One of the worst.

It was really bad. The apartment was so poorly insulated you could hear every single person walk by outside. On to of that the street was very loud. People driving at very high speeds blasting music well into the early morning. The parking situation is not what is listed on listing which caused an argument with one of the residence. That is of your car can even fit down the driveway. The hot water goes from non existant to scalding and back to non existent and I even had to replace the shower head that was already broken when I arrived. The worst was discovering the range was plugged into a power strip that wasnt long enough causing it to short and spark. I don’t need to tell you how bad of an idea a shorting power cable and a gas range is.I never found a dumpster ended up using someone else. This place is way too expensive for what it is. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Awesome location and great host!

We had such a great time at this rental. It’s an awesome location and close to many attractions. The apartment was super clean and just like the pictures. Check-in was easy. The host is very responsive and very helpful when I had questions. I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again in the future. Thanks Loni!

Wonderful location

A lovely airy property in a chilled part of town. Lovely cafes and bars within walking distance, and there are good hiking trails too. Parking is very handy, but beware the driveway is narrow!! Would stay again for sure.

Nice property

This was a very nice apartment. The host communication was excellent, apartment clean and so nicely decorated. The cable, Netflix worked well. We appreciated the extra touches. The snacks, coffee. Enjoyed our daily walk to the Hollywood sign. The only drawback was the noisy street. Host provided earplugs. We would return here in the future.

No surprises. Everything well described in advance. Comfortable and cozy space.

Location was perfect for us because of proximity to other family members. Everything was clean with many additional amenities provided. Excellent communications with owner in making all arrangements. We would stay there again in the future.

Neat, quiet, well equipped. Just perfect

My mom visited me for the first time from Japan, so I wanted to have her a special room and this room was just perfect! She wanted to cook some ''mom meal'' for me after 1.5yrs, and we ended up having dinner twice out of 5 nights at the place because everything was there! We arrived at night so we didn't realize that we were that close to the Hollywood Sign until next morning and it was so epic!! We even went to Avalon which is one of the biggest and oldest club in Hollywood to get a quick drink and come back because it's only 4 minutes away. It was great that we felt ''home'' after driving and sightseeing out there all day. Once you stay at this kind room, you don't really want to go back to hotel which only provides you bath and bed. We'd definitely love to come back this place!!

Beautiful Place and Perfect Location!

This was me and my friends first time travelling to California, and we were nothing short of impressed by this property. It has an unobstructed view of the Hollywood Sign and is only a short ride from the walk of fame. The rooms were very clean, and the AC was on full blast for our arrival (After spending most of the day lugging bags in 95 degree heat). The owner was very easy to get a hold of and was very informational, making check-in a breeze. If I ever come back to Cali in the future, I will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the place

My son and I went to LA to visit the area because he was thinking of moving to LA from Florida after graduating next year. We stayed at this property for 7 days. The moment we walked into the apartment his words were, "Wow, wow, wow!". He said, it's just like how the pictures were, and probably even more charming and warm than the pictures on the website. We so loved the amenities in the kitchen, how all the essentials were provided (toiletries, even first aid kits!), place was immaculate, and location was perfect. It couldn't be in a better spot, the Hollywood sign is right there greeting you every time you drove in. And all the major spots of interest are within several minutes reach. The Griffith Observatory is only 1 mile away. The most charming eateries are also that close to you. It's great too that there was a designated parking spot for us, and a laundry utility room in the back parking area. The a/c system was super efficient, the bed was super comfy and all the linens were first class, just like all else was. We are definitely coming back to property and my son said, "No other place for me, Mom". Loni, the property owner was unforgettably nice, warm, accommodating and responded so quickly on any questions that we had before and during our stay. My husband couldn't have picked a better place for us. Thank you so much, Loni and we would recommend your beautiful (perfect, as my son describes it) place to anybody or everybody who is visiting LA!
