishes ready for cooking in unit. this is true in sp there are utensils and dishes to eat BUT NOT MUCH TO COOK WITH. BE READY TO BRING OR BUY( HOT PADS, MEASURING SPOONS AND CUPS. ECT. EVERTHING IS VERY CHEAP THROUGHOUT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Fahey say heated pools YES HEATED TO 80-82. THIS IS STILL COLD FOR MAST PEOPLE. HOTTUB WAS OVER 104 DEGREES MOST DAYS. I went and bought a cooking themenitor to show proof to staff every day over the month we stayed.

Our vacation at Westgate Town Center

We stayed for 8 days, the room we were in was very out dated, it was clean and nice, but things were falling apart. Some lights were not working, bathroom panels were falling off. Our room was on the first floor, on the first night the neighbors up stairs flooded their bath tub causing a water fall in ours. Staff took care of the problem, but it took over an hour for someone to come and this happen after midnight. I would stay again because the staff were so nice and location. But the room need an update, the bed was hard as a rock, I was also surprised how low the toilet seats were. After a long day in the parks I had a hard time getting off the toilet. Last I would not pay extra for the wifi, It didn't work half the time. With all these problems we still enjoy our stay thanks to all the staff and our resort manager, Jake.
