Great hospitality and nice, clean room

I very much enjoyed my quick stay here for a wedding close by. Location was great and easy to get to. Beautiful views of the mountains and Chanel and her husband seemed to be putting even more work into the house. I didn't have a chance to enjoy the back patio or spend much time outside, but it all looked nice. If you are looking for an easy room to stay in, this is a great place. Thank you again!

Don’t overlook this mountain gem!

I have stayed at many places over the years & this was a property where the pictures truly didn’t do it justice. This wasn’t just a house it was a beautiful home. The decor & furnishings were impeccable & the atmosphere was inviting. In fact I’m taking back several ideas to do in my own place! The owner was welcoming & attentive to any need. =) The property was in a great location & centrally located to all the other towns we wanted to visit. I will definitely be back! Thank you Chanel for making our stay memorable!

Fantastic time at this beautiful home!

We truly had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home tucked away in the lush mountain side of Zarconia. The house was bright and nicely decorated. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy for all our family members as the 3 bedrooms were situated far apart. We loved the screened-in outdoor patio; a perfect oasis for our morning coffee or happy hour drink or just listening to the cicadas at night. Chanel and Gustavo are lovely hosts; they truly went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay and allowed us to check in early as we were bringing food in. The house is conveniently located about 7 minutes to Hendersonville and 40 minutes to downtown Asheville. We enjoyed being close to Dupont Forest and the beautiful hills and parks of Hendersonville. A beautiful home in a great location!

Smoked out!

What a disaster! We arrived at the property which was specifically listed as non-smoking to see that the owners who live there are smokers. They claim they only smoke outside, but the entire house reeks of smoke (upstairs and main floor). There are pipe collections and ashtrays on display throughout the house and cigar butts littering the lawn. We left after 15 minutes as I could not stay the night in that house and each person in my family came running to me to quietly complain about the smell. Never stayed on this property in the end, and it put us in a huge bind to find another place at the last minute. Owner complained to me afterwards that she incurred a huge AC bill after opening up the windows to try to air out the house for us for 30 minutes - how ridiculous. I am requesting a full refund as this has never, ever happened to us before. Pictures can't tell you how a place smells. Disgusting.

Lovely home

House is beautifully decorated with great porches. Smells a little of cigarette smoke. Dishwasher not operable for us (a little scary during COVID) but I believe that just happened prior to our stay and suspect that will be fixed soon. Chanel is very responsive and engaged in taking care of her guests

Our luxury mountain thanksgiving

Zirconia is the perfect location in NC. Our home was luxurious. The home is comfortable and our family really enjoyed the very generous great room. The leather furniture was so comfy and we sat for hours chatting and enjoying the spectacular view. Minutes away from Hendersonville, which is adorable and 30 minutes away from Asheville, you have many options for hiking, dining and entertainment.

Beautiful home with mountain view on a private lot

Beautiful, cozy home on a well landscaped and private lot nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic view of the mountains from the large windows on the back of the home. We loved the screened in porch and spent the evening playing games and having cocktails in this room. The outside porch on the lower level is spacious and overlooks the back yard and mountain view. Perfect for relaxing or for Yoga! There is also another outdoor area outside the master bedroom and is more intimate. Perfect for having coffee. The beds and pillows were insanely comfortable, even for the guest bedrooms. The owner called me prior to arrival to answer any questions and provide more information. She was quick to respond when I reached out to her while staying in her home and was very pleasant. We went to Asheville twice during our stay and the drive was a little further than we would like but, also depends on traffic. If you are going to visit the Asheville downtown area frequently during your stay then be prepared for more driving.

Mini Vacation

We decided just to get away for a few days. I found this house, and boy are we glad we did. The house is so beautiful, and the owners were wonderful. We actually spent a couple of hours just getting to know them a bit more on evening. We enjoyed our get away, and we will without a doubt stay in this house again.
