Relájate en tu propio jacuzzi privado o acurrucarte junto a la chimenea y ver una película en la gran pantalla plana ". Con su entorno boscoso de montaña en las prístinas Laurel Estates en el Glades Resort, esta cabaña le brinda la sensación de aislamiento total, aunque se encuentra a poca distancia en auto del centro de Gatlinburg y a solo millas de las atracciones de Pigeon Forge. Esta cabaña de lujo ofrece una piscina cubierta y una espaciosa sala de cine con sonido envolvente para 12 personas. We had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. The indoor pool temp was way cold and that was a big disappointment as that was the whole reason we wanted. We had a pregnant woman that could not get in the hot tub and was so looking forward to swimming. I could have saved my self some money. If I would have known the pool was cold.

Everyone enjoyed the cabin, good location to Gatlinburg strip and Pegion Forge. Had a few problems with the cabin, 1) The pool was cold should have been warmer or at least let us turn it up some the pool room was warmer than the pool 2) the shower in bedroom 3 upstairs only had cold water reported that was fixed but the handle on shower was put on wrong the cold was for hot and the hot was for the cold. 3) TV's in the 2 upstairs bedroom were not connected to the wifi and bedroom 2 didn't have a Roku remote like living room and bedroom 3 also bedroom off pool area did not have a Roku remote 4) toilet paper roll in bedroom 3 was hanging off the wall. 5) toilet seat in bedroom 2 upstairs was broken and toilet itself was not fixed to the floor. 6) we spent a week with little fury friend we saw running into the entertainment room which we did not use because of that plus found some mouse droppings on night stands and counter in kitchen and stove. 7) microwave in pool room didn't work. 8) washing machine did not work, the management team did come out and looked at it but had to get a part that took until our last day there we ended up using the laundry mat instead. 9) Rug in living room was disgustingly dirty needed to be cleaned or replaced. Overall anytime I called from reporting something wrong or asking for trash pick up everyone was nice and friendly. I feel every few rentals someone needs to go in and check to see if things need fixing or replaced. saw a bear outside twice.

Great location and amenities. The house was large and well stocked. A few pieces of furniture like the outdoor table were very worn and not usable and carpets were visibly stained and damaged. All could be over looked but at this price point things could e refreshed a bit. All in all we would book here again but maybe a house closer to the community pool.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was beautiful, exactly as pictured,clean, close to everything and an easy path straight to Gatlinburg strip. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably and also there are pull outs and plenty of space for air mattresses. We even got to see some Bears. The host was very responsive. When I say this place is perfect, I mean it! we will be renting again.

Weekend Getaway

Nice property, easy to find and close to a grocery store. Quick drive to town for entertainment. Liked how each bedroom had its own full bath. Kids loved the pool and theatre room. Would stay here again!

Yearly Family Gatlinburg Trip

We come to Gatlinburg every year the 11 of us, My husband and myself children and grandchildren. The cabin was located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which made it very convenient. Everyone complemented that also. The cabin was located more like in a subdivision than what we are used to with just the mountains, but we traded the convenience of location and travel with that this year, which is fine.

Perfect Get Away

This place was absolutely beautiful and even more stunning in person than the photos! We enjoyed everything it had to offer and even saw a bear our last morning. The pool was alot colder than I think the setting should have been set to. There wasn’t a way to check or change the temp. My only suggestion is for them to get portable steps to help get in and out of the hot tub as it was pretty challenging for us short folks. Will definitely recommend to others and be back with my family next year.

Lots of entertainment options and close to town

The home was very nice and we had so much fun. The pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and ready to use. We were disappointed when we found out the dryer was broken. It would start for two seconds but shut off. I called management and they did send extra towels and linens which was very nice. It was a bummer to not be able to dry towels or other clothing. Other than that it was a good stay.

Nice house

House was perfect for our family to stay in kids loved the house pool and the Community pool they enjoyed to nice and clean at the house and around the area will definitely stay there again if we go back to Gatlinburg close to town

Loved the setup, hate all the broken things

I loved the setup but had several things broken day one when we got our room. Toilet wouldn’t flush, microwave was broken, and dryer was broke! They did fix the toilet but not the other stuff. I really did love the setup of the cabin though!!

I Tell it how it is: A few issues, but still Pretty Amazing!

There were a few minor issues I'll start with. The air hockey table didn't work, but that wasn't a huge deal as we played pool and video games. The dryer didn't work even though we called to have it fixed. Would have been a big deal if we needed to do more laundry, but we didn't, so it wasn't too bad. The in-house "Alexa" assistant didn't work. Again, I wouldn't have even paid attention to this, except I received numerous emails from the property management company touting how great and easy it was to use, but it wasn't functioning. It was not a big deal to us, but to some, it might have been. Aside from those few minor setbacks, the property was amazing! Very clean. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great. The movie theatre room was awesome! The amenities were great, and I highly recommend this property or any of its sister properties in the same neighborhood/location. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9-15, and everyone loved it. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect size for two families. All of the amenities were working and in great condition. Check in and check out were easy. The only struggle was that you had to pass through the pool room to get to a bedroom which limited who could sleep in that room and the shower door in basement bedroom was off the track everytime you moved it. We also could not find a local pizza place to deliver and had to pick up Dominoes. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great Family Spot

Overall our stay on the property was very nice. Would be nice if there was more instructions printed out maybe in a handout. Was not sure on what to do with trash and dishes when we went to leave. Alexa was not connected to wifi so was unable to use this. Pool is definitely a little colder then we were hoping but my son wasn't bothered by it. Had issues with hot tub heating to temp but management let me know how to correct and reset and it was fine. No major issues and would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

Splash mansion is a great place to stay with family and friends. The house is clean and well kept. The indoor pool is a great addition to any vacation especially with kids. We will definitely return.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The only downside was the nonstop beeping when entering and exiting the pool area. It also was a continuous beeping sound coming from the device that’s in the pool. Other than that our stay was very nice

Poor customer service

We had several issues throughout our stay which were handle very poorly. When we arrived the upstairs air conditioner was broken. Maintenance was unable to fix the problem that night and it was 80 degrees upstairs. We were told to open windows but there were no screens in the windows. Next day we attempted to cook steaks on the grill. NO PROPANE. They delivered propane 4 days later. Master bedroom had broken bed supports. The issue was never fixed. Broken lock in master bedroom door. Fireplace in bedroom not on but not mentioned in listing as such. DVD players listed for all TVs only one was in Theater room. TVs we’re not hooked up to internet so unable to use. We were able to stream to 2 of the TVs only. Spoke with customer service on Monday and asked when we could speak to a manager and they laughed. Finally heard back from management several days later. There was no apology and the only issue addressed was the air conditioning and propane our last night which didn’t help us because we already made plans for dinner. The door lock on one of the upstairs bedroom was on the outside. The pool door alarm was only on one side of the door so whenever the person downstairs exited the door alarm would go off so if they wanted to come upstairs at night it would wake the entire house. Poor design flaw.

Spring break

This house was perfect!! Even though the storm knocked the power out our first night there it was still an amazing time. Splash Mansion fit our family needs perfectly. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone

Great place for families with kids!

We had a great time at this vacation rental. The kids really enjoyed all the games and the pool. The layout is perfect for multiple families and the neighborhood was quaint ! My only complaint was that the pool itself could not have been heated to 82 degrees. It was freezing cold. The actual room the pool was in was 82 degrees . So that was misleading. The kids didn’t mind but the adults didn’t get to use the pool at all.
