Incredible home on a beautiful charming street in Green Bay. Excellent for family or friends making a trip to the area, and especially awesome for Packers games! Larry was an incredible host, and so welcoming.

Great Spacious House

We were in town for the Junior Gold National Bowling Tournament with our daughter. The house had so much room for everyone to spread out, and be together comfortably. We enjoyed using the big screen TVs and the BBQ pit was used on multiple nights. We also used the stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and air fryer and all were in great working order. There was adequate cookware and utensils for my cooking needs. The fridge and freezer were large enough to hold all our groceries for our 10 day stay. There were plenty of paper goods and antibacterial hand soap at all sinks, which were much appreciated. The yard was awesome and the neighborhood was great. The neighbors were very friendly, we visited with a few that were having yard sales. If you are there for Lambeau Field, it's right around the corner and a short walking distance. There are lots of great restaurants around, we had a good time eating dinner down by Fox River and using the walking trail there. Larry is a great and attentive host. He gave us a walk through over the phone when we arrived and he checked up on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. My only 2 things to note. 1- the hardwood floors were squeaky, nothing wrong with it overall, but on very early bowling mornings my husband would wake me up walking around on the floor. 2- the entry steps are steep. Challenging for heavy bowling ball bags and those with mobility issues but nothing that would keep us from returning to this house again.

Great Stay

We had an event at the Resch Center. This house is in a great location to Lambeau and the Resch Center. We did not walk to our events, but easily could have! Larry is a great host and communicator.

Awesome stay

This property is great. Larry is an exceptional host. He showed us around Titletown and Lambeau. If you’re going to the game or just a tour, it’s a short walk. Home was clean. Beds were comfortable as well as the remainder of the house. I definitely recommend!!

New Years 2023 Extravaganza!

I booked this property along with Packers vs Vikings tickets clear back in early summer of 2022. After booking, Larry was very communicative and was interested in our story. Fast forward to the 2,000 plus mile one way trip from Winnemucca, Nevada - we arrive to the property and it is exactly as expected from the description. The neighborhood is VERY nice, very safe, very family friendly. We walked to title town the day before the game for the festivities there, walked also at night to enjoy the new years eve party, then walked to and from lambeau the next day for the game! The walk is less than a mile and probably took us a grad total of 10 mins one way, including traffic. The house: Nice single car garage that fit our jeep comfortably, there is a back yard area with lots of birds and squirrels. There is a nice game room/mancave area along with laundry room in the basement, a comfy living room, kitchen and dining area along with two beds and a bath on the first floor. Top floor has three more rooms and another full bath. The house was fantastic and all 8 of us enjoyed it! Also, if you are cold: there are extra electric heaters and heating blankets available throughout the house! T.v. in every room is always nice for certain sleepers! The property owner- Larry Kuciemba, - "The Texas Cheesehead" is just a fantastic man. He knew we were coming for a game and left the whole family some Texas cheesehead merch! Hats, sweaters, etc. Larry himself flew up for the game, and came by the house to explain some more about the Green Bay area and make sure everything was great. Larry went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND the day of the game! He invited us to his tailgate area. Introduced us to numerous Packer superfans for photo ops and more merch! Larry gave us a complete guided tour of all the pre-game parties and areas. That extra experience was simply invaluable to us as we really didn't know what to do our expect during the tailgate parties. We experienced new years eve at lambeau, the Packers destroying the Vikings 41-17, all from a house that was a convenient short walk away hosted by the most gracious host you'll ever have! If we ever decide to do a trek to Green Bay again, we will definitely look up Larry Kuciemba - The Texas Cheesehead Thank you Larry for sharing the wonderful house and the core memories and experiences you provided us! - The Lindeman family

Corporate Housing

We used this property for short-term corporate housing. Larry was a pleasure to work with and his communication was outstanding. This property is in a great location, close to Lambeau Field, shopping, restaurants and grocery store.

Great spot - would stay again!

Can't say enough good things about Larry and this house. The house is in a great location for walking to Lambeau Field and everything around it. The house itself is as advertised with nice bedrooms and a couple good places to gather and socialize. It's clear the host have invested in some upgrades to the property, which was great to see. As a host, Larry was fantastic. Super communicative/responsive and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house near Lambeau

This was the perfect house for our group of 12, for the Packer game! Everyone had their own room and every amenity was available. The Texas Cheesehead was SUPER responsive and a great host! I would definitely rent again!

Football Weekend

Larry was great in communication about the property and answering any questions we had. Perfect location for our weekend stay in Green Bay. The house is new renovated and still getting some finishing touches. The rooms are all really good size and comfortable.

Perfectly located with great host

Larry was tremendous. Very hospitable and even helped fix an issue we were having with the cable TV. Gave us great pointers and tips to make our stay in Green Bay even better. 15 min walk to Lambeau. House was at the tail end of a remodel during our stay and will surely be even better when it is complete. Thank you Larry from all of us Bronco fans!

Great location walking distance to Lambeau!

Larry was a great host. Check in was at 4 and we got there early so he altered his plans to meet us earlier. Much appreciated! The location was perfect as we were there for the Bills-Packers game. We could walk within 15 minutes. The house had everything we needed. Thanks Larry!
