Family vacation

Location to lake fabulous, the house is under remodel, it has a very cabin like feel. My only remarks would be maybe a better cleaning before guest arrival. Other than that it was great, lake life is for us!

We all enjoyed staying at the cabin and using the spacious back yard. Our favorite thing was Buck the deer. The only problem was the location of the bathroom nearly outside the house, but maybe that will be relocated to the shower room.

This is a great little cottage that is just a short walk to the lake.Comes with two kayaks which is a nice bonus.

Delightful vacation

My 93 year old mother and I recently stayed at this location for a week. It was clean and well appointed. The cottage was in a lovely neighborhood, and very quiet. We have been coming to this area for 28 years and this spot did not disappoint.

Amazing 2 weeks on long Beach

Derek,is a wonderful host Everything ever needed is at the rental. Check in very Easy ,lots for the family to do . Easy access to the lake .great restaurant close by and Jordan's store has Everything you forgot. This was our 5 week renting from him .. and hope there are many more weeks to follow . Amazing vacation

This property was amazing! It was perfect for my family and had all the essentials we needed. The communication with the owner was amazing, and we will be looking forward to staying here again next year when we come up.

Sebago Lake Getaway

Charming, rustic cottage with a very short walk to the lake. Perfectly located, easy ride to Naples and Bridgeton. Enough room to accomodate guests with three bedrooms. Nice place with a very responsive owner. Highly recommend!

Just enough space for our group

The location was excellent, being only 2 blocks from the lake. The rooms were a bit small, but enough for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids with the pullout couch. And we spent most of the day at the beach anyway. The kids enjoyed playing with the foosball set on the front porch, and having an AC unit in every bedroom was very helpful on hot days. The cottage had slightly uneven floors due to its age, but I would still recommend it to another group. Thanks for the stay!

Enjoyed our stay at 31 Ossipee! Wonderful Neighborhood.

House was very comfortable and well stocked. It’s a short walk to the beach. Thank goodness for the air conditioners as it was very hot during our stay. It is a very family friendly neighborhood and my grand kids loved it! Derek is a great host. We hope to be back next year.

Cozy Sebago Getaway

My family and I had an awesome week in this cottage.I cook and the kitchen was loaded with everything I needed, sharp chef knives, pans and all the utensils.There's a big gas grill out back for grilling that worked out great.For the rainy day we had there is a smart TV and WIFI.One night we used the fire pit out back.It's just a short walk down to the beach at the lake where you can hang out or bring the two kayaks that come with the cottage and take a ride.Each bedroom has a AC which came in handy for those upper 90's days.Derek was quick with getting back to me via text with a couple questions I had during the week.Great host.We would definitely go back.

Great for a summer getaway

This was a cute no frills cottage. We rented in October as it was family weekend for our children at Saint Joseph College. It was chilly and we were thankful for heat, however one bedroom did not have heat and the porch is where the dinner table was so we were thankful there were tv tables in the living room! I think this would be a perfect rental for summer! Derek was terrific checking in on us and ensure we had got into the house ok.

Great spot steps close to a nice sandy beach

The cottage was a short walk to nice sandy beach and beautiful lake! Check in process easy and owners were nice to check in with us to make sure we were all set. Three bedrooms, all with ac. Deck in back, good spot to eat meals and a fire pit in back to roast marshmallows. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was also a front porch with table in case it was raining. Easy walk to Jordan’s store and new restaurant skk. Overall we had a great family vacation! Thank you!

Great no frills get away

Derek and Shari were great. I had elderly parents with me and they answered all my questions, the cottage had everything we needed. They even checked in to make sure everything was great Thank you Derek and Sheri for a great experience.

Great cottage, close to lake

We had a great time at the cottage. Derek made the process easy and made sure everything was ready for us. They were accommodating and even got a pass for us to launch our boat at the town beach for the week. The location was perfect. A block and a half in either direction and there is either Jordan’s store for just about anything you need or Sportmens kitchen and keg for a great bite to eat.
